本発明は、溶接形状、及び本発明の溶接形状を作成する方法に向けられる。図面は末端バルーン溶接部を図示しているが、溶接形状及び本発明の溶接形状の作成方法は、あらゆるカテーテル溶接に適用され得る。それ故、溶接範囲の柔軟性が維持されるべきカテーテルアセンブリのあらゆる2個の構成部品を係合させるために、溶接構造が使用されるのは、本発明の範囲内にある。ここに説明される溶接によって係合されるカテーテルアセンブリの2個の構成部品の例には、内軸に係合させられるバルーンの先端胴部、内軸に係合させられる外軸、互いに係合させられる多層軸の隣接層、スリーブに係合させられる鍔部、バルーン、カテーテルアセンブリのカテーテル軸又は他の構成部品、バルーンに係合されるスリーブ、カテーテル軸、又はカテーテルアセンブリの他の構成部品、カテーテル軸又はカテーテルアセンブリの別の構成部品に係合される支持部材が含まれるが、これらに限定されない。

うに、熱収縮材料部分40は、熱収縮材料部分40が加熱させられた時に、2個の重合体(外軸20及びバルーン22)を合わせて押すように、溶接範囲30の周りに載置される。次に、マイクロ波が、金属帯42を含む熱収縮材料部分40によって被覆された溶接範囲30に向けられる。熱収縮材料部分40の金属帯42は、溶接部32が金属帯の下の領域に形成されない一方で、少なくとも2個の金属帯42によって被覆されない溶接範囲30の部分が溶接部32を形成するように、マイクロ波を遮断する。
1.少なくとも2個の長手方向に配置された溶接部を備えた溶接範囲の形成方法であって、
溶接範囲を設ける工程と、溶接範囲は第1重合体及び第2重合体を含むと共に、長手方向長さを有し、
熱収縮材料部分を設ける工程と、熱収縮材料部分は少なくとも2個の金属帯を有し、
溶接範囲上に熱収縮材料部分を載置する工程と、
熱収縮材料部分が第1重合体を第2重合体へ押圧するように、熱収縮材料部分の収縮温度よりも高い温度に熱収縮材料部分を加熱する工程と、
マイクロ波を熱収縮材料部分へ向けることにより少なくとも2個の溶接部を引き起こす工程とを含み、少なくとも2個の金属帯は、少なくとも2個の溶接部が少なくとも2個の金属帯の間に形成されるようにマイクロ波を遮断する方法。
赤外線温度測定機器で溶接範囲の温度を監視する工程と
を更に含む記述1の方法。
溶接範囲を設ける工程と、溶接範囲は第1重合体及び第2重合体を含むと共に、長手方向長さを有し、
熱収縮材料部分を設ける工程と、熱収縮材料部分は少なくとも2個の金属帯を有し、
熱収縮材料部分を溶接範囲上に載置する工程と、
熱収縮材料部分が第1重合体を第2重合体へ押圧するように、熱収縮材料部分の収縮温度よりも高い温度に熱収縮材料部分を加熱する工程と、
高周波誘導を用いて少なくとも2個の溶接部を引き起こす工程とを含み、電磁波が熱収縮材料部分の少なくとも2個の金属帯を通過することにより、少なくとも2個の溶接部を形成する電流を生じさせる方法。
赤外線温度測定機器で溶接範囲の温度を監視する工程と
を更に含む記述3の方法。
溶接範囲を設ける工程と、溶接範囲は第1重合体、第2重合体、及び吸収材料を含むと共に、長手方向長さを有し、
熱収縮材料部分を設ける工程と、
第1レーザを供給する工程と、第1レーザは、熱収縮材料部分、第1重合体及び第2重合体を透過させられると共に吸収材料によって吸収される波長を有し、
熱収縮材料部分を溶接範囲上に載置する工程と、
溶接範囲を回転させる工程と、
熱収縮材料部分が第1重合体を第2重合体へ押圧するように、熱収縮材料部分の収縮温度よりも高い温度に熱収縮材料部分を加熱する工程と、
第1レーザを作動させる工程と、
溶接範囲の長手方向長さに沿った第1溶接部が所望される第1位置へ集中させられる第1レーザで第1溶接部を引き起こす工程と、第1レーザが吸収材料に衝突する時に熱が発生させられて溶接部が形成され、
第1レーザを停止させる工程と、
溶接範囲の長手方向長さに沿った第2溶接部が所望される第2位置へ第1レーザを移動させる工程と、第2位置は第1位置と異なり、
第2位置へ集中させられた第1レーザで第2溶接部を引き起こすと共に、溶接部が形成されるまで第1及び第2重合体を加熱する工程とを含む方法。
赤外線温度測定機器で溶接範囲の温度を監視する工程と
を更に含む記述5の方法。
9.熱収縮材料部分は第2レーザによって加熱され、第2レーザは、熱収縮材料部分によって吸収される波長を放射する記述5の方法。
11.吸収材料は第1重合体及び第2重合体の間に位置決めされる層である記述5の方法。
13.溶接範囲は少なくとも2個の吸収材料部分を有し、少なくとも2個の吸収材料部分は各々異なる長手方向位置を有する記述5の方法。
15.吸収材料は、溶接部が所望される薄層に押し出し成形される記述5の方法。
17.吸収材料の前駆体は、紫外光が照射された時に暗い灰色に変わる材料である記述16の方法。
20.第2レーザは、近赤外線領域の波長を備えたNd;YAGレーザ又はダイオードレーザからなるグループから選択される記述5の方法。
Claims (20)
- 第1重合体と、第2重合体と、第1溶接範囲と含むカテーテルアセンブリであって、該第1重合体はバルーンを形成し、該バルーンは第1胴部を有し、該第2重合体はカテーテル軸を形成し、該第1胴部は該カテーテル軸の一部の周りに位置決めされることにより前記第1溶接範囲を形成し、該第1溶接範囲は第1溶接部及び第2溶接部を含み、該第1溶接部及び該第2溶接部は、前記第1胴部を前記カテーテル軸に係合させ、該第1溶接部は第1長手方向位置を有し、該第2溶接部は第2長手方向位置を有し、該第1長手方向位置は該第2長手方向位置と異なることを特徴とするカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記第1及び第2溶接部は、円周方向溶接部であることを特徴とする請求項1のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記第1溶接範囲は厚みを有し、前記第1溶接部及び前記第2溶接部は各々厚みを有し、該第1及び第2溶接部の厚みは、最大でも前記第2溶接範囲の厚みと等しいことを特徴とする請求項2のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記第1溶接部の厚みは前記第2溶接部の厚みと異なることを特徴とする請求項3のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 