Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a glass plate laminate, and more particularly to a glass plate laminate in which a plurality of glass plates are laminated via interleaving paper.
Glass plates for FPD (Flat Panel Display) such as architectural glass plates, automotive glass plates, glass substrates for plasma displays and liquid crystal glass substrates are not covered on the surface during storage or transportation. Contaminated and prone to product defects. In particular, when used as a glass substrate that incorporates an electrical circuit on its surface, such as a non-alkali glass substrate used for liquid crystal displays, disconnection and patterning defects may occur even if there is slight wrinkles or contamination on the surface. To do. Therefore, such a glass substrate is required to have extremely high surface characteristics.
The wrinkles on the surface of a glass plate are often generated by rubbing between adjacent glass plates when the glass plates are stacked and stored or transported. Moreover, the contamination of the surface of the glass plate often occurs when organic substances (contaminants) in the transport atmosphere adhere to the surface of the glass plate. This organic matter is difficult to remove from the surface of the glass plate only by washing with water. Moreover, this organic substance needs to be washed using, for example, an acid or an alkali. However, such cleaning deteriorates the working environment during cleaning and increases cleaning and waste liquid treatment costs. Moreover, even if such washing is performed, it is difficult to completely remove the organic matter from the surface of the glass plate.
Therefore, as a method for preventing wrinkles and contamination during storage and transportation of glass plates, so-called slip sheets that separate the surfaces of adjacent glass plates by interposing paper between the glass plates to be laminated. The glass plate laminated body which interposed is disclosed by patent document 1. FIG.
Patent Document 1 discloses a transfer device that adsorbs a glass plate and a slip sheet in a horizontal posture and simultaneously transfers them to a pallet in a vertical posture.
This transfer device is provided with a glass plate suction means and a slip sheet suction means in a robot hand, and transfers the glass plate and the slip sheet as described above by the operation of the robot. The hand is provided with an air nozzle. The air sprayed from the air nozzle is blown onto the upper edge portion of the slip sheet protruding from the upper side portion of the glass plate leaning on the pallet, and the upper edge portion is prevented from being bent and drooping to the glass plate side.
Further, Patent Document 1 discloses that the lower edge portion of the slip sheet that protrudes from the lower side portion of the glass plate is bent. This bending prevents the lower edge portion from being caught in the next glass plate when the next glass plate is transferred to the pallet. That is, when placing the glass plate on the interleaving paper having the bent portion, the glass plate is overlapped so that the lower side portion of the glass plate is slightly covered on the fold line of the bent portion of the interleaving paper. As a result, the angle between the folded surface and the slip sheet surface overlapping the glass plate spreads to 90 degrees or more and becomes an obtuse angle, so that the folded portion is pressed against the floor rail side of the pallet when transferred to the pallet. Therefore, when the next glass plate is transferred, the lower edge portion of the slip sheet can be prevented from being caught in the next glass plate.
By the way, the glass plate laminated body in which the interleaving paper is interposed is packed in a pallet of Patent Document 1 and conveyed from the glass plate manufacturer to a glass plate using manufacturer that processes and assembles the glass plate. Then, the glass plates are taken out one by one from the pallet by the glass plate manufacturer using the take-out device. At this time, the operation of sucking and holding the glass plate by the glass plate holding portion of the take-out device and then taking out the slip sheet by the slip sheet holding portion is repeatedly performed. When taking out the interleaving paper, the upper edge portion of the interleaving paper protruding from the upper side of the glass plate is often held and taken out by an interleaving paper gripping portion such as suction or chucking.
However, when the rigidity of the slip sheet is weak, the slip sheet at the edge portion projected from the side of the glass plate may hang down, and the slip sheet may not be gripped satisfactorily by the slip sheet gripping part. . The suction position of the slip sheet gripping portion is taught in advance by a robot and is moved toward the suction position. Therefore, when there is no slip sheet at the suction position, that is, when the slip sheet hangs down, the slip sheet cannot be satisfactorily gripped by the slip sheet gripping portion.
In the case of a vertically stacked form in which the glass plate is stacked on the pallet in a state where the glass plate is slanted diagonally as in Patent Document 1, the upper edge portion of the slip sheet protruding from the upper side portion of the glass plate (also referred to as the slip sheet margin portion). ) Hangs down to the back side, and when taking out the slip sheet, the slip sheet gripping part may not be able to grip the slip sheet well.
