5.コアに装着されたデバイスを用いてラインを少なくとも2箇所でパリソンに固定する工程、
6.成形型を開けてコアを抜き取る工程、ならびに
7.ブロー成形により(パリソン内に加圧流体を射出することにより)および/または熱成形により(キャビティーの背後から真空を適用することにより)パリソンの最終成形を行う工程、を含み、
ラインは、その固定箇所間に、成形型を閉じる時にパリソンおよび/またはその表面上に存在する付属品に接触可能な自由長を含み、それにより、コアに装着されたデバイスを用いて工程(5)の間に少なくとも1つの中間固定箇所が形成される。

Claims (10)
- 2つのキャビティーとコアとを含む成形型を用いてパリソンを成形することによる内部ラインを備えたプラスチック燃料タンクの製造方法であって、以下の工程、
1.前記パリソンを前記成形型キャビティー内に導入する工程、
2.前記コアを前記パリソン内に導入する工程であって、前記コアは最初にラインを備えている工程、
3.前記キャビティーが前記コアに耐漏洩接触するように前記成形型を閉じる工程、
4.前記コアを介してブローすることによりおよび/または前記キャビティーの背後から真空を適用することにより前記パリソンを前記キャビティーに押圧する工程、
5.前記コアに装着されたデバイスを用いて前記ラインを少なくとも2箇所で前記パリソンに固定する工程、
6.前記成形型を開けて前記コアを抜き取る工程、ならびに
7.ブロー成形により(前記パリソン内に加圧流体を射出することにより)および/または熱成形により(前記キャビティーの背後から真空を適用することにより)前記パリソンの最終成形を行う工程、を含み、
前記ラインが、その固定箇所間に、前記成形型を閉じる時に前記パリソンおよび/またはその表面上に存在する付属品に接触可能な自由長を含む方法において、前記コアに装着されたデバイスを用いて工程(5)の間に少なくとも1つの中間固定箇所が形成されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記パリソンが、同じ1つの押し出された管状パリソンを直径方向に対向した2本の線に沿ってその全長にわたりカットすることにより得られた2つの個別部片で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ラインおよび前記タンク内の少なくとも1つの他の構成要素が、最初に、前記コアの装填に使用される共通の支持体に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ラインの少なくとも1つの固定箇所が、前記パリソンに固定されるという事実に基づいてかつ前記ラインに装着される方法に基づいて、このラインの回転防止を可能にする付属品から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ラインが、両端のそれぞれにバルブを有するベンチレーションパイプであり、かつ前記パイプが、これらのバルブを介しておよび中間固定箇所によりタンクに固定されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記タンクがサドルタンクであり、それが、前記バルブの1つをそれぞれ含む少なくとも2つのポケットを連結一体化する低減された高さの中央部分を含み、かつ前記中間固定箇所が、この中央部分またはその近傍に存在することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記中間固定箇所が、前記タンク内に固定される前に前記ラインを収容する固定用部品を用いて形成され、かつ前記固定用部品が、前記コア上の好適なデバイスを用いて加圧することにより前記中間固定箇所で前記パリソンに溶接されることを特徴とする請求項1なしい請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記固定用部品がHDPEクリップであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記ラインが、少なくとも前記中間固定箇所の近傍では、前記タンクの耐熱性よりも大きい耐熱性を有する材料を部分的に基材とし、かつ前記成形型キャビティーが、好適なレリーフを前記固定箇所の位置に含み、その結果として、前記コアに装着されたデバイスの圧力下で、前記ラインが、この位置で前記レリーフに収容され、次に、前記パリソンの1つのセクションが、前記レリーフと前記ラインとの間にクランプされることが保証されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記キャビティー内のレリーフが、永久的グルーブ形レリーフであるか、または前記中間固定位置で前記パリソンが前記ラインと合体するように外側から局所的に前記パリソンを押す2つの傾斜ジャッキを含むリトラクタブルレリーフであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
