(2)上記実施形態では、第2連結部材50は、パイププロック部材54L,54Rと継手53L,53Rとを有し、パイプブロック部材54Lと継手53Lおよびパイプブロック部材54Rと継手53Rを各々繋げた2つの棒状部材によってハンドル17とパイプ51が連結されていた。しかし、棒状部材の数を3つ以上にし、それらの棒状部材によってハンドル17とパイプ51を連結してもよい。
(3)上記実施形態において、第1連結部材20を台座部材21と軸収容部材23により構成してもよい。この場合、軸収容部材23を台座部材21の上面中央に固定するとよい。
