Abstract

Description
本発明は、カプラおよび/または共に位置決めできるタイプの感知装置、ならびに感知装置をカプラ内に位置決めするための挿入道具等の他の種々の構成要素を含むシステムを含み、ここに開示したタイプのカプラおよび感知装置の組合体を準備する方法ならびに使用する方法を提供する。

Claims (33)
- 血管上の所定位置へ固定できかつ所定位置に一つまたはそれ以上の感知装置を保持しかつ位置決めした血管カプラ。
- 前記血管カプラは、身体内に位置決めされると、一つまたはそれ以上の感知装置と係合するように構成されている、請求項1による血管カプラ。
- 前記血管カプラと前記感知装置の組み合わせ体は、身体の外側で形成されている、請求項1による血管カプラ。
- 前記カプラは一つまたはそれ以上のファスナ部の連結により形成され、前記ファスナ部の少なくとも一つは一つまたはそれ以上の感知装置と係合しているかまたは係合する構成である、請求項1による血管カプラ。
- 前記感知装置は、一つまたはそれ以上の血流のパラメタ、酸素、温度、pH、または一つまたはそれ以上の生化学物質の存在または濃度を表示または測定する装置またはその構成要素を含む、請求項1による血管カプラ。
- 吻合カプラを含む、請求項1による血管カプラ。
- 一対の対応するファスナ部の連結により形成され、そのいずれか一方または両方が感知装置を受けるための受器を有する、請求項6による血管カプラ。
- 前記ファスナ部は同一部であり、軸方向の複数のピンおよび複数の前記ピン間の孔によって連結される構成である、請求項7による血管カプラ。
- 前記感知装置は顕微鏡観察下でいずれかのファスナ部の受器内に着脱自在に位置決めされかつ保持できる超音波ドプラプローブを含む、請求項8による血管カプラ。
- 前記超音波ドプラプローブは円形圧電結晶を含む、請求項8による血管カプラ。
- 血管上の所定位置へ固定できかつ所定位置に一つまたはそれ以上の感知装置を保持しかつ位置決めした血管カプラ。
- 前記血管カプラは、身体内に位置決めされると、一つまたはそれ以上の感知装置と係合するように構成されている、請求項11による血管カプラ。
- 前記血管カプラと前記感知装置は身体の外側に形成されている、請求項11による血管カプラ。
- 前記カプラは一つまたはそれ以上のファスナ部の連結により形成され、前記ファスナ部の少なくとも一つは一つまたはそれ以上の感知装置と係合しているかまたは係合する構成である、請求項11による血管カプラ。
- 前記感知装置は、一つまたはそれ以上の血流パラメタ、酸素、温度、pH、または一つもくしはそれ以上の生化学物質の存在または濃度を表示または測定する装置またはその構成要素を含む、請求項11による血管カプラ。
- 吻合カプラを含む、請求項11による血管カプラ。

- 請求項11による組み合わせ体を用意しかつ使用する各工程を含む、血管手術に続いて組織部位を監視または評価する方法。
- 前記カプラは、それ自体が一旦身体内に位置決めされると、一つまたはそれ以上の感知装置と係合するように構成されている、請求項21による方法。
- 前記カプラと前記感知装置との組み合わせ体は身体の外側で形成される、請求項21による方法。
