Description
Claims (10)
- 生体組織に適用可能な無線周波数装置のための回路およびこの回路を含む装置であって、この装置は、異なるタイプの伝導電流によるジアテルミー装置と外科用電気メスとを含むものにおいて、
電極に電源供給するための前記回路は、入力信号の基本信号を通過させるように同調された共鳴直列フィルタと共鳴並列フィルタとを備え、これらのフィルタは、同時に高調波の周波数の増加と共に前記高調波の残りを指数関数的に減衰させ、高調波を有する前記入力信号の基本信号のみが減衰することなく出力に向かって通過する一方で、干渉を起こす前記高調波が前記高調波の周波数の増加と共に益々減衰されることを特徴とする、回路。 - 請求項1に記載の回路であって、前記共鳴直列および並列フィルタは、Nを実数とするとき、巻き数比1:Nを有するトランスTRFによって分離されていることを特徴とする、回路。
- 請求項1に記載の回路であって、前記直列フィルタは、入力信号の基本周波数に対して非常に低いインピーダンスを有し、かつ前記入力信号の残りの高調波に対して高いインピーダンスを有する、インダクタンスLS1とキャパシタンスCS1からなることを特徴とする、回路。
- 請求項1に記載の回路であって、前記並列フィルタは、前記入力信号の基本周波数に対して非常に高いインピーダンスを提供し、かつ前記入力信号の残りの高調波に対して低いインピーダンスを提供する、インダクタンスLPとキャパシタンスCPとからなることを特徴とする、回路。
- 請求項1または2に記載の回路であって、前記共鳴並列フィルタのインダクタンスLPは、前記トランスTRFの二次側の寄生インダクタンスである、回路。
- 請求項5に記載の回路であって、前記共鳴並列フィルタのインダクタンスLPは、独立したインダクタンスである、回路。
- 請求項1に記載の回路であって、各出力に刺激防止コンデンサがある回路において、インダクタンスLS2_CAP、LS2_RESが前記コンデンサと直列に配置され、その値は前記入力信号の基本周波数において共鳴を形成するものである、回路。
- 請求項1に記載の回路であって、前記出力周波数は、増幅器から最大の効率を得るために電極−プラス−患者ユニットのインピーダンスに依存して変化するものであり、かつ、前記回路および/または周波数は従って、前記出力回路のインピーダンスを電極−プラス−患者ユニットのインピーダンスに一致させるよう同調される、回路。
- 請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載の回路を備えるジアテルミー装置。
- 請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載の回路を備える、外科用電気メス。
