Description
−信号を送信し及び/又は受信する外部送信/受信ユニットにカテーテルを接続する、カテーテルの近位側のコネクタと、
−カテーテルの遠位側の電極と、
−電極及びコネクタの間の信号の伝送のために電極及びコネクタを電気的に接続する電気ワイヤを有する電気接続部と、
を有するカテーテルに関する。
RF加熱の危険のない(RF安全な)生理的信号(IECG)を監視するためにカテーテル内部に高抵抗ワイヤ(及び/又は集中抵抗)を使用する;
心臓を刺激する(ペーシング)ために同じアセンブリを使用する;
例えば故障の検出又は調整の目的で、フィードバック情報を提供するためにカテーテル先端部の電流を検知するために高抵抗ワイヤ(又は集中抵抗を有するケーブル)を使用する;
RF加熱なしに非生理的信号を検知するために、高抵抗ワイヤ(又は集中抵抗を有するケーブル)を使用する;
Claims (15)
- カテーテルであって、
信号を送り及び/又は受け取る外部信号送信/受信ユニットに前記カテーテルを接続する、前記カテーテルの近位側のコネクタと、
前記カテーテルの遠位側の電極と、
前記電極及び前記コネクタの間の信号の伝送のために前記電極及び前記コネクタを電気的に接続する電気ワイヤを有する電気接続部と、を有し、
前記電気接続部が、少なくとも1kΩ、特に少なくとも5kΩの高電気抵抗を有する、カテーテル。 - 前記ワイヤは、少なくとも1kΩ/m、特に少なくとも5kΩ/mの電気抵抗を有する、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記電気接続部は、少なくとも1kΩ、特に少なくとも5kΩの抵抗を有する集中抵抗を有する、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記電極は、特にECG信号のような生理的信号を受け取り、及び/又はペーシング信号を発するように構成される、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記電気接続部は、電極の対を前記コネクタに電気的に接続するワイヤの対を有する、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記カテーテルの前記遠位側で前記電気接続部を流れる電流を検知し、外部電流制御ユニットに、前記検知された電流を表す検知信号を送る電流検知ユニットを有する、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記電流検知ユニットは、前記検知信号を表す電圧を検知する、1kΩの小さい電気抵抗を有する検知抵抗と、前記検知信号を前記外部電流制御ユニットに送るための検知ワイヤの対とを有する、請求項6に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記ワイヤは、実質的に、金属、金属合金、炭素繊維、導電性ポリマ又は他の導電性非磁性体からなる、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記ワイヤは、導電性コーティング、特に導電性ポリマ又は金属フィルムで被覆される非導電性繊維又は糸からなる、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記ワイヤは、導電性充填物又は導電性粒子で満たされる非導電性繊維又は糸からなる、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 請求項1に記載のカテーテルと、
前記カテーテルの前記電極に信号を送り及び又は前記電極から信号を受け取る信号送信/受信ユニットと、
を有する医用アセンブリ。 - 前記カテーテルに供給される前記電流を制限する電流制御ユニットを有する、請求項11に記載の医用アセンブリ。
- 前記電流制御ユニットは、前記カテーテルの前記遠位側の前記電気接続部に流れる電流を検知する電流検知ユニットから、前記検知された電流を表す検知信号を受け取るように構成される、請求項11に記載の医用アセンブリ。
- 前記信号送信/受信ユニットは、前記受け取られたECG信号を監視するECG監視ユニット、又はペーシング信号を生成するペーシングユニットを有する、請求項11に記載の医用アセンブリ。
- 医用インターベンションの間、患者のMR画像を生成するMRイメージング装置を有する、請求項11に記載の医用アセンブリ。