長手方向線状溶接部、渦巻き状溶接部、螺旋形溶接部、スポット溶接部、及びこれらの組み合わせからなるグループの少なくとも一要素から選択された少なくとも1個の溶接部を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 少なくとも更に1個の溶接部を更に含み、該少なくとも更に1個の溶接部は各々、前記第1及び第2長手方向位置と異なる長手方向位置を有することを特徴とする請求項1のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 第1重合体と、第2重合体と、第1溶接範囲とを含むカテーテルアセンブリであって、該第1溶接範囲は第1溶接部及び第2溶接部を含み、該第1溶接部及び第2溶接部は第1重合体及び第2重合体と係合し、該第1溶接部は第1長手方向位置及び第1厚みを有し、該第2溶接部は第2長手方向位置及び第2厚みを有し、該第1長手方向位置は該第2長手方向位置と異なり、前記第1溶接範囲は厚みを有し、前記第1厚み及び第2厚みは、最大で該溶接範囲の厚みと等しく、また該第1厚みは該第2厚みと異なることを特徴とするカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記第1及び第2溶接部は円周方向であることを特徴とする請求項7のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 少なくとも更に1個の溶接部を更に含み、該少なくとも更に1個の溶接部は各々、前記第1及び第2長手方向位置の両方と異なる長手方向位置を有し、また該少なくとも1個の溶接部は、最大で前記溶接範囲の厚みと等しい厚みを有することを特徴とする請求項7のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 第1重合体と、第2重合体と、第1溶接範囲とを含むカテーテルアセンブリであって、該第1重合体はバルーンを形成し、該バルーンは第1胴部を有し、該第2重合体はカテーテル軸を形成し、該第1胴部は該カテーテル軸の一部の周りに位置決めされることにより、前記第1溶接範囲を形成し、該第1溶接範囲は複数の溶接部を含み、該複数の溶接部各々は異なる長手方向位置を有し、該第1溶接範囲は厚みを有し、該複数の溶接部は各々厚みを有し、該複数の溶接部各々の厚みは、最大で該第1溶接範囲の厚みと等しいことを特徴
とするカテーテルアセンブリ。 - 前記複数の溶接部各々は円周方向溶接部であることを特徴とする請求項10のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記複数の溶接部の少なくとも1個の厚みは、他の溶接部の厚みと異なることを特徴とする請求項10のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記複数の溶接部は少なくとも3個の溶接部であることを特徴とする請求項10のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記複数の溶接部は少なくとも4個の溶接部であることを特徴とする請求項10のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 少なくとも2個の長手方向に配置された溶接部を備えた溶接範囲の形成方法であって、
溶接範囲を設ける工程と、該溶接範囲は第1重合体及び第2重合体を含むと共に、長手方向長さを有し、
熱収縮材料部分を設ける工程と、
第1レーザを設ける工程と、該第1レーザは、前記熱収縮材料部分を透過させられると共に、前記溶接範囲を通り吸収される波長を有し、
前記熱収縮材料部分を前記溶接範囲上に載置する工程と、
前記熱収縮材料部分が前記第1重合体を前記第2重合体へ押圧するように、該熱収縮材料部分の収縮温度よりも高い温度に該熱収縮材料部分を加熱する工程と、
前記溶接範囲の長手方向長さに沿った第1溶接部が所望される第1位置へ前記第1レーザを集中させると共に、円周方向溶接部が形成されるまで、前記第1及び第2重合体を加熱することにより、該第1溶接部を引き起こす工程と、
前記第1レーザを停止させる工程と、
前記第1レーザを長手方向に、前記溶接範囲の長手方向長さに沿った第2溶接部が所望される第2位置へ移動させる工程と、該第2位置は前記第1位置と異なり、
前記第1レーザを前記第2位置に集中させると共に、第2溶接部が形成されるまで前記第1及び第2重合体を加熱することにより、該第2溶接部を引き起こす工程と
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 赤外線温度測定機器を設ける工程と、
前記赤外線温度測定機器で前記溶接範囲の温度を監視する工程と
を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項15の方法。 - 前記第1及び第2溶接部は円周方向溶接部であり、該円周方向溶接部は、前記溶接範囲を回転させることにより引き起こされ、該溶接範囲はマンドリルによって回転させられることを特徴とする請求項15の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2溶接部は円周方向溶接部であり、該円周方向溶接部は、前記溶接範囲の周りで回転する第1レーザを用いて引き起こされることを特徴とする請求項15の方法。
- 前記熱収縮材料部分は第2レーザによって加熱され、該第2レーザは、該熱収縮材料部分によって吸収される波長を放射することを特徴とする請求項15の方法。
- 前記熱収縮材料部分はマイクロ波によって加熱されることを特徴とする請求項15の方法。
