Abstract
【解決手段】同耐久性消音構造体が、接着によって結合された、少なくとも1つの多孔性層(34)および補強用構造体(36)を含んでおり、
― 少なくとも1つの同補強用構造体(36)上に非晶質型接着剤を付着させ、
― 非晶質型接着剤の付着後、補強用構造体(36)を穿孔または微細穿孔し、
― 非晶質型接着剤で被覆した補強用構造体(36)の表面に、少なくとも1つの同多孔性層を付着させることを特徴とする。

Description
― とりわけ圧延、引抜き時の汚濁、汚染、オイルおよび潤滑油の除去、
― 吸着された層の除去、
― 完全に清潔な、むき出しの金属に戻すまでの、多かれ少なかれもろい層(自然な酸化物、水酸化物)の除去、
― 湿潤性の強化、
― 力学的結合を高めるための表面の粗さの増加、
― 接着剤の接着を高めるために、表面に酸化活性層またはそれ以外の丈夫な層の形成。
100℃ないし300℃の温度に高められる大型炉またはオートクラーブ内に全体を置く。非晶質接着剤40は、冷却時に、その力学的特性および接着性を失うことなく硬化する。

Claims (8)
- 消音処理のための被覆材が得られるように、蜂窩状構造体上に取り付けることのできる耐久性消音構造体の作成方式であり、同耐久性消音層(32)が、接着で結合した、少なくとも1つの多孔性層(34)および少なくとも1つの補強用構造体(36)を含んでおり、
― 少なくとも1つの同補強用構造体(36)上に非晶質型接着剤を取り付け、
― 非晶質型接着剤を取り付けた後に補強用構造体(36)を穿孔または微細穿孔し、
― 非晶質型接着剤で被覆した補強用構造体(36)の表面上に、少なくとも1つの多孔性層を付着させることからなることを特徴とする耐久性消音構造体の作成方式。 - 多孔性層(34)の取り付けが部分毎に行なわれ、接着剤が各部分毎に順次活性化されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の耐久性消音構造体の作成方式。
- 耐熱性接着剤を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の耐久性消音構造体の作成方式。
- 低温では接着性のない非晶質型接着剤のフイルムを使用することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の耐久性消音構造体の作成方式。
- ― 補強用構造体(36)とフイルム(40)を型(42)上に配置し、接着剤を活性化するために、全体を1ないし15バ−ルの圧力で、100℃ないし300℃の温度にかけ、
― 冷却後、補強用構造体と接着剤層のレベルで穿孔または微細穿孔を行ない、そして
― 多孔性層(34)を配置し、接着剤を活性化するために、全体を1ないし15バ−ルの圧力で、100℃ないし300℃の温度にかける
諸段階を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つの請求項に記載の耐久性消音構造体の作成方式。 - 消音処理のための被覆材が得られるように、蜂窩状構造体上に取り付けられる耐久性消音構造体であり、同耐久性消音構造体(32)が、請求項1から4までのいずれか1つの請求項に記載の耐久性消音構造体の製作法に基づいて、非晶質型接着剤で結合した少なくとも1つの多孔性層(34)と少なくとも1つの補強用構造体(36)を含んでいる耐久性消音構造体。
- 内方から外方に向かって、反射層(28)、少なくとも1つの蜂窩状構造体(30)および耐久性消音構造体(32)を含んでおり、同耐久性消音構造体(32)が、請求項1から4までのいずれか1つの請求項に記載の製作法に基づいて非晶質型接着剤で結合された少なくとも1つの多孔性層(34)と少なくとも1つの補強用構造体(36)を含む、消音処理のための被覆材。
- 内方から外方に向かって、反射層(28)、少なくとも1つの蜂窩状構造体(30)および耐久性消音構造体(32)を含む消音処理のための被覆材を含み、同耐久性消音構造体(32)が、請求項1から4までのいずれか1つの請求項に記載の作成方式に基づいて非晶質型接着剤で結合された少なくとも1つの多孔性層(34)および少なくとも1つの補強用構造体(36)を含むナセル。
