Claims (12)
- 少なくとも一つの親水性コラーゲン状ブロックおよび少なくとも一つのシルク状ブロックを有するマルチブロック共重合体であって、前記シルク状ブロックはアミノ酸配列((GA)mGX)nを有し、ここでGはグリシンであり、Aはアラニンであり、mおよびnは少なくとも2であり、Xはイオン化可能アミノ酸であり、前記イオン化可能アミノ酸は正電荷または負電荷を帯びるようにすることができる、共重合体。
- 請求項1に記載の共重合体において、前記イオン化可能アミノ酸は正電荷を帯びヒスチジンである、共重合体。
- 請求項1に記載の共重合体において、前記イオン化可能アミノ酸は負電荷を帯びグルタミン酸である、共重合体。
- トリブロック共重合体である請求項1に記載の共重合体。
- 請求項1ないし4の何れか一項に記載の共重合体において、前記コラーゲン状ブロックは外側ブロックを形成し、前記シルク状ブロックは中間ブロックを形成する、共重合体。
- 請求項1ないし4の何れか一項に記載の共重合体において、前記コラーゲン状ブロックは中間ブロックを形成し、前記シルク状ブロックは前記外側ブロックを形成する、共重合体。
- 請求項1ないし4の何れか一項に記載の共重合体において、mは好ましくは2〜10の範囲にある、共重合体。
- 請求項1ないし4の何れか一項に記載の共重合体において、nは好ましくは3〜100の範囲にある、共重合体。
- 請求項1ないし4の何れか一項に記載の共重合体において、mおよびnは好ましくは2〜10および3〜100の範囲にある、共重合体。
- 請求項1ないし4の何れか一項に記載の共重合体において、前記コラーゲン状ブロックは非集合性ブロックである、共重合体。
- 請求項1ないし10の何れか一項に記載の共重合体を有するナノワイヤ構造。
- ゲル、細胞培養、再生医療足場、ナノワイヤもしくはナノワイヤテンプレートを形成するためのまたは複合材料における材料としての請求項1ないし10の何れか一項に記載のマルチブロック共重合体の使用。
