Description
−前記熱可塑性複合部品のうちの第一の部分を作り上げる過程であって、熱可塑性のマトリックス材の中に繊維を埋め込んでできた複合材を一つの型の中に入れ、その一方で、該複合材を構成する繊維が好ましい一方向または複数の方向に沿って配向されるように該複合材を配置しつつ、つぎに該型を特定の圧力条件と温度条件にかけるという成形方法で、前記熱可塑性複合部品のうちの第一の部分を作り上げる過程と、
−前記熱可塑性複合部品のうちの第二の部分を少なくとも一つ作り上げる過程であって、一つの型の中に、熱可塑性のマトリックス材の中に繊維を埋め込んでできた複合材を入れ、その一方で、該複合材を構成する繊維が好ましい一方向または複数の方向に沿って配向されるようにその複合材を配置するか、そうでなければ、該熱可塑性のマトリックス材からなる材料を入れるかして、つぎに、様々な部分それぞれにつき、そこに繊維が含まれていれば、そのような繊維は、性質も寸法も異なっている可能性があり、配向も異なっていて、なおかつ、比率も異なっている可能性があって、その一方で、該熱可塑性のマトリックス材と、前記第一の部分を製造するのに用いた材料のマトリックス材とは同一かまたは互換性のあるものだということを考慮した上で、該型を特定の圧力条件と温度条件にかけるという成形方法で、前記熱可塑性複合部品のうちの第二の部分を少なくとも一つ作り上げる過程と、

Claims (6)
- 熱可塑性複合部品の成形による製造方法であって、
−前記熱可塑性複合部品のうちの第一の部分を作り上げる過程であって、熱可塑性のマトリックス材の中に繊維を埋め込んでできた複合材を一つの型の中に入れ、その一方で、該複合材を構成する繊維が好ましい一方向または複数の方向に沿って配向されるように該複合材を配置しつつ、つぎに該型を特定の圧力条件と温度条件にかけるという成形方法で、前記熱可塑性複合部品のうちの第一の部分を作り上げる過程と、
−前記熱可塑性複合部品のうちの第二の部分を少なくとも一つ作り上げる過程であって、一つの型の中に、熱可塑性のマトリックス材の中に繊維を埋め込んでできた複合材を入れ、その一方で、該複合材を構成する繊維が好ましい一方向または複数の方向に沿って配向されるようにその複合材を配置するか、そうでなければ、該熱可塑性のマトリックス材からなる材料を入れるかして、つぎに、様々な部分それぞれにつき、そこに繊維が含まれていれば、そのような繊維は、性質も寸法も異なっている可能性があり、配向も異なっていて、なおかつ、比率も異なっている可能性があって、その一方で、該熱可塑性のマトリックス材と、前記第一の部分を製造するのに用いた材料のマトリックス材とは同一かまたは互換性のあるものだということを考慮した上で、該型を特定の圧力条件と温度条件にかけるという成形方法で、前記熱可塑性複合部品のうちの第二の部分を少なくとも一つ作り上げる過程と、
−つぎに、そうして得られた該複数の部分を組み合わせて、一つの型の中に入れ、つぎに、それを特定の圧力条件と特定の温度条件とにかける過程と、
からなることを特徴とする、熱可塑性複合部品の成形による製造方法。 - 前記製造しようとする複合部品の複数の部分のうちのいずれかを成形するにつき、導電性繊維からなる複合材を選ぶことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性複合部品の成形による製造方法。
- 前記製造しようとする複合部品の複数の部分のうちのいずれかを成形するにつき、熱伝導性繊維からなる複合材を選ぶことを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の熱可塑性複合部品の成形による製造方法。
- 前記特定の圧力条件が、高圧力条件であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性複合部品の成形による製造方法。
- 前記高圧力条件が、50〜200バールの間の圧力であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の熱可塑性複合部品の成形による製造方法。
- 前記特定の温度条件が、125〜135℃の加熱温度であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性複合部品の成形による製造方法。
