Claims (9)
- ブリッジ(5)と、2つの固定アーム(6)と、を備える椎弓形成術用ブリッジ形成装置であって、
各固定アーム(6)が、所定位置で終わり引き抜き防止用凹凸(8)を有する舌片(7)を備え、
少なくとも1つの前記固定アーム(6)が、前記舌片(7)とロック装置(9)との間に前記頸部椎弓板(2)をクランプするための頸部椎弓板(2)ロック装置(9)をさらに備え、
前記引き抜き防止用凹凸(8)が、前記舌(7)と前記ロック装置(9)との間に位置することを特徴とする、ブリッジ形成装置。 - 両固定アーム(6)が、前記頸部椎弓板をクランプするための頸部椎弓板(2)ロック装置(9)をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のブリッジ形成装置。
- 前記ロック装置が、前記舌片(7)と略平行に装着されて前記頸部椎弓板(2)をクランプ可能な薄板(9)からなることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のブリッジ形成装置。
- 前記薄板が、前記舌片(7)と前記薄板(9)との間に凹凸(9)を備えており、
前記凹凸(9)が、所定位置で終わる前記舌片に設けられた前記引き抜き防止用凹凸(8)と向かい合うことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のブリッジ形成装置。 - 1mm〜7mmの間隙が、前記舌片(7)と前記薄板(9)との間に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のブリッジ形成装置。
- 前記ロック装置(9)が、椎骨の凸凹に追従するように湾曲した薄板(9)からなることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のブリッジ形成装置。
- 前記湾曲した薄板(9)が、椎骨の椎間関節(3)に固定するためのスクリュ用の穴を含むのに十分長いことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のブリッジ形成装置。
- 2つの部分または1つの部分で作製されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のブリッジ形成装置。
- その全体的な形状がU字形状であり、前記ブリッジ(5)の長さが10mm〜24mmであり、前記舌片(7)の長さが4mm〜12mmであり、前記舌片(7)の幅が2mm〜8mmであり、前記舌片(7)の厚さが0.8mm〜4mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のブリッジ形成装置。
