Abstract
【解決手段】高さがhの複数の小丘状及び/又は尾根状隆起(2)を具備するディスク形状又はプレート形状の本体(1)から構成され、断面に、隆起(2)の端輪郭(3)から発して、半径rの丸コーナ部分(4)を通って直接又は中間の直線部分(5)を経て、本体(1)の表面輪郭(7)に融合する半径がRの湾曲部分(6)に至る2つの傾斜側面を備えた成形部品であって、前記直線部分又は丸コーナ部分から湾曲部分にすぐに移行する場合にはその移行点における接線が、表面輪郭に対して95°〜135°の範囲の傾斜角αをなし、半径Rが0.15〜1mmの範囲内であり、高さhが、R:hの比が0.25〜1の範囲内となるようにする。

Claims (7)
- 粉末状原材料を圧縮成形して、焼結することによって製造され、高さがhの複数の小丘状及び/または尾根状隆起(2)を具備するディスク形状またはプレート形状の本体(1)から構成されており、いずれの場合にも、断面に、隆起(2)の端輪郭(3)から発して、半径rまたはr′の丸コーナ部分(4、4′)を通って直接あるいは中間の直線部分(5、5′)を経て、本体(1)の表面輪郭(7、7′)に融合する半径がRまたはR′の湾曲部分(6、6′)に至る2つの傾斜側面を備えた成形部品であって、
前記直線部分(5、5′)、または、前記丸コーナ部分(4、4′)から前記湾曲部分(6、6′)にすぐに移行する場合にはその移行点における接線が、前記表面輪郭(7、7′)に対して95°〜135°の範囲の傾斜角αまたはα′をなし、
前記半径RまたはR′が0.15〜1mmの範囲内であり、前記高さhが、R:hまたはR′:hの比が0.25〜1の範囲内になるような寸法になっていることを特徴とする、
成形部品。 - 前記傾斜角α、α′が95°〜120°の範囲内であり、前記半径RまたはR′が0.3〜1mmの範囲内であり、前記R:hまたはR′:hの比が0.5〜1の範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の粉末状原材料を圧縮成形して、焼結することによって製造される成形部品。
- 前記傾斜角α、α′が95°〜110°の範囲内であり、前記半径RまたはR′が0.3〜1mmの範囲内であり、前記R:hまたはR′:hの比が0.7〜1の範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の粉末状原材料を圧縮成形して、焼結することによって製造される成形部品。
- 前記成形部品が燃料電池スタックのインタコネクタまたは端板であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の1つに記載の粉末状原材料を圧縮成形して、焼結することによって製造される成形部品。
- 前記粉末状原材料が、クロムの含有率が少なくとも20重量%の合金であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の1つに記載の粉末状原材料を圧縮成形して、焼結することによって製造される成形部品。
- 前記粉末状原材料が、20〜30重量%のクロムと、0.5〜0.8重量%の希土類金属とりわけイットリウムを含む70〜80重量%の鉄のプレアロイから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の粉末状原材料を圧縮成形して、焼結することによって製造されるインタコネクタまたは端板。
- 前記粉末状原材料が、95重量%のクロムと、0.5〜0.8重量%のイットリウムを含む5重量%の鉄のプレアロイから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の粉末状原材料を圧縮成形して、焼結することによって製造されるインタコネクタまたは端板。
