又、仕事が楽な様に床の下地を先に完成させたいという理由から、今までは、床全面に施工したビニールシートに施工中の雨によって水溜りが出来る。施工したグラスウールが湿ってしまう。という事が有りました。それは防ぐ事が難しい問題でした。

ボードとボードの継ぎ目の木材に、当、防湿(気密)テープを張り付けます。その上から、先の防湿シートアルミシート付石膏ボードを施工します。その事によって、壁張り、天井張り等のボード張りの気密工法が、簡単に、楽に行えます。
壁の下端は、石膏ボードのどん突きとし、床のコンパネとの間に、当、防湿(気密)テープを立ち上げて、挟み込み、施工する事によって気密性を守ることとします。
床も、コンパネの継ぎ目に、上から、当、防湿(気密)テープを張って、更に、その上にフローリング等を施工する事によって、簡単に楽に高気密工法が行えます。
この考案によって、従来のように、床一面にビニールシートを施工する必要がなくなり、施工中の雨によって、ビニールシートに水溜りが出来るという難問も解決する事が出来ます。
又、一階床下の断熱は、外周りが大体固まって雨風が入らなくなってからの床下からのBIB工法を採用する事によって、床下の断熱材が、湿ってしまう事も、防ぐことが出来ます。更に、一階床下の断熱性能が高く、確実になります。又、施工も楽になります。
※壁用の石膏ボードの高さは、下端をコンパネにどん突きにしても、一枚で、天井高が240cm取れるように247cm程度の今までより少し伸ばした長さの方がよいと考えます。
※アルミ箔は、携帯電話の電波、パソコンの無線LAN等に障害を起す可能性が有り、安易には、使えません。
