Abstract
帯状のランセット担体(2)を移動することによってランセット(3)を順次発射位置に位置決めするための移送機構(6,7,8)と、
穿刺動作のためにランセット(3)を発射位置から加速させるためのランセット駆動部(4)であって、該ランセット駆動部(4)が、ランセット(3)の加速のためのエネルギーを供給するエネルギー貯蔵部(12)を備えるランセット駆動部と、
穿刺動作のためにランセット(3)を加速させるよう、エネルギー貯蔵部(12)からエネルギーを放出するランセット駆動部(4)を始動するトリガ要素(10)と、
少なくとも2つの筐体部分を備え、帯状のランセット担体(2)およびランセット駆動部(4)を封入した筐体(5)であって、該筐体(5)が開口部(16)を有しており、これに対して、発射位置にあるランセット(3)により穿刺ために体部が押圧される筐体とを備えた穿刺装置であって、
前記移送機構(6,7,8)が、筐体(5)に対して固定位置に配置された少なくとも1つの部分(6,7,8)を備える。
本発明によると、前記穿刺装置(1)が使い捨ての使用に適合されており、筐体部分のあいだの不可逆的な接続が、帯状のランセット担体(2)を封入することによって形成されて、帯状のランセット担体(2)が筐体(5)内に不動に封入される。本発明はまた、このような穿刺装置のための再利用可能な取扱装置に関する。
Description
Claims (17)
- 複数のランセット(3)をもつ帯状のランセット担体(2)と、
帯状のランセット担体(2)を移動することによってランセット(3)を順次発射位置に位置決めするための移送機構(6,7,8)と、
穿刺動作のためにランセット(3)を発射位置から加速させるためのランセット駆動部(4)であって、該ランセット駆動部(4)が、ランセット(3)の加速のためのエネルギーを供給するエネルギー貯蔵部(12)を備えるランセット駆動部と、
穿刺動作のためにランセット(3)を加速させるよう、エネルギー貯蔵部(12)からエネルギーを放出するランセット駆動部(4)を始動するトリガ要素(10)と、
少なくとも2つの筐体部分を備え、帯状のランセット担体(2)およびランセット駆動部(4)を封入した筐体(5)であって、該筐体(5)が開口部(16)を有しており、これに対して、発射位置にあるランセット(3)により穿刺ために体部が押圧される筐体とを備えた穿刺装置であって、
前記移送機構(6,7,8)が、筐体(5)に対して固定位置に配置された少なくとも1つの部分(6,7,8)を備え、
前記穿刺装置(1)が使い捨ての用途に適合されており、筐体部分のあいだの不可逆的な接続が、帯状のランセット担体(2)を封入することによって形成されて、帯状のランセット担体(2)が筐体(5)内に不動に封入されることを特徴とする穿刺装置。 - 前記ランセット担体(2)が、少なくとも100のランセット(3)、好ましくは少なくとも200のランセット、特に少なくとも400のランセットをもつことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記移送機構が、使用済みのランセット(3)をもつランセット担体(2)の使用済み部分を巻き取るためのリール(7)に連結された駆動輪(8)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の装置。
- 前記駆動輪(8)が、筐体(5)の開口部を通って突出していることを特徴とする請求項3記載の装置。
- 前記エネルギー貯蔵部が駆動ばね(12)を含み、ランセット(3)の発射位置への移動が駆動ばね(12)の緊張をもたらすように、駆動ばねが移送機構(8)に連結されることを特徴する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ランセット駆動部(4)が、ばね駆動ロータ(11)と、ロータ(11)の回転動作を直線の穿刺および戻り動作に変換するためのコンロッド(15)とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ランセット担体(2)が、ランセット(3)が発射位置に達すると帯状のランセット担体(2)位置決め動作を停止する移送機構の位置センサと相互作用する機械位置標識を提供されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ランセット(3)が、帯状のランセット担体(2)の長手方向を横断するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ランセット担体(2)の幅が、8mm以下、好ましくは6mm以下、特に5mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ランセット担体(2)が、そのあいだに発射位置が配置された2つの四半分の屈曲部(18,19)を設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- ランセット(3)によって穿刺するために体部が押圧される筐体(5)の開口部(16)を被覆する被覆テープ(40)を特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記被覆テープ(40)が、ランセット担体(2)とともに移送機構(6,7,8)により移動することを特徴とする請求項12記載の装置。
- 装置が、14mm以下、好ましくは12mm以下、特に10mm以下の厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 装置が、20cm3以下、好ましくは18cm3以下、特に15cm3以下の容量を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記筐体(5)の開口部(16)が、10mm〜20mmの筐体(5)の縁からの距離を有し、特に13mm〜17mmの距離を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記移送機構(6,7,8)が、筐体(5)内に設けられた少なくとも1つの部分(6,7)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載された穿刺装置(1)のための再利用可能な取扱装置であって、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の穿刺装置(1)を保持するための区画(31)と、制御機構と区画(31)に保持された穿刺装置(1)の操作またはトリガ要素(9,10)とを連結するように構成された少なくとも1つの連結要素(33,36)を備えた制御機構とを備えた再利用可能な取扱装置。
