- タービンエーロフォイル(12)であって、
外側壁(44)から形成され、前縁(36)、後縁(38)、圧力側(24)、吸込側(26)、第1の端(30)にある第1の端壁(28)、及び前記第1の端(30)の反対の第2の端(34)にある第2の端壁(32)を備えたほぼ細長い中空エーロフォイル(20)と、
前記ほぼ細長い中空エーロフォイル(20)内に配置された少なくとも1つの空洞(14)によって構成された少なくとも1つの冷却システム(10)とを有し、
前記外側壁(44)は、前記外側壁(44)の外側面(22)に少なくとも1つの溝(40)を有し、
前記ほぼ細長い中空エーロフォイル(20)の前記外側壁(44)の前記少なくとも1つの溝(40)内に位置決めされ、前記外側壁(44)の前記外側面(22)の少なくとも一部分にコーティングを形成する少なくとも1つの断熱コーティング(18)とを有するタービンエーロフォイル(12)。 - 前記外側壁(44)の前記外側面(22)上に複数の溝(40)を有することを更に特徴とする請求項1に記載のタービンエーロフォイル(12)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの溝(40)が、ほぼ長方形の断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタービンエーロフォイル(12)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの溝(40)が、ほぼ半円形の断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタービンエーロフォイル(12)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの溝(40)は、蟻継ぎ断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタービンエーロフォイル(12)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの冷却システム(10)は、外側壁チャンバ(48)を構成する外側壁(44)の近くに配置された少なくとも1つの衝突リブ(46)から形成され、更に、前記少なくとも1つのリブ(46)と前記外側壁(44)の間に延在する複数のフィン(50)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタービンエーロフォイル(12)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの衝突リブ(46)は、複数の衝突オリフィス(52)を更に有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のタービンエーロフォイル(12)。
- 前記複数の衝突オリフィス(52)は、前記フィン(50)からずらされていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のタービンエーロフォイル(12)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの溝(40)は、前記断熱コーティング(18)の厚さとほぼ等しい幅を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタービンエーロフォイル(12)。
- 前記溝(40)の深さは、前記断熱コーティング(18)の厚さの約1〜2倍であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のタービンエーロフォイル(12)。
