The bottom surface guide portion 12 may be appropriately selected as long as it is provided on the bottom surface of the receiving portion 11 and guides the image forming assembly 1.
Further, regarding the positioning portion 13, the particular problem in the present application is the positioning portion 13 located on the back side in the guiding direction of the bottom surface guiding portion 12, but “at least on the back side in the guiding direction of the bottom surface guiding portion 12 is provided. The “positioning part” is considered in consideration of the fact that a system is employed in which the image forming assembly 1 is also positioned on the front side in the guiding direction of the bottom surface guiding part 12 when the image forming assembly 1 is mounted at the mounting position of the receiving part 11. It is.

<Guide member>
In this example, the guide member 160 (specifically 161 to 163) has a guide mounting plate 165 extending in the intersecting direction intersecting the guide direction by the guide member 160, as shown in FIGS. A guide pin 166 is integrally formed on one side of the guide mounting plate 165, and an alignment projection 167 is formed on the side away from the guide pin 166 of the guide mounting plate 165.
On the other hand, the support plate 152 is provided with a pin insertion hole 156 into which the guide pin 166 is inserted and an alignment hole 157 into which the alignment protrusion 167 does not protrude from the surface. Reference numeral 159 denotes a guide rail for guiding a cleaning member for cleaning the exposure device 33 (see FIG. 2) provided on the lower side of the support plate 152.
In this example, the guide member 160 (specifically 161 to 163) is disposed on the back side of the support plate 152, and after inserting the guide pin 166 into the pin insertion hole 156 of the support plate 152, On the other hand, the guide pin 166 is slightly moved so as to be hooked, and the guide projection plate 165 is inserted into the positioning hole 157 to fix the guide mounting plate 165 to the support plate 152.
Note that the mounting structure of the guide member 160 is not limited to this, and is appropriately selected such as using a fastener (not shown) or forming an elastically deformable presser mounting portion on a part of the guide mounting plate 165. There is no problem.
In particular, in this example, the distance between the guide pins 166 of the guide members 160 (specifically 161 to 163) is set non-uniformly. For example, the distance between the guide pins 166 of the guide members 161 and 162 is e, When the distance between the guide pins 166 of the guide members 162 and 163 is f, it is set so as to satisfy the relationship e <f. The dimensional relationship is not limited to this, and may be set so as to satisfy the relationship e> f, for example.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 13, the positioning mechanism 180 is positioned by the lower positioning member 181 that positions and supports the bearing member 121 of the image forming assembly 70, and the lower positioning member 181. And an upper positioning member 185 for elastically pressing and positioning the bearing member 121 from above.
Here, the lower positioning member 181 is obtained by fixing a positioning plate 182 having a V-shaped groove 183 to a part of the support frame 151, and the bearing member 121 of the image forming assembly 70 is supported by the V-shaped groove 183. It is supported at two points (see FIG. 5 (a)).
On the other hand, the upper positioning member 185 is configured such that a bracket 186 is fixed to the support frame 151 and a leaf spring 187 is fixed to the bracket 186 with a stopper 188 so as to be swingable with a slight allowance. It is.
In this example, the leaf spring 187 hits the coupling member 123 when the coupling member 123 passes through the position of the lower positioning member 181 in a non-contact state. Further, when the bearing member 121 reaches the position of the lower positioning member 181 and is positioned at the two points, one upper point of the bearing member 121 is pressed by an elastic biasing force (see FIG. 5 (a)).
In the present embodiment, a positioning mechanism (not shown) is also provided on the front side of the image forming assembly 70 in the insertion direction, and the image forming assembly 70 is disposed at the mounting position of the assembly receiving portion 150. For example, by closing a positioning opening / closing door (not shown), the bearing member 122 on the front side in the insertion direction of the image forming assembly 70 is positioned by a positioning mechanism (not shown) provided on the opening / closing door. It has become.

<Insertion posture adjustment>
In the present embodiment, an insertion posture adjusting protrusion 220 is formed on the bottom of the container 80 of the photoreceptor assembly 71 in the image forming assembly 70.
One insertion posture adjusting projection 220 is provided near the insertion tip of the image forming assembly 70. In this example, the insertion posture adjusting projection 220 has a trapezoidal cross section having inclined portions 221 and 222 before and after the image forming assembly 70 is inserted and removed. Is formed.
In this example, the insertion posture adjustment protrusion 220 is formed so that the insertion tip end side of the image forming assembly 70 is lifted when the image forming assembly 70 slides along the insertion / removal direction of the support plate 152 of the assembly receiving portion 150. The insertion posture of the image forming assembly 70 is adjusted. The height of the insertion posture adjusting projection 220 is such that the bearing member 121 on the insertion tip side of the image forming assembly 70 is positioned at the lower positioning member 181 of the positioning mechanism 180. It is set to the extent that it is non-contact arranged when reaching.
Further, in the present embodiment, when the image forming assembly 70 is placed on the mounting position of the assembly receiving unit 150 on the support plate 152 of the assembly receiving unit 150, the insertion posture adjustment protrusion 220. Is provided with a recessed hole 240 in which is buried. When the insertion posture adjustment projection 220 is buried in the recess 240, the insertion posture of the image forming assembly 70 is brought into a posture along the support plate 152 of the assembly receiving portion 150. At this stage, the image The bearing member 121 on the insertion distal end side of the forming assembly 70 is arranged in contact with the lower positioning member 181.
Further, in the present embodiment, the insertion posture adjusting projection 220 is formed on the edge of the recess 240 on the side of the detachment direction of the image forming assembly 70 as shown in FIGS. 13 and 16C. An inclined guide inclined portion 241 substantially corresponding to the inclined portion 221 is provided.

