Description

それぞれが、メディアコンテンツのセグメントを受信するために、複数のピアのうちの一以上の他のピアと通信可能に接続されるとともに前記一以上のメディアサーバのうちの少なくとも一つと通信可能に接続される複数のピアであって、当該複数のピアのうちの少なくとも一つが、前記セグメント及びメディアファイルを格納するキャッシュメモリと、前記一つのピアが通信可能に接続される前記一以上のピアにメディアコンテンツの前記セグメントを送信するための上り回線帯域幅とを含む、メディアコンテンツの前記セグメントを供給するためのリソースのセットを割り当てる、該複数のピアと、
前記複数のピアのメディアコンテンツ需要及び割り当てられた前記リソースを追跡することで、要求された各メディアコンテンツの各セグメントを各ピアが受信する際の送信元の一以上の位置を特定するピア位置情報を判定する第1制御サーバであって、該少なくとも一つの制御サーバが前記各ピアに前記位置情報を送信するように動作可能である、該第1制御サーバと
