（ハ）粘着テープ等のロール（９）を使用するときは内リング（１４）内に入れテープの先端を内側リング（１４）から外リンク（１３）の間を通しロール先端引き出し穴（１８）から出す。メモ用紙等のロール（９）を装着する場合は内リング（１４）のロール巻き戻り防止用溝（２０）を何ヶ所か通す。
（ニ）使用するときはロール（９）先端を引き出し外リング（１３）のカッター（１６）部を押えながらロール（９）を切る。このことにより粘着テープ等使用時の場合ロール先端が内リング（１４）に貼り付きロール（９）が巻き戻りにくくなる。
（ホ）ロール先端を取り出したい時は外リング（１３）の剥離板（１７）部を押えながら外リング（１３）をカッター（１６）部の方に回転させることにより剥離板（１７）がロールを内リング（１４）から剥がすことになる。
（ヘ）以上により第２の実施形態ではロールの先端はカートリッジ（１２）の外形内に収まるため携帯時などに邪魔にならない。A second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
