Claims (15)
- 事前に決定可能な体積量の流体を蒸発させるための方法であって、
該方法は、
a)少なくとも一つの第1の部分体積量を第1の体積添加速度(17)で、前記事前に決定可能な体積量の前記第1の部分体積量とは異なる、少なくとも一つの第2の部分体積量を第2の体積添加速度(17)で供給ライン(3)に連続して添加するステップと、
b)前記部分体積量を少なくとも部分的に蒸発させて、前記供給ライン(3)の壁と前記部分体積量との間に蒸気膜を形成させるステップと、
c)前記部分体積量を前記供給ライン(3)を介して蒸発器面(5)に導くステップと、
d)前記部分体積量を前記蒸発器面(5)の領域における、
i)対応する部分体積量の質量、及び
ii)対応する部分体積量の体積添加速度(17)と、の少なくとも一つのパラメータの関数として変化する位置に当てるステップと、を含む方法。 - 前記蒸発器面(5)が、少なくとも一つの蒸発器流路(4)の表面を有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(d)が、慣性効果に基づく、請求項1から2の何れかに記載の方法。
- 前記蒸発器流路(4)が湾曲し、その曲率半径が変化する、請求項2又は3に記載の方法。
- 前記蒸発器流路(4)がその貫流可能な断面(9、10)を変化させる、請求項1から4迄の何れかに記載の方法。
- 前記流体が、水溶液の尿素を含む、請求項1から5迄の何れかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1から6迄の何れかに記載の方法を用いて流体を蒸発させるための装置(1)であって、
前記流体は、供給ライン(3)を介して蒸発器面(5)に供給されることができ、
前記蒸発器面は、蒸発器流路(4)の表面を含み、a)前記蒸発器流路(4)の曲率半径と、b)前記蒸発器流路(4)の貫流可能な断面(9、10)と、c)前記流体の体積添加速度(17)と、の少なくとも一つのパラメータが可変である、装置(1)。 - 前記蒸発器流路(4)の少なくとも一部が多孔質の被膜(14)を含む、請求項7記載の装置(1)。
- 前記蒸発器流路(4)の少なくとも一部が還元剤前駆体を加水分解して還元剤を生成するための触媒作用を行う被膜を含む、請求項7又は8の何れかに記載の装置(1)。
- 前記供給ライン(3)と前記蒸発器流路(4)が、尿素/水溶液の添加及び蒸発時の腐食耐性を有する材料から生成されている、請求項8から9までの何れかに記載の装置(1)。
- 前記供給ライン(3)と前記蒸発器流路(4)が、a)アルミニウムとb)チタニウムの少なくとも一つを含む材料から生成される、請求項10記載の装置(1)。
- 前記流体を貯蔵部(8)から供給ライン(3)に搬送するための少なくとも一つのポンプ(7、15)を含む搬送手段を備えた、請求項7から11迄の何れかに記載の装置(1)。
- 少なくとも一つの制御可能なバルブ(16)を貯蔵部(8)と供給ライン(3)との間に備えた、請求項12記載の装置(1)。
- 前記ポンプが搬送ポンプ(15)を含む、請求項13記載の装置(1)。
- 前記ポンプが計量型ポンプ(7)を含む、請求項12記載の装置(1)。
