Abstract
【解決手段】遠心圧縮機13が静止し、加圧されているときに遠心圧縮機13のメカニカルドライシール11の密封ガスを循環させる装置10が提供される。前記装置は密封往復圧縮機12を具備し、前記往復圧縮機12は、シリンダ内を摺動自在であるピストンを含み、前記ピストンは、前記シリンダに沿って移動する外部磁性要素への磁気結合により移動される。

Claims (10)
- 遠心圧縮機(13)が静止し、加圧されているときに遠心圧縮機(13)の複数のメカニカルドライシール(11)の密封ガスを循環させる装置(10)において、
前記装置は密封往復圧縮機(12)を具備し、
前記往復圧縮機(12)は、シリンダ(16)内を摺動自在であるピストン(14)を含み、前記ピストン(14)は、前記シリンダ(16)に沿って移動する外部磁性要素(20)への磁気結合により移動され、
前記ガス循環装置(10)は、前記往復圧縮機(12)により移動されるガスが通過するヒータ(22)をさらに具備し、
前記ヒータ(22)は、前記複数のメカニカルドライシール(11)の遠心圧縮機(12)側のメカニカルドライシール(11)と前記往復圧縮機(12)とを結ぶラインに設けられ、
前記ガスは、前記メカニカルドライシールの密封リングとディスクとの間に凝縮物及び/又は氷の形成を防止するのに十分な温度まで加熱される
ことを特徴とするガス循環装置(10)。 - 前記外部磁性要素(20)は往復モータ(18)により移動されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のガス循環装置(10)。
- 前記往復モータ(18)は空気圧式であることを特徴とする請求項2記載のガス循環装置(10)。
- 前記外部磁性要素(20)は、前記シリンダ(16)の外側で移動されるリングであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載のガス循環装置(10)。
- 前記シリンダ(16)は非磁性材料から製造されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項記載のガス循環装置(10)。
- 前記ピストン(14)は磁界を感知する材料から製造されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項記載のガス循環装置(10)。
- 前記ピストン(14)は金属材料から製造されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載のガス循環装置(10)。
- 外部と接触するシールを持たないことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項記載のガス循環装置(10)。
- 前記往復圧縮機(12)は複動圧縮機であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項記載のガス循環装置(10)。
- 前記往復圧縮機(12)の寸法は小さいことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項記載のガス循環装置(10)。