In particular, the size of the glass substrate for FPD tends to be increased, and accordingly, the slip sheet is about the same size as the glass substrate for FPD. From this, for example, the size of the slip sheet used for packing the glass substrate for 6th generation FPD is about 1600 mm × 1900 mm. When the slip sheet size is increased in this way, there is a problem that the frequency of occurrence of trouble that the slip sheet cannot be taken out due to a gripping error of the slip sheet increases.
In Patent Document 1, the lower edge portion of the slip sheet is projected from the lower side portion of the glass plate. However, if the lower edge part of the slip sheet is protruded from the lower edge of the glass plate, the slip sheet at the lower edge part becomes an obstacle, and the glass sheet cannot be stacked on the pallet without any gaps. May be damaged. Therefore, it is preferable not to project the slip sheet from the lower side of the glass plate.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances. The upper edge portion of the slip sheet protruding from the upper side of the glass plate is securely gripped by the slip sheet gripping portion, and the slip sheet is satisfactorily taken out from the pallet. An object of the present invention is to provide a glass plate laminate that can be used.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a pallet including a mounting table on which a bottom side portion of a plate-like body is placed and a back support that supports the back surface of the plate-like body. Are stacked with interleaving paper interposed between the respective plate-like bodies, and above and on the upper side and both side sides in a state where the interleaving paper is placed on the pallet of the plate-like body. A glass plate laminate having a predetermined amount protruding toward the side, wherein at least a part of both side edge portions of the slip sheet protruding sideways from both side portions of the glass plate is bent. Provide the body.
According to the glass plate laminate of the present invention, since at least a part of both side edge portions of the interleaving paper protruding sideways from the both side portions of the glass plate is bent, it is possible to protrude from the upper side portion of the glass plate. The upper edge portion of the paper generates drag in the direction of drooping. Due to this drag, the upper edge portion of the interleaving paper becomes stiff and does not hang down. Therefore, according to the present invention, the upper edge portion of the slip sheet can be reliably gripped by the slip sheet gripping portion, and therefore the slip sheet can be satisfactorily taken out from the pallet.
Moreover, as for the glass plate laminated body of this invention, it is preferable that the both-sides edge part of the said slip is bend | folded toward the said inclination stand.
According to the present invention, the glass plate laminate is stood and stored obliquely on the tilting table of the pallet, and both side edge portions of the slip sheet are bent toward the tilting table. For this reason, when taking out a glass plate from a pallet by a glass plate holding part, the both-sides edge part of the folded interleaving paper does not get in the way of a glass plate holding part. Therefore, according to this invention, a glass plate can be stably taken out by a glass plate holding part.
Further, according to the present invention, it is preferable that the folding angle of both side edge portions of the slip sheet is about 10 ° to 90 ° with respect to the surface of the slip sheet excluding the both side edge portions.
When the bending angle of both side edge portions of the slip sheet is less than 10 °, a drag force in the sag direction cannot be sufficiently applied to the upper edge portion of the slip sheet. Also, if the bending angle exceeds 90 °, the bent side edges are sandwiched between the previously laminated glass plates, so that the glass plates cannot be stacked without gaps, and during packing and transporting Since there exists a possibility that the glass plate G may be damaged, it is not preferable. Therefore, the folding angle of the slip sheet is preferably in the range of about 10 ° to 90 °. When a plurality of glass plates and a plurality of interleaving papers are laminated and then both side edge portions of all interleaving papers are folded at once, the upper limit of the folding angle is 90 °. In order to simplify the folding man-hours of both side edge portions of the interleaving paper, it is preferable to bend the both side edge portions of the plurality of interleaving papers laminated as described above.
According to the present invention, in the interleaving paper interposed between the glass plates, the upper side of the glass plate is bent by bending both side edge portions of the interleaving paper protruding sideways from the both side portions of the glass plate. Since the rigidity of the upper edge portion of the slip sheet protruding from the portion is strengthened, the upper edge portion does not hang down. Therefore, since the upper edge part of the slip sheet is securely gripped by the slip sheet gripping portion, the slip sheet can be satisfactorily taken out from the pallet.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of a glass plate laminate according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a
FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the overall configuration of the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The
The
The
In order to protect the glass plate G, the
As shown in FIG. 1, all the
In the
Therefore, according to the
Further, the
Moreover, it is preferable that the bending angle of the both
Next, a bending member that bends both
This bending member is comprised by lower
The lower
The
Next, the upper
As shown in FIG. 3, a
The upper
Further, a
Note that the upper
As described above, the
Note that the
On the other hand, after laminating a plurality of glass sheets G and a plurality of
