Description

The present invention relates to a refill container, and intends to realize a stable refill operation of contents while suppressing the amount of resin used.

As containers for shampoos, rinses, detergents, deodorizers, cosmetics, etc., many products equipped with a discharge device such as a pump tend to be put on the market in order to make it possible to take out an appropriate amount of contents. After the contents have been used up, it has become common to transfer new contents from a refill container that is commercially available and reuse the original container (refill container). Effective use of resources is planned.

By the way, the pouch-type container that has been proposed from the beginning as a refill container is advantageous in terms of resource saving and disposability, but it is weak as a container (low rigidity) and it is difficult to refill the contents. was there. For the improvement, various proposals have been made so far. For example, in Patent Document 1, two containers (a refill container and a refill container) are connected to each other via screws, and then the contents are transferred. A technique for performing replacement has been proposed.

An object of the present invention is to propose a new refill container having a simple structure and capable of stably and smoothly refilling contents while suppressing the amount of resin used.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the refill container of the present invention has a shoulder connected to the proximal end of the mouth-and-neck forming the content extraction path, and a lower end of the shoulder. A container body that forms a filling space for the contents inside by a connecting body part and a bottom part connected to the lower end of the body part, and a filling body that is provided at the mouth and neck of the container body and is a refill destination of the contents A refill container provided with a spout for transferring the contents in the filling space to the mouth of the replacement container, the barrel having a wall thickness that allows the barrel to be deformed. The shoulder portion and the bottom portion have wall thicknesses that are larger than the wall thickness of the body portion and maintain the initial shapes of the shoulder portion and the bottom portion, respectively.

In a refill container having such a configuration, when refilling the contents of the refill container, when the container is inverted by placing the spout of the refill container into the mouth of the refill container, As the contents are deformed and deformed to reduce the filling space, the contents in the container body are smoothly poured out. At this time, since the wall thickness is larger than that of the body portion and the shoulder portion having the initial shape can be used as the grip portion, the contents can be stably transferred. Moreover, the amount of resin used can be reduced by making the trunk | drum thin.

Therefore, according to the refill container of the present invention, the structure is simple, and the content can be refilled stably and smoothly while suppressing the amount of resin used. In addition, since the body portion is formed to be deformable, it can be made compact when the container is discarded, and the container stackability (storability) before filling the contents into the container body can be improved. .

In the refill container of the present invention, the wall thickness at the bottom is preferably smaller or equal to the wall thickness at the shoulder, and according to this, the amount of resin used can be further reduced. Can do.

Further, in the refill container of the present invention, it is preferable that a storage space capable of completely accommodating the bottom portion is formed inside the shoulder portion. According to this, the container can be further compacted when the container is discarded. And the above-described stacking property can be further improved.

Furthermore, in the refill container of the present invention, it is preferable to provide a convex portion that links the shoulder portion and the bottom portion at least one of the lower end of the shoulder portion and the upper end of the bottom portion. Since the state where the shoulder portion and the bottom portion are matched with each other can be maintained, the container can be handled in a compact state particularly at the time of disposal or stacking.

Moreover, in the refill container according to the present invention, the pouring tap has an internal passage that leads to the filling space and stands upright at the protruding end of the mouth and neck, and is removable in the internal passage of the cylindrical body It is preferable that the plug body is fitted and held to close the internal passage. According to this, the plug body is removed by simply pushing the cylinder body into the mouth of the refill container. It becomes possible to start the transfer of the object, and the refill can be performed under a simple operation without causing the contents to adhere to the fingers.

Thus, according to the present invention, it is possible to propose a new refill container having a simple structure and capable of stably and smoothly refilling contents while suppressing the amount of resin used.

It is sectional drawing which showed the refill container of one Embodiment according to this invention. It is sectional drawing (before refilling) which showed the refilling container shown in FIG. 1 with the to-be-refilled container. It is sectional drawing (during refilling) which showed the refilling container shown in FIG. 1 with the to-be-refilled container. It is sectional drawing which showed the refill container of other embodiment according to this invention, (a) is the state before the refilling of the content, (b) and (c) are the states after the pouring of the content. Each is shown.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing a refill container according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIGS. 2 and 3 are cross-sectional views showing the refill container shown in FIG. 1 together with a refill container. It is.

As shown in FIG. 1, the refill container 1 includes a shoulder portion 3 connected to the proximal end of the mouth-and-neck portion 2 that forms a content pouring path, a body portion 4 connected to the lower end of the shoulder portion 3, and the body portion. A container body 6 that forms a filling space M for the contents inside the bottom part 5 connected to the lower end of the part 4, and a refill to be refilled in the mouth and neck part 2 of the container body 6 And a spout 7 for transferring the contents in the filling space M to the mouth 20a of the container 20 (see FIGS. 2 and 3).

