Claims (17)
- 脱気槽を備え、該脱気槽は、該脱気槽内部を減圧する装置に接続され、前記槽の内部内に、少なくとも1本のワイヤ水供給管が延び、前記ワイヤ水供給管はワイヤ水源に接続され、前記槽内の前記液位よりも高い位置の減圧空間中に開口し、前記槽の底部にワイヤ水排出ダクトが接続される、抄紙機、板紙機、または対応するウェブ形成機のアプローチシステム内のワイヤ水処理における装置であって、少なくとも1本の供給管が、前記脱気槽内の前記液位よりも高い位置に延び、前記供給管が排出縁を有し、該排出縁を超えて前記ワイヤ水が前記減圧空間内かつ前記槽内の前記液面上に流入すること、および前記ワイヤ水排出ダクトが下方に延び、ポンプに接続されることを特徴とする、装置。
- 前記脱気槽が前記機械の高さに配置され、前記排出ダクトに接続されたポンプが、地下の高さの位置に配置され、前記ポンプまで前記排出ダクトが延びることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1本の供給管が、移行管によって前記ワイヤ水源に接続され、前記ワイヤ水源の高さは、前記供給管の前記排出縁よりも高いことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記脱気槽が円筒形ベッセルを備え、前記円筒形ベッセルの上部には、前記減圧する装置内へのコンジットが設けられ、前記円筒形ベッセルが、排出ダクト、好ましくは排出管に繋がる、円錐形に窄まる底部を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1、2、または3に記載の装置。
- 前記円筒形ベッセルが、円錐形または凸状の上部を備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- オーバーフロー構造が、前記脱気槽の上部に配置され、前記ワイヤ水の水位を本質的に一定に維持することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記供給管の本数が2本以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 移行管が、前記供給管に接続され、前記移行管が、前記ウェブ形成機のワイヤ水流出コンジットに接続されて、いわゆるワイヤピットなしで、前記ワイヤ水を前記脱気槽内に直接送出することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ワイヤ水排出口の前記液位が、前記脱気槽内の前記供給管の前記排出縁よりも高いことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 該装置がワイヤピットを備え、前記ワイヤ水が前記ウェブ形成機から前記ワイヤピットに送出されること、および移行管が前記脱気槽の前記供給管に接続され、前記移行管が前記ワイヤピットに接続され、前記ワイヤ水を前記槽内に送出することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ワイヤピット排出の前記液位が、前記脱気槽内の前記供給管の前記排出縁よりも高いことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記脱気槽の前記ワイヤ水排出ダクトに接続された前記ポンプが、前記抄紙機または前記抄紙機に対応するものの前記ヘッドボックスに接続されて、前記ヘッドボックス内で紙料を希釈するために使用される前記ワイヤ水を送出することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記脱気槽からの前記ワイヤ水排出ダクトがポンプに接続され、該ポンプが紙料希釈ポンプであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記脱気槽のワイヤ水排出ダクトの本数が、2本以上であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 1つまたは複数の制御弁が、移行管または前記ワイヤ水源と前記脱気槽との間の管に設けられて、前記ワイヤ水源内の液位を調整することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 1つまたは複数の制御弁が、移行管または前記ワイヤ水源と前記脱気槽との間の管に設けられて、前記脱気槽の液位を調整することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記脱気槽の容積が、所望の脱気に到達するのに適正な停留時間が前記脱気槽内の前記ワイヤ水に与えられるような大きさであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
