Abstract

前記した従来の簡易建屋の構造にあっては、次のような問題点がある。
<1> ポンプ車の設置位置は、工事の進捗によって頻繁に変更するものであり、そのたびごとに防音建屋の移動が必要になる。しかし上記したような特許文献記載の構造では、構造が複雑であって簡単に解体、組み立てができない。
<2> 防音建屋を構成する部材が多く、その結果、次の位置への運搬、組み立てに手数と時間がかかる。

<4> 搬器兼基台と支柱とは、固定環で一体化しており、かつ支柱には梁が回転自在に取り付けてある。そのために運搬に使用した搬器兼基台を現地で引き起こすだけで、建屋の基礎の設置がほぼ完成する、といったきわめて迅速な組み立てを行うことができる。
<5> 組み立て後の枠組みに、防音材のパネルを取り付け、屋根部に防音材のシートを張り渡せば、簡単に防音建屋を形成することができる。
