Claims (20)
- 周囲空気気化器であって、複数の気化管路を少なくとも部分的に包囲するように構成される区切られたエンクロージャを含み、エンクロージャの第1の区画は、収集トレイによって第2の区画から離隔され、
第1の区画が、少なくとも32°Fの温度で周囲空気からの水の凝縮を可能にし、冷却源として気化管路を用いて脱水空気の生成を可能にするように構成され、
収集トレイが、第1の区画から第2の区画への脱水空気の通過を可能にし、第1の区画から凝縮物の除去を可能にするように構成され、
第2の区画が、脱水空気を用いて気化管路における極低温流体の加熱を可能にするように構成され、
気化管路が、第1の区画及び第2の区画にわたって延在する、周囲空気気化器。 - 第1の区画が、凝集フィルタと、収集トレイに流体的に接続される排水管とを備える、請求項1に記載の気化器。
- 第1の区画及び第2の区画が、上から下への空気の流れを可能にするために、互いに垂直に接続される、請求項1に記載の気化器。
- エンクロージャに接続され、第1の区画へ周囲空気の押し込みを可能にするように構成されるファンを更に備える、請求項1に記載の気化器。
- 気化器に動作的に接続され、第1の区画における気温を32°Fを上回る温度に維持することと、氷の蓄積の霜取りを可能にすることの少なくとも1つを行うように構成される制御システムを更に備える、請求項1に記載の気化器。
- 制御システムが、第1の区画からの気化された極低温流体の流れを制御することによって、第1の区画における気温を維持するように構成される、請求項5に記載の気化器。
- 制御システムが、第2の区画への極低温流体の流れを制御することによって、第1の区画における気温を維持するように構成される、請求項5に記載の気化器。
- 極低温流体用の気化器であって、第1の区画及び第2の区画を備えるエンクロージャを備え、両方の区画が、気化管路を少なくとも部分的に包囲し、第1の区画及び第2の区画が、第2の区画における空気を用いて気化管路における極低温流体の加熱を可能にするように構成、寸法化され、第1の区画における空気の水分を凝縮するが、凍らせないようにするために有効な第1の区画における温度を加熱された極低温流体が、有するような温度にする、極低温流体用の気化器。
- 排水管部分と、第1の区画と第2の区画との間に位置している収集トレイとを更に備え、トレイが、第1の区画から第2の区画への空気の通過を可能にし、第1の区画からの凝縮物の取水を可能にするように構成される、請求項8に記載の気化器。
- エンクロージャに接続されるファンを更に備え、ファンが、エンクロージャの外側から第1の区画、収集トレイ及び第2の区画を介した空気の強制移動を可能にするように構成される、請求項9に記載の気化器。
- 気化管路において極低温流体の流れを制御することによって、第1の区画における気温を32°Fを超える温度に維持するように構成される制御システムを更に備える、請求項8に記載の気化器。
- 気化管路の第2の部分への極低温流体の流れ及び気化管路の第1の部分からの気化された極低温流体の流れの少なくとも一方を制御することによって、第1の区画における気温を維持するように構成される制御システムを更に備える、請求項8に記載の気化器。
- 第1の区画における凝集フィルタを更に備える、請求項8に記載の気化器。
- 気化管路が、フィン型気化交換器チューブである、請求項8に記載の気化器。
- 周囲空気を用いて気化管路における極低温流体を気化する方法であって、部分的に加熱された極低温流体を用いて、32°Fを下らない温度まで周囲空気を冷却して脱水するステップと、脱水空気から凝縮物を除去するステップと、冷却された脱水空気を用いて、極低温流体から部分的に加熱された極低温流体を形成するステップとを含む、方法。
- 周囲空気を脱水するステップが、部分的に加熱された極低温流体が形成される第2の区画から分離される気化器の第1の区画において行われる、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 第1の区画の温度が、気化管路における極低温流体の流れを制御する制御システムによって維持され、氷の蓄積の霜取り及び収集トレイからの除去を可能にする、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 制御システムが、第1の区画からの気化された極低温流体の流出及び第2の区画への極低温流体の流入の少なくとも一方を制御する、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 凝縮物を除去するステップが、凝集フィルタと、第1の区画と第2の区画との間に配置される収集トレイとを用いて行われる、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 極低温流体が、液化天然ガスである、請求項15に記載の方法。
