Claims (13)

  1. 固有の電気心臓信号検知回路と、
    前記検知回路に接続され、不整脈症状における候補不整脈脈動のための脱分極形態情報を格納するために構成される脱分極形態格納回路と、
    前記脱分極形態格納回路に接続された処理回路であって、該処理回路は、
    不整脈脈動形態テンプレートと、
    前記不整脈症状を代表する前記不整脈脈動形態テンプレートを形成するために用いられる前記候補不整脈脈動のうちの少なくとも一つを選択すべく構成される候補不整脈脈動選択回路であって、前記選択は、医師から受信されて前記不整脈症状を公知の不整脈型のうちの特定の不整脈型として分類する前記不整脈症状の医師分類を用いることと、候補不整脈脈動の心臓循環間隔、脈動振幅、及び心拍領域分類のうちの少なくとも一つを、前記不整脈症状から選択された少なくとももう一つの候補不整脈脈動の心臓循環間隔、脈動振幅、及び心拍領域分類についての各情報と比較することによって得られた情報を用いることを含むことと、
    前記選択された候補不整脈脈動のうちの少なくとも二つの脱分極形態情報を結合することによって前記不整脈脈動形態テンプレートを形成すべく接続される脈動形態集束回路と、
    前記候補不整脈脈動選択回路及び前記脈動形態集束回路において用いられるべき少なくとも一つの不整脈症状を選択すべく構成される不整脈症状選択回路であって、該不整脈症状選択回路は、前記不整脈症状の不整脈型の医師分類から導き出された入力を受信するように設けられることと、を含むことと、
    を備える装置。
  2. 前記処理回路は、発症後脈動の脱分極形態情報と不整脈脈動形態テンプレートとの間の類似性の表示を判定すべく構成される脈動形態比較回路を含み、
    前記脈動形態比較回路は、前記発症後脈動を前記判定された類似性の機能として分類すべく設けられる、
    請求項1に記載の装置。
  3. 前記処理回路は、前記不整脈症状の不整脈型の受信した医師分類から導き出された入力を用いて、前記不整脈症状選択回路によって選択された前記不整脈症状の不整脈型の自動
    分類を形成するように設けられるとともに、前記不整脈症状選択回路と脈動形態集束回路とによって用いられるべき前記少なくとも一つの不整脈症状を選択するか否かの判定において、前記医師分類を前記自動分類と比較すべく構成される自動不整脈分類回路を含む、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
  4. 前記処理回路は、前記症状を代表する不整脈脈動形態テンプレートの形成において、前記候補不整脈脈動として用いられるべき一つ以上の特定脈動を前記不整脈症状内において事前に選択すべく設けられた事前選択回路を含む、請求項1〜のうちのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
  5. 前記事前選択回路は、前記不整脈症状の開始に関連する一つ以上の脈動を選択すべく構成される、請求項に記載の装置。
  6. 前記事前選択回路は、正常洞調律(NSR)形態から形態的に異なっていると判断される一つ以上の脈動を選択すべく構成される、
    請求項に記載の装置。
  7. 前記脈動形態集束回路は、前記不整脈脈動形態テンプレートの形成において用いられるべき少なくとも二つの不整脈症状を順序付けるべく構成される、請求項1〜のうちのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
  8. 前記順序付けることは、前記不整脈脈動形態テンプレートの前記形成において、前記少なくとも二つの不整脈症状を優先付けすることを備え、前記優先付けは、発生時刻、診断的分類、症状起源、及び平均心拍数のうちの少なくとも一つを用いる、請求項7に記載の装置
  9. 前記脈動形態集束回路は、少なくとも一つの不整脈症状において、前記不整脈脈動形態テンプレートを、不整脈脈動の脱分極形態情報と比較することによって、前記不整脈脈動形態テンプレートの実行可能性を確認すべく設けられる、請求項1〜6のうちのいずれか一項に記載の装置
  10. 前記脈動形態集束回路は、前記不整脈脈動形態テンプレート内の脈動同士を比較することによって、前記脈動形態テンプレートの実行可能性を確認すべく設けられる、請求項9に記載の装置
  11. 前記脈動形態集束回路は、少なくとも一つの外れ値を前記不整脈脈動から削除した後の不整脈脈動の脱分極形態情報を用いて前記不整脈脈動形態テンプレートを再形成すべく設けられる、請求項1〜9のうちのいずれか一項に記載の装置
  12. 前記脈動形態集束回路は、次の不整脈脈動の脱分極形態情報を用いて前記不整脈脈動形態テンプレートを再形成すべく設けられる、請求項1〜9のうちのいずれか一項に記載の装置
  13. 前記候補不整脈脈動選択回路は、前記不整脈症状を代表する前記不整脈脈動形態テンプレートを形成するために用いられる前記候補不整脈脈動のうちの少なくとも一つを選択すべく構成され、前記選択は、医師から受信されて前記不整脈症状を公知の不整脈型のうちの特定の不整脈型として分類する前記不整脈症状の医師分類を用いることと、候補不整脈脈動の心拍領域分類から得られた情報を用いることとを含む、請求項1〜12のうちのいずれか一項に記載の装置