―Relationship between image forming assembly and waste toner recovery device―
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 8 to 10, the photosensitive member assembly 71 of the image forming assembly 70 accommodates the cleaning device 35, and one end of the recovery conveyance member 86 of the cleaning device 35. On the side, a shutter 250 is provided. In this example, the shutter 250 is provided near the insertion tip of the image forming assembly 70, and when the image forming assembly 70 of each color component is disposed at the mounting position of the assembly receiving unit 150, the waste toner collection is performed. Corresponding to the collection receptacle 261 for each color component of the device 260, the shutter 250 is opened and connected.
Here, the waste toner collection device 260 has a collection receptacle 261 at an appropriate location of the collection pipe 262, and further, a conveyance duct 263 to which the waste toner from the intermediate cleaner 53 is conveyed is connected to one end of the collection pipe 262. A recovery container (not shown) is disposed on the other end side of the recovery pipe 262. In the recovery pipe 262, a spiral conveyance member (not shown) having a spiral blade formed around the rotation shaft is disposed.
In particular, in this example, the insertion posture adjustment protrusion 220 is provided in the vicinity of the shutter 250, and when the insertion posture adjustment protrusion 220 is disposed in contact with the support plate 152 of the assembly receiving portion 150, the shutter 250 is not in contact with the support plate 152. It is arranged to contact.
In this example, each shutter 250 of the cleaning device 35 is depicted in an open position as a schematic view. However, when the image forming assembly 70 is disposed at the mounting position of the assembly receiving portion 150, the waste toner is disposed. It should be noted that it is opened at a position corresponding to the collection receiver 161 of the collection device 260.

―Image assembly assembly insertion and removal―
<Installation operation of image forming assembly>
As shown in FIGS. 4, 11, and 16 (a), when the image forming assembly 70 is inserted and attached to the assembly receiving portion 150, the guide members 160 (161 to 163) of the assembly receiving portion 150 are arranged. The guide pin 166 is guided to the guide groove 200 of the image forming assembly 70, and in this state, the guide pin 166 is moved in contact with the support plate 152 of the assembly receiving portion 150, and the image forming assembly 70 is moved to a predetermined mounting position. What is necessary is just to make it move.
At this time, since the guide mechanism (guide member 160, guide groove 200) has a non-uniform distance between the guide pins 166, the guide groove 200 moves along the arrangement direction of the guide pins 166. During this time, the guide pin 166 does not come off from the notch 210 of the guide groove 200, and the image forming assembly 70 is guided by the guide mechanism until the assembly receiving portion 150 is mounted.
When the image forming assembly 70 reaches the mounting position of the assembly receiving portion 150, the guide pins 166 of the guide members 160 (161 to 163) are guided into the guide grooves 200 as shown in FIGS. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the developing assembly 72 is placed on the photoreceptor assembly 71 side by the urging force of the urging springs 111 and 112, as shown in FIGS. Even if it is pulled, movement of the developing assembly 72 relative to the guide pin 166 is allowed through the notch 210 of the guide groove 200.

Further, as shown in FIG. 16A, when the image forming assembly 70 moves while contacting along the support plate 152 of the assembly receiving portion 150, the insertion posture adjusting projection 220 of the image forming assembly 70 is Since the image forming assembly 70 moves while being in contact with the support plate 152, the insertion posture of the image forming assembly 70 is adjusted in a state where the insertion distal end side is lifted.
In this state, when the image forming assembly 70 is further inserted, first, as shown in FIG. 14, the coupling member 123 positioned at the tip of the image forming assembly 70 is moved to the lower positioning member 181 of the positioning mechanism 180. While moving in a non-contact manner, the upper positioning member 185 is passed through while being pushed up by a play allowance.
Thereafter, when the bearing member 121 of the image forming assembly 70 reaches a position corresponding to the lower positioning member 181, the bearing member 121 is disposed in a non-contact manner above the lower positioning member 181 as shown in FIG. At the same time, the upper positioning member 185 is disposed in contact with the leaf spring 187 against the urging force from the leaf spring 187.
In this state, as shown by the solid line S in FIGS. 16B and 16C, the insertion posture adjustment projection 220 is buried in the recess 240, so that the insertion posture of the image forming assembly 70 is supported from the tip lifted posture. Returning to the posture (substantially horizontal posture) along the plate 152, the tip bearing member 121 of the image forming assembly 70 is positioned in contact with the lower positioning member 181, and the upper positioning member 185. The plate spring 187 is pressed and biased for positioning.
At this stage, the image forming assembly 70 is positioned and mounted at the mounting position of the assembly receiving portion 150.

<Removal operation of image forming assembly>
Next, when detaching the image forming assembly 70 from the assembly receiving portion 150, an opening / closing lid (not shown) is opened, and the positioning of the image forming assembly 70 at the opening / closing lid portion is released, and then the image forming assembly 70 is opened. 70 may be pulled out in the direction of separation.
At this time, as shown by the alternate long and short dash line R in FIG. 16C, the insertion posture adjustment protrusion 220 is detached from the recess hole 240 by the guide inclined portion 241 of the recess hole 240. The side is moved along the support plate 152 of the assembly receiving part 150 with the side raised, and is taken out from the mounting position of the assembly receiving part 150.
Since the shutter 250 of the cleaner 35 returns to the closed state when the image forming assembly 70 is detached, there is no concern that waste toner leaks from the image forming assembly 70.
