Claims (13)
- 二階式燃焼室装置において、
第1と第2の室を備えた二階式燃焼室と、
前記二階式燃焼室と協働し、前記第1と第2の燃焼室内への空気と燃料の混合気の流入、および、前記第1と第2の燃焼室からの燃焼生成物の流出を制御する二階式弁手段とを具備する二階式燃焼室装置。 - 前記第1と第2の燃焼室の一方が、前記第1と第2の燃焼室の他方の上側に配置されている請求項1に記載の二階式燃焼室装置。
- 前記第1と第2の燃焼室が、予燃焼室と主燃焼室とから成る請求項1に記載の二階式燃焼室装置。
- 前記予燃焼室内に配設され該予燃焼室内に点火するための点火手段を更に具備する請求項3に記載の二階式燃焼室装置。
- 前記予燃焼室と主燃焼室との間に配設され前記予燃焼室と主燃焼室とを分離する平板手段と、
前記平板手段に形成された複数の小孔であって、前記予燃焼室内の空気と燃料の混合気の燃焼が開始した後に、前記主燃焼室内の複数の部位で空気と燃焼室の混合気を点火するするための複数の火炎前面を形成するための小孔を具備する請求項4に記載の二階式燃焼室装置。 - 前記二階式弁手段が、開放位置と閉鎖位置との間で回転自在に前記二階式燃焼室に取付けられた二階式回転弁手段を具備する請求項1に記載の二階式燃焼室装置。
- 前記二階式回転弁手段が、前記第1と第2の燃焼室の一方への空気と燃料の混合気の流入を許容する少なくとも1つの入口ポートと、前記第1と第2の燃焼室の他方からの燃焼生成物の流出を許容する少なくとも1つの出口ポートとを具備する請求項6に記載の二階式燃焼室装置。
- 前記第1と第2の燃焼室内に流れ経路が画成され、該流れ経路に沿って空気と燃料の混合気が前記第1と第2の燃焼室内を略環状に流通するようにした請求項7に記載の二階式燃焼室装置。
- 前記二階式回転弁手段が、前記第1と第2の燃焼室の間に設けられた接続通路を具備し、前記第1と第2の燃焼室が、前記二階式回転弁手段を通じて互いに直列に接続され、空気と燃料の混合気が前記回転弁手段に形成された入口ポートから、前記第1と第2の燃焼室の一方ならびに前記接続通路を介して、前記第1と第2の燃焼室の他方へ流通し、前記出口ポートから外部へ排出される請求項7に記載の二階式燃焼室装置。
- 前記二階式回転弁手段に形成された少なくとも1つの前記入口ポート、および、前記二階式回転弁手段に形成された少なくとも1つの前記出口ポートは、前記二階式回転弁手段に形成された一対の入口ポートと、一対の出口ポートとを具備し、前記第1と第2の燃焼室の双方への空気と燃料の混合気の流入と、前記第1と第2の燃焼室の双方からの燃焼生成物の流出を同時に行うことができるようにした請求項7に記載の二階式燃焼室装置。
- 前記二階式回転弁手段に形成された少なくとも1つの前記入口ポート、および、前記二階式回転弁手段に形成された少なくとも1つの前記出口ポートは、前記二階式回転弁手段に形成された一対の入口ポートと、一対の出口ポートとを具備し、前記第1と第2の燃焼室の双方への空気と燃料の混合気の流入と、前記第1と第2の燃焼室の双方からの燃焼生成物の流出を個別に行うことができるようにした請求項7に記載の二階式燃焼室装置。
- 前記二階式回転弁手段に形成された少なくとも1つの前記入口ポート、および、前記二階式回転弁手段に形成された少なくとも1つの前記出口ポートは、前記二階式回転弁手段に形成された一対の入口ポートと、一対の出口ポートとを具備し、前記第1と第2の燃焼室の双方への空気と燃料の混合気の流入と、前記第1と第2の燃焼室の双方からの燃焼生成物の流出を独立に行うことができるようにした請求項7に記載の二階式燃焼室装置。
- 前記第1と第2の燃焼室内に流れ経路が画成され、該流れ経路に沿って空気と燃料の混合気が前記第1と第2の燃焼室内を略正弦曲線状に流通するようにした請求項7に記載の二階式燃焼室装置。
