Claims (16)
- 血管閉塞装置に脱着可能に係合するように適合される脱着機構であって、
第1および第2の位置を有する少なくとも1つのアームであって、該第1の位置において該アームは該血管閉塞装置に係合し、該第2の位置において該アームは該血管閉塞装置を解放する、アームを備える、脱着機構。 - 前記アームを前記第1と第2の位置との間で移動させるアクチュエータをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の脱着機構。
- 2つ以上のアームを備える、請求項1または2に記載の脱着機構。
- 前記アームは、湾曲している、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の脱着機構。
- 前記アームの遠位端は、ボール状の構造をさらに備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の脱着機構。
- 前記第1の位置において、前記アームは分離され、かつ、前記血管閉塞装置に係合する、請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載の脱着機構。
- マンドレルをさらに備え、該マンドレルは、前記アームに前記血管閉塞装置で係合する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の脱着機構。
- 血管閉塞装置に脱着可能に係合するように適合される脱着機構であって、
第1および第2の位置を有する少なくとも1つのアームであって、該第1の位置において、該アームは該血管閉塞装置に係合し、該第2の位置において、該アームは該血管閉塞装置を解放する、アームと、
該脱着機構を該第1と第2の位置との間で移動させる手段と
を備える、脱着機構。 - 血管閉塞アセンブリであって、
近位端および遠位端を有する血管閉塞装置と、
近位端および遠位端を有するプッシャ要素と、
該プッシャ要素の該遠位端における請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の脱着機構と
を備え、該脱着機構のアームは遠位端および近位端を有する、アセンブリ。 - 前記アームの前記遠位端は前記血管閉塞装置に係合し、該アームの前記近位端は前記プッシャ要素内に埋設される、請求項9に記載の血管閉塞アセンブリ。
- 前記血管閉塞装置は、螺旋状に巻回された血管閉塞コイルを備える、請求項9または請求項10に記載の血管閉塞アセンブリ。
- 前記アームは、前記螺旋状に巻回されたコイルの1つ以上の近位の巻線に係合する、請求項11に記載の血管閉塞アセンブリ。
- 前記コイルの1つ以上の近位の巻線のピッチは、前記アームに係合するように修正される、請求項11に記載の血管閉塞アセンブリ。
- 前記血管閉塞装置は、該血管閉塞装置の前記近位端においてアンカ構造と係合し、該アンカ構造は該血管閉塞装置内に延出する、請求項9に記載の血管閉塞アセンブリ。
- 前記アンカ構造は、リングまたはループを備える、請求項14に記載の血管閉塞アセンブリ。
