Claims (10)
- 顎骨における骨結合のためのインプラント(10、20、30)と、アバットメント(40、50、60)とを備える歯牙交換システム(1、2、3)において、
密接嵌合シリンダ(42)を備えるアバットメント基部(41、51、61)が、インプラント(10、20、30)における受入れ開口部(11、21、31)の対応する円筒状の密接嵌合座部(14)に嵌合可能であることを特徴とする、歯牙交換システム(1、2、3)。 - 前記アバットメント(40、50、60)が、前記受入れ開口部(11、21、31)において接着接合可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の歯牙交換システム(1、2、3)。
- 前記アバットメント(40、50、60)が挿入されると、前記アバットメント基部(41、51、61)が、ベース面が底面(45)上にある状態にて前記受入れ開口部(11、21、31)に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載の歯牙交換システム(1、2、3)。
- 前記アバットメント(40、50、60)が挿入されると、前記アバットメントの頭部領域が前記インプラント(10、20、30)の遠位肩表面から離間する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の歯牙交換システム(1、2、3)。
- 前記アバットメント(40、50、60)が前記インプラント(10、20、30)に接着接合される際、円筒状の前記アバットメント基部(41、51、61)が接着剤の排出のための周辺排出路(49)を設けることを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の歯牙交換システム(1、2、3)。
- 前記排出路(49)が、前記アバットメント基部(41、51、61)の平坦化によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の歯牙交換システム(1、2、3)。
- 前記排出路(49)が、円の扇形形状の断面を有し、かつ深さnn〜nnaおよび幅mm〜mmaであり、好ましくは、深さnn〜nnaおよび幅mm〜mmaであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の歯牙交換システム(1、2、3)。
- 前記インプラント(10、20、30)および/または前記アバットメント(40、50、60)が、チタンまたはセラミック製であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の歯牙交換システム(1、2、3)。
- セラミック製の前記インプラント(10、20、30)および/またはセラミック製の前記アバットメント(40、50、60)が、酸化ジルコニウムまたは酸化ジルコニウム/アルミニウム混合物製であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の歯牙交換システム(1、2、3)。
- 挿入される前記アバットメント(40、50、60)が、近位アバットメントベースにおける固定手段と前記受入れ開口部(11、21、31)の近位部の少なくとも1つの内壁との形状嵌合により、少なくとも2つの半径方向角度位置に配置可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の歯牙交換システム(1、2、3)。
