Abstract
Description
本発明によれば、燃料インジェクタの運転時の動的負荷に関してより高い頑丈性を有する、開いたばねスリーブが提案される。本発明により提案されたばねスリーブは、互いに異なる2種の切欠きジオメトリを有しており、これらの切欠きジオメトリは、軸方向負荷時に横方向力を有しないことを確保するために、中空円筒体として形成されているばねスリーブの周壁面に形成されている。
図1には、カプラモジュールを有する、公知先行技術による燃料インジェクタの断面が図示されている。
Claims (10)
- 保持体(12)とノズルボディ(14)とを有する燃料インジェクタ(10)であって、保持体(12)とノズルボディ(14)とが、互いに接合さていて、カプラモジュール(18)を収容しており、該カプラモジュール(18)のカプラボディ(22)が、ばねスリーブ(26)により取り囲まれている形式ものにおいて、ばねスリーブ(26)が、周方向(62)で開いており(58)、ばねスリーブ(26)の肉厚さ(84)が、長手方向(60)で変化しているか、またはばねスリーブ(26)の周壁面に設けられた少なくとも1つの切欠きジオメトリ(68,70)の幅(94)が、長手方向(60)で変化していることを特徴とする、燃料インジェクタ。
- ばねスリーブ(26)の第1の突合せ縁部(96)と、第2の突合せ縁部(98)とが、合口部(58)の領域で、互いに接触することなしに、互いに向かい合って位置している、請求項1記載の燃料インジェクタ。
- ばねスリーブ(26)に、ずらされた配置(72)で環状の形で、第1の切欠きジオメトリ(68)および第2の切欠きジオメトリ(70)の多数の切欠きが形成されている、請求項1記載の燃料インジェクタ。
- 第1の切欠きジオメトリ(68)の切欠きと第2の切欠きジオメトリ(70)の切欠きとが、ほぼ骨形に形成されている、請求項3記載の燃料インジェクタ。
- ばねスリーブ(26)の肉厚さの変化(84)が、一定の外径(82)において、可変の内径変化として形成されている、請求項1記載の燃料インジェクタ。
- 内径Diが、最小肉厚さt1,min,t2,minから、それぞればねスリーブの縁領域(74,76)に向かって、最大肉厚さの寸法t1,max,t2,maxにまで増大している、請求項5記載の燃料インジェクタ。
- 最小肉厚さt1,min,t2,minと、最大肉厚さt1,max,t2,maxとの間に、肉厚さ(66)の約20%の差が存在している、請求項5または6記載の燃料インジェクタ。
- 第1の切欠きジオメトリ(68)の切欠きと、第2の切欠きジオメトリ(70)の切欠きとが、ばねスリーブ(26)の長手方向(60)で見て、長手方向(60)に関連した幅経過(94)を有している、請求項1記載の燃料インジェクタ。
- 第1の切欠きジオメトリ(68)の切欠きの幅S1と、第2の切欠きジオメトリ(70)の切欠きの幅S2とが、ばねスリーブ(26)の中央部を起点として、縁領域(74,76)に向かって減少している、請求項8記載の燃料インジェクタ。
- 第1の切欠きジオメトリ(68)の切欠きの幅経過(94)が、長手方向で、上面(74)を起点として、最小幅S1,minから、中央部の最大幅S1,maxへ経過し、かつばねスリーブ(26)の下面(76)の方向に向かって最小幅S1,minへ経過し、第2の切欠きジオメトリ(70)の切欠きの幅経過(94)が、上面(74)を起点として、最小幅S2,minから、中央部に向かって最大幅S2,maxへ経過し、かつばねスリーブ(26)の下面(76)の方向に向かって再び最小幅S2,minへ減少しており、
第1の切欠きジオメトリ(68)の切欠きの幅ならびに第2の切欠きジオメトリ(70)の切欠きの幅が、縁領域において、中央部における第1の切欠ジオメトリ(68)および第2の切欠きジオメトリ(70)の切欠きの幅の約80%である、請求項8記載の燃料インジェクタ。
