Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は回転可能なルーズトップ工具のためのルーズトップであって、前端と後端を含み、その間に中心軸が延び、同様にセンタリングピンが該ルーズトップから軸方向後方に突出しているタイプのルーズトップに関する。センタリングピンは直径方向で対向する二つの表面(29,30)を含み、その第1のものは軸方向に延びる二つの境界母線(31a,31b)の間に接線方向に延びる接触表面(29)を形成し、境界母線は想像上の外接円(S1)に沿って位置し、その円の中心は該中心軸(C)と合致し、その間の円弧角(α)は180°より小さく、該接触表面は該境界母線(31a,31b)を介して該外接円(S1)から間隔があいた該第2の表面に変わってゆく。

Claims (17)
- 切り屑除去機械加工のための回転工具であって、
一方において、前端と後端(4,5)を有し、前端と後端(4,5)の間に第1の中心軸(C1)が延伸し、第1の中心軸(C1)の回りで回転できる基体(1)を備え、
他方において、前端と後端(9,10)を含み、前端と後端(9,10)の間に第2の中心軸(C2)が延伸しているルーズトップ(2)を備え、
基体(1)の前端は、トルクを伝達する二つのドライバ(17a、17b)と中間底面(18)とによって画定されるジョー(16)を含み、ジョー(16)はルーズトップ(2)の一部を受け入れることができ、
ルーズトップから軸方向後方に突出するセンタリングピン(20)が、ジョー(16)の底面(18)に開口するセンターホール(19)に挿入可能であり、
センターホール(19)は基体の内側に軸方向に延びる孔壁を有し、孔壁にセンタリングピン(20)と協同動作するねじ(23)のためのねじ溝付き穴(22)が開口している回転工具において、
センタリングピン(20)が、センターホール(19)の断面積より小さな断面積を有し、直径方向で対向する二つの接触表面(29,33)を含み、第1の表面(29)は二つの軸方向に延びる境界母線(31a,31b)の間で接線方向に延びる接触表面(29)を構成し、境界母線は中心がルーズトップの中心軸(C2)と合致する仮想円(S1)に沿って位置し、境界母線(31a,31b)の間の円弧角が180°より小さく、境界母線を介して、外接円から内向きに間隔があいている第2の表面(33)に移行することを特徴とする工具。 - ピン(20)の第2の表面(33)は、ピンに回す力を加えるためにねじ(23)に向いているショルダー表面(32c)を含み、ショルダー表面(32c)が境界母線(31a,31b)から延びる二つの逃げ面(32a,32b)によって囲まれる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工具。
- ルーズトップ(2)のピン(20)のショルダー表面(32c)が平面である、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の工具。
- ねじ(23)の中心軸(C3)が、径方向に工具の中心軸(C)の方へ向けられたねじ溝付き穴(22)に配置され、ルーズトップ(2)のピン(20)が、ドライバ(17a,17b)の間の最初の位置で、平面のショルダー表面(32c)がねじ溝付き穴(22)の中心軸(C3)と鈍角(β)を成すように調整される、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の工具。
- ルーズトップ(2)のピン(20)のショルダー表面(32c)がピンの自由な後端(20a)から前方へ延びている、ことを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の工具。
- ルーズトップのピンの平面のショルダー表面(32c)の軸方向背後に、傾斜したチャンファー表面(37)が存在し、それによって軸方向に引く力をピンに加えることができる、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の工具。
- センターホール(19)の孔壁、及びルーズトップ(2)のピンの接触表面(29)、が円筒状である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の工具。
- センターホール(19)の孔壁が円筒状であり、ルーズトップ(2)のピンの接触表面(29)が楕円状である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の工具。
- ルーズトップのピンの二つの逃げ面(32a,32b)が含まれる第2の表面(33)が、その中心(M)が工具の中心軸(C)に対して偏心している第2の仮想円(S2)によって定められる円筒状の基本形を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項2〜8のいずれか1項に記載の工具。
- 切り屑除去機械加工用の回転工具のためのルーズトップであって、前端と後端(9,10)を含み、前端と後端(9,10)の間に中心軸(C2)が延伸し、センタリングピン(20)がルーズトップから軸方向後方に突出しているルーズトップにおいて、
センタリングピン(20)が二つの直径方向で対向する表面(29,33)を含み、
その第1の表面(29)は二つの軸方向に延びる境界母線(31a,31b)の間で接線方向に延びる接触表面(29)を構成し、
境界母線は、中心が中心軸(C2)と合致する想像上の外接円(S1)に沿って位置し、二つの境界母線間の円弧角(α)が180°より小さく、
接触表面(29)が境界母線(31a,31b)を介して外接円(S1)から内向きに間隔があいた第2の表面(33)に移行していく、ことを特徴とするルーズトップ。 - 第2の表面(33)がショルダー表面(32c)を含み、それによって回す力をセンタリングピンに加えることができ、ショルダー表面は境界母線(31a,31b)から延びる二つの逃げ面(32a,32b)によって囲まれる、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のルーズトップ。
- ショルダー表面(32c)が平面であり、外接円の内側でコード状に延びている、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のルーズトップ。
- ショルダー表面(32c)がセンタリングピンの自由端(20a)から前方に延びている、ことを特徴とする請求項11又は12に記載のルーズトップ。
- 平面のショルダー表面(32c)の軸方向背後にチャンファー表面(37)が存在し、それがショルダー表面(32c)に対して傾斜し、それによって軸方向引っ張り力をセンタリングピンに加えることができる、ことを特徴とする請求項11又は12に記載のルーズトップ。
- 接触表面(29)が円筒状である、ことを特徴とする請求項10〜14のいずれか1項に記載のルーズトップ。
- 接触表面(29)が楕円状である、ことを特徴とする請求項10〜14のいずれか1項に記載のルーズトップ。
- 第2の表面(33)が円筒状の基本形を有し、それが第2の円(S2)によって定められ、その中心(M)が中心軸(C2)に対して偏心している、ことを特徴とする請求項11〜16のいずれか1項に記載のルーズトップ。
