Abstract
【解決手段】プロペラ羽根組体1は、少なくとも1つの軸受組体3,4を介してハブにそれぞれ接続された複数のプロペラ羽根10を具備する。各プロペラ羽根及び軸受組体は予圧を与えられ、予圧は、各プロペラ羽根の羽根基部11及び軸受組体を含む予圧経路を介して与えられ、且つ予圧経路にばね6が設けられる。プロペラ羽根組体の構成要素が摩耗した場合、ばねは予圧力を維持する。プロペラ羽根組体に予圧を与える方法も開示される。

Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つの軸受組体を介してハブにそれぞれ接続された複数のプロペラ羽根を具備し、各プロペラ羽根及び前記軸受組体は予圧を与えられ、前記予圧は、各プロペラ羽根の羽根基部及び前記軸受組体を含む予圧経路を介して与えられ、且つ前記予圧経路に弾性偏向手段が設けられることを特徴とするプロペラ羽根組体。
- 各プロペラ羽根の前記基部は、内レース部材及び外レース部材を有する内側軸受組体及び外側軸受組体に接続され、且つ前記予圧は、前記外側軸受組体の前記外側レース部材と係合する予圧リングによって与えられる請求項1記載のプロペラ羽根組体。
- 前記弾性偏向手段は前記予圧リングと前記ハブとの間に挿入される請求項2記載のプロペラ羽根組体。
- 前記弾性偏向手段は、初期予圧を維持するのに十分な力を供給するように選択されたばね定数を有する請求項1記載のプロペラ羽根組体。
- 前記弾性偏向手段はばねから構成される請求項1記載のプロペラ羽根組体。
- 前記ばねは座金形ばねである請求項5記載のプロペラ羽根組体。
- 前記ばねは、所望のばね率を提供するために並列に又は直列に配列された1つ以上の皿ばねである請求項6記載のプロペラ羽根組体。
- 前記弾性偏向手段は完全に圧縮される請求項1記載のプロペラ羽根組体。
- プロペラ羽根組体を製造する方法において、プロペラ羽根の基部及び軸受組体のうち少なくとも1つが予圧経路を形成するように、複数のプロペラ羽根を少なくとも1つの軸受組体を介してハブにそれぞれ接続することと、前記予圧経路に弾性偏向手段を配設することと、前記予圧経路を介して予圧力を加えることとから成る方法。
- 前記予圧力を加える過程は、前記プロペラ羽根組体が静止している間に実行される請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記予圧力を加える過程において前記弾性偏向手段は完全に圧縮される請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記予圧力は、外側軸受組体の外レースに予圧リングをねじ留めすることにより加えられる請求項9記載の方法。