The container body 6 is a synthetic resin container having a circular cross section in which the mouth / neck part 2, the shoulder part 3, the body part 4 and the bottom part 5 are integrally formed, and can be manufactured by, for example, biaxial stretch blow molding. .

The trunk | drum 4 has a substantially cylindrical shape in which a diameter becomes a little small toward the center position of an up-down direction (a mouth neck part 2 side is made into the upper side, and the bottom part 5 side is made into the lower side). Moreover, the trunk | drum 4 has wall thickness W4 which makes this trunk | drum 4 deformable. Here, “deformable” means a state in which the shape of the body 4 itself cannot be maintained with the rigidity of the body 4 itself, that is, a state in which the inside of the container 1 is sealed by the spout 7 (see FIG. 1), the shoulder 3 and the bottom 5 can be kept separated from each other. On the other hand, when the contents are poured out, the container body 6 is reduced in the vertical direction as the contents are reduced. This means a state in which the dimensions of the material are reduced. In the present embodiment, the main body container 6 can be made of PET or PP, but the wall thickness W4 can be appropriately set according to the strength of the material and the body part 4 can be deformed. .

The shoulder portion 3 has a dome shape that increases in diameter as it goes from the mouth-and-neck portion 2 toward the trunk portion 4, and is connected to the trunk portion 4 with the maximum diameter portion at the lower end as a boundary. The bottom part 5 closes the lower end of the body part 4. The bottom part 5 is located at the lowermost part of the container body 6 and the center part is recessed toward the inside of the container. The bottom part 5 faces the body part 4 from the outer edge of the bottom wall 5 a. And a peripheral wall 5b that rises. The shoulder portion 3 and the bottom portion 5 have wall thicknesses W3 and W5 that are larger than the wall thickness W4 of the body portion 4 and maintain the initial shapes of the shoulder portion 3 and the bottom portion 5. Here, the “initial shape” means the original shape formed (manufactured). Therefore, the wall thicknesses W3, W4, and W5 of the shoulder portion 3, the trunk portion 4, and the bottom portion 5 satisfy the relationship of W4 <W3 and W5. Further, in this embodiment, the wall thickness W5 of the bottom portion 5 is equal to that of the shoulder portion 3. It is smaller than the wall thickness W3 and satisfies the relationship W4 <W5 <W3. The wall thickness W5 of the bottom 5 and the wall thickness W3 of the shoulder 3 may be equivalent. Further, although not shown in the drawings, a plurality of vertical ribs (knurls) are formed in the circumferential direction from the upper end portion to the lower end portion of the outer peripheral surface of the shoulder portion 3 so as to prevent slippage when refilling (when the shoulder portion 3 is gripped). It is also possible to reinforce the shoulder 3.

In this embodiment, the inner diameter ID3 at the lower end position of the shoulder portion 3 is slightly larger than the outer diameter (outer diameter of the peripheral wall) OD5 at the upper end position of the bottom portion 5 (ID3> OD5). A storage space S in which the bottom portion 5 can be completely stored is formed inside.

The spout 7 has an internal passage that leads to the filling space M of the container body 6 and stands upright at the protruding end of the neck 2, and is detachably fitted into the internal passage of the cylindrical body 8. And a plug 9 for closing the internal passage. The cylindrical body 8 is provided in a standing state on the top surface of the base 8a, and a base 8a that is detachably engaged by screwing (or undercut engagement) to the mouth and neck portion 2 of the container body 6. It is comprised from the main-body part 8b.

The base 8a is integrally connected to the outer peripheral wall 8a1 surrounding the mouth neck 2 of the container body 6, the top wall 8a2 integrally connected to the upper end of the outer wall 8a1, and the outer wall 8a1 and the top wall 8a2. The inner peripheral wall 8a3 is in contact with the inner wall surface of the mouth / neck portion 2.

The plug body 9 includes a peripheral wall portion 9a that fits from the main body portion 8b of the cylindrical body 8 to the inner peripheral wall 8a3 of the base 8a, and a plate-shaped blocking wall portion 9b that is integrally connected to the upper end portion of the wall portion 9a. Yes.

