- ニキビダニ属感染症又はニキビダニ属に誘発される眼瞼炎の治療における使用に適した組成物であって、
該組成物がティートリーオイル中に見いだされる抗ニキビダニ属活性化合物を含むことを特徴とする組成物。 - 前記使用に適した組成物がテルピネン−４−オル、α−テルピネオル、テルピノレン、γ−テルピネン、1,8シネオール、α−テルピネン、リモネン又はティートリーオイルを含むことを特徴とする請求項１記載の組成物。
- 前記使用に適した組成物が皮膚科的に許容される基剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項１又は２に記載の組成物。
- 前記使用に適した組成物が眼科的に許容される基剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項１又は２に記載の組成物。
- 前記使用に適した組成物が目を刺激する薬剤を略含まないことを特徴とする請求項４に記載の組成物。
- 前記使用に適した組成物がテルピネン−４−オルを含むことを特徴とする請求項３乃至５いずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記使用に適した組成物が５％から１００％ｗ／ｗのテルピネン−４−オルを含むことを特徴とする請求項６記載の組成物。
- 前記使用に適した組成物が１０％から１００％ｗ／ｗのテルピネン−４−オルを含むことを特徴とする請求項６記載の組成物。
- 前記使用に適した組成物が５％から５０％のテルピネン−４−オルを含むことを特徴とする請求項６記載の組成物。
- 前記使用に適した組成物が５％から１５％ｗ／ｗのテルピネン−４−オル、例えば１０％を含むことを特徴とする請求項６記載の組成物。
- 前記使用に適した組成物が０．２％から２０％ｗ／ｗのティートリーオイル、例えば３．０％から１５％、４％から１０％、又は５％ｗ／ｗのティートリーオイルを含むことを特徴とする請求項１乃至５いずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記使用に適した組成物が軟膏の形態であることを特徴とする請求項１乃至１１いずれかに記載の組成物。
- ニキビダニ属感染症又はニキビダニ属に誘発される眼瞼炎の治療における眼科的な使用に適した組成物であって、
該組成物がティートリーオイル中に見いだされる抗ニキビダニ属活性化合物を含むことを特徴とする組成物。 - 前記組成物が請求項１乃至１２のいずれかに説明されるニキビダニ属薬剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項１３に記載の化合物。
- 前記組成物が目を刺激し或いは目を害する薬剤を略含まないとともに、テルピネン−４−オルを、例えば、５％から１００％、１０％から１００％、５％から５０％、５％から１５％又は１０％ｗ／ｗを含むことを特徴とする請求項１３に記載の組成物。
