Description
この比較例においては、第1の分別区域240を省き、ライン244内の第2の分別区域280からの塔底流をライン328に送って、第3の分別区域320への供給流と混合した。また、バルブ310を閉止し、バルブ312を開放することによって、トルエンをトランスアルキル化区域220に再循環した。
以下の3つの実施例においては、バルブ310を閉止し、バルブ312を開放して、図1に示されるように、分別されたトルエンの全部をトランスアルキル化区域220に再循環することができた。
この実施例においては、バルブ272を閉止し、バルブ312及び274を開放し、バルブ396を絞ることによってライン394を通る再循環流の量を制限することによってパラキシレンの製造を固定することにより、ベンゼンの収量を増加させることができた。
他の実施例においては、バルブ274を閉止し、バルブ272を開放し、バルブ396を絞ることによってライン394を通る再循環流の量を制限することによってパラキシレンの製造を固定することにより、芳香族ガソリンブレンドを増加させることができた。
更に他の実施例においては、バルブ274を閉止し、バルブ272を開放し、バルブ396を通る生成物の量を制限する(及びこれに対応してライン394を通る再循環流の量を増加させる)ことによって芳香族ガソリンブレンドの製造を固定することにより、ライン414内のパラキシレンの量を増加させることができた。
この比較例においては、比較例1と同様に、第1の分別区域240を省き、ライン244内の第2の分別区域280からの塔底流をライン328に送って、第3の分別区域320への供給流と混合した。しかしながら、バルブ310を開放することにより、トルエンの少なくとも一部を生成物として回収した。
次の3つの実施例においては、バルブ310を開放して、それによりライン304内のトルエンの少なくとも一部を生成物として回収することができた。
この実施例においては、バルブ274を閉止し、バルブ272を開放し、トルエン及び芳香族ガソリンブレンドの製造速度を固定することにより、パラキシレンの収量を増加させることができた。
更に他の実施例においては、バルブ272を閉止し、バルブ274を開放し、パラキシレン及び芳香族ガソリンブレンドを固定することにより、ベンゼンの製造速度を増加させ、トルエンの製造速度を減少させることができた。
更なる実施例においては、バルブ274を閉止し、バルブ272を開放し、芳香族ガソリンブレンド及びパラキシレンの製造速度を固定することにより、トルエンの製造速度を増加させることができた。
Claims (10)
- ベンゼン、トルエン、パラキシレン、及び芳香族ガソリンブレンドの少なくとも1つの製造を増加させるために、芳香族C9化合物に富む流れの行き先を変えることによってトランスアルキル化区域への供給流を変化させる方法であって、
第2の分別区域からの流出流を受容する第1の分別区域から芳香族C9化合物に富む流れを与えることを含み、ここで第2の分別区域はベンゼン及びトルエンの少なくとも1つに富む流れを生成し、芳香族C9化合物に富む流れを少なくとも部分的にトランスアルキル化区域への供給流及び芳香族ガソリンブレンドの少なくとも1つの中に含ませる;
上記方法。 - 第1の分別区域が、芳香族C8−化合物に富む流れ、芳香族C9化合物に富む流れ、及び場合によっては芳香族C10+化合物に富む流れを与えるカラムを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- パージ流を芳香族C9化合物に富む流れと連絡することを更に含み、ここで芳香族C9化合物に富む流れはカラムからの塔底流であり;場合によってはパージ流を燃料油中に含ませる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 芳香族C9化合物に富む流れが少なくとも70重量%の芳香族C9化合物を含む、請求項1、2、及び3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第1の分別区域が、第2の分別区域からの流出流を受容するカラムを含み;
芳香族ガソリンブレンドの製造を制限してトランスアルキル化区域への供給流を変化させる;
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 供給流をパラキシレン分離区域に通して、
(a)パラキシレン分離区域を通る供給流を制限して芳香族ガソリンブレンドの製造を増加させるか;
(b)トルエン及び芳香族ガソリンブレンドの製造速度を制限してパラキシレンの製造速度を増加させる;
ことのいずれかを行うことを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 芳香族C8−化合物に富む流れ及び芳香族C9化合物に富む流れを与え、反応区域及び芳香族ガソリンブレンドと直接連絡して、反応区域又は芳香族ガソリンブレンドへの芳香族C9化合物に富む流れの少なくとも一部を与える第1の分別区域;
を含む芳香族物質製造装置。 - 第1の分別区域が、塔頂流中の芳香族C8−化合物に富む流れ及び塔底流中の芳香族C9化合物に富む流れを与えるカラムを含む、請求項7に記載の芳香族物質製造装置。
- 第1の分別区域が、塔頂流中の芳香族C8−化合物に富む流れ、側流中の芳香族C9化合物に富む流れ、及び芳香族C10+化合物に富む塔底流を与えるカラムを含む、請求項7に記載の芳香族物質製造装置。
- 反応区域からベンゼン及びトルエンの少なくとも1つを分離し、第1の分別区域への供給流を与える第2の分別区域を更に含み;反応区域がトランスアルキル化区域を含む、請求項7、8、及び9のいずれかに記載の芳香族物質製造装置。