2 and 3 show a container 20 for transferring the contents of the refill container 1 according to the present invention (which is a container in which the contents are to be refilled and will be referred to as a “refilled container” hereinafter) 20. It is the figure shown with the refill container 1. FIG.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the refill container 20 includes a receiving member 21 in the mouth portion 20 a. The receiving member 21 includes an annular body 21a that can be screwed or undercut engaged with the mouth portion 20a of the refill container 20, an annular peripheral wall 21b that is integrally connected to the upper end of the annular body 21a in a standing state, and refilling. A cup portion 21c in which a partition recess is formed inside the mouth portion 20a of the container 20 and an edge portion thereof is integrally connected from the upper end of the annular body 21a over the entire circumference, and a base 21d that stands up at the center of the bottom portion of the cup portion 21c. And a hook-shaped guide piece 21e having a tapered shape that rises at the upper end of the base 21d. Further, on the outer periphery of the base 21d, the cylindrical body 8 of the spout 7 is attached to the guide piece 21e. There is provided at least one vertical rib r that abuts against the tip of the cylindrical body 8 and stops the insertion when inserted along.

A threaded portion is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the annular peripheral wall 21b of the receiving member 21, and the refill container 20 can be held in a sealed state by screwing an unillustrated overcap (under). Cut engagement may be used.) Further, the bottom portion of the cup portion 21c is inclined from one end to the other end, and a through hole h is formed at a portion where the bottom portion is lowest.

In order to transfer the contents in the refill container 1 to the refill container 20, as shown in FIG. 2, the cylinder 8 is inserted along the guide piece 21e. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the plug body 4 is pushed into the container body 6 at the distal end portion of the guide piece 21e, and the fitting of the plug body 9 to the cylinder body 8 is released. The contents flow out to the refill container 20.

In the refill container 1 having such a configuration, when the contents are refilled in the refill container 20, the container 1 is placed by placing the spout 7 of the refill container 1 on the mouth 20 a of the refill container 20. When inverted, the body 4 is deformed as the contents are poured out and the filling space M is reduced in volume, so that the contents in the container body 6 are poured out smoothly. At this time, the shoulder portion 3 has a wall thickness larger than that of the body portion 4 and maintains an initial shape (high rigidity). Therefore, when the contents are transferred, the shoulder portion 3 is used as a gripping portion. It becomes possible to transfer contents stably. Moreover, the amount of resin used can be reduced by making the trunk | drum 4 thin.

Therefore, according to this refill container 1, the structure is simple and the content can be refilled stably and smoothly while suppressing the amount of resin used. Further, since the body 4 is formed to be deformable, the container 1 can be made compact when the container 1 is discarded, and the stacking property (storability) of the container 1 before filling the contents into the container body 6 is improved. can do.

Moreover, according to the refill container 1 of this embodiment, since the wall thickness W5 of the bottom part 5 is smaller than the wall thickness W3 of the shoulder part 3, the amount of resin to be used can be further reduced.

Further, according to the refill container 1 of this embodiment, the storage space S that can accommodate the bottom portion 5 is formed inside the shoulder portion 3, and the bottom portion is placed in the storage space S as shown in FIG. Since the vertical dimension of the container 1 can be reduced by being inserted into the container, the container can be further compacted when the container is discarded, and the above-described stacking property can be further improved.

Furthermore, in the refill container 1 of this embodiment, the spout 7 has an internal passage that leads to the filling space and stands upright at the protruding end of the mouth-and-neck portion 2. The plug 9 is detachably fitted and held in the internal passage and closes the internal passage, so that the plug 9 can be simply pushed into the opening 20a of the refill container 20 It becomes possible to start the transfer of the contents by removing the contents, and the refill can be performed under a simple operation without accompanying the contents to the fingers.

Next, another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, in the refill container 1 of this embodiment, the shoulder 3 and the bottom 5 are linked to at least one of the lower end of the shoulder 3 and the upper end of the bottom 5 (here, both). Protrusions 10 or ribs are provided. According to this, the state in which the shoulder 3 and the bottom 5 are matched, that is, the state in which the bottom 3 is stored in the storage space S (see FIG. 4B, ID3> OD5) or the bottom 3 is the shoulder. 3 (see FIG. 4 (c), ID <OD5) can be reliably maintained, so that the container can be handled in a compact state especially during disposal or stacking. In addition, although the convex part 10 is provided in the container outer surface on the relationship which manufactures the container main body 6 by blow molding, when manufacturing the container main body 6 by injection molding, it can also be provided in the container inner surface.

As mentioned above, although demonstrated based on the example of illustration, this invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, It can change suitably within the description range of a claim, for example of a spout stopper. As the cylindrical body, one having a circular shape can be applied, and an elliptical shape, a rectangular cross section, and the like can be applied. The shape can be variously changed according to the contents to be filled. Moreover, you may provide the overcap which covers a pouring stopper suitably. Further, the wall thickness at the bottom may be larger than the wall thickness at the shoulder.

Thus, according to the present invention, a new refill container having a simple structure and capable of stably and smoothly refilling contents while suppressing the amount of resin used is provided.
