Claims (25)
- 呼吸筋耐久力訓練器具であって、

前記チャンバーの前記流出端部に接続される患者インタフェースと、
を備える、呼吸筋耐久力訓練器具。 - 前記チャンバーが、流入端部と、前記チャンバーの前記流入端部に近接して配置される一方向吸気バルブとをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の呼吸筋耐久力訓練器具。
- 前記チャンバーの前記流入端部に近接して配置される一方向呼気バルブをさらに備える、請求項2に記載の呼吸筋耐久力訓練器具。
- 吸息及び呼息の一方又は双方に応じて動くことのできる流量インジケータをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の呼吸筋耐久力訓練器具。
- 前記調節可能チャンバーが第1のチューブ状部材と第2のチューブ状部材とを備え、前記第1の内部容積と第2の内部容積とを画定するために、前記第1のチューブ状部材と第2のチューブ状部材とを繋ぎ合わせ、少なくとも第1の位置と第2の位置との間を互いに対し移動可能である、請求項1に記載の呼吸筋耐久力訓練器具。
- 前記チャンバー及び前記患者インタフェースの少なくとも一方に連結されたCO2センサをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の呼吸筋耐久力訓練器具。
- 前記CO2センサが、前記チャンバー及び前記患者インタフェースの一方の内側に配置されたFenem比色式インジケータを備える、請求項6に記載の呼吸筋耐久力訓練器具。
- 前記チャンバー及び前記患者インタフェースの少なくとも一方に連結された温度センサをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の呼吸筋耐久力訓練器具。
- 前記温度センサが、前記チャンバー及び前記患者インタフェースの前記少なくとも一方の外側に取り付けられる、請求項8に記載の呼吸筋耐久力訓練器具。
- 呼吸筋耐久力訓練器具であって、
流出端部を備えるチャンバーと、
前記チャンバーの前記流出端部に接続される患者インタフェースであって、前記患者インタフェースと前記チャンバーとが内部空間を画定する、患者インタフェースと、
前記内部空間と繋がっており、前記内部空間のCO2レベル又は使用者による利用時間の長さの少なくとも一方を示すよう構成された使用者向け表示を備えるCO2センサと、
を備える、呼吸筋耐久力訓練器具。 - 呼吸筋耐久力訓練器具であって、
流出端部を備えるチャンバーと、
前記チャンバーの前記流出端部に接続される患者インタフェースであって、前記患者インタフェースと前記チャンバーとが内部空間を画定する、患者インタフェースと、
前記チャンバー及び前記患者インタフェースの少なくとも一方に連結され、前記内部空間、前記チャンバー及び前記患者インタフェースの温度、又は使用者による利用時間の長さの少なくとも一方を示すよう構成された使用者向け表示を備える温度センサと、
を備える、呼吸筋耐久力訓練器具。 - 使用者の呼吸器系を訓練する方法であって、
使用者に好適な調節可能チャンバーの内部容積を決定するステップと、
流出端部を備える前記調節可能チャンバーを前記内部容積に調節するステップと、
前記流出端部に連結された患者インタフェースを介して連続的に呼吸するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記好適な内部容積が第1の内部容積を含み、好適な第2の内部容積を決定するステップと、前記チャンバーを前記第1の内部容積から前記第2の内部容積に調節するステップとをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記内部容積のCO2レベルを計測するステップをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 使用者及びケア提供者の一方又は双方に対し、前記CO2レベル、又は前記患者インタフェースを介した前記連続的な呼吸時間の長さの一方又は双方を示すステップをさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記内部容積、前記チャンバー及び前記患者インタフェースの1つ又は複数の温度を計測するステップをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 使用者及びケア提供者の一方又は双方に対し、前記温度、又は前記患者インタフェースを介した前記連続的な呼吸時間の長さの一方又は双方を示すステップをさらに含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 使用者の呼吸器系を訓練する方法であって、
患者インタフェースと連結されたチャンバーを提供するステップであって、前記チャンバーと前記患者インタフェースとが内部容積を画定する、ステップと、
前記患者インタフェースを介して連続的に呼吸するステップと、
前記内部容積のCO2レベルを計測するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 使用者及びケア提供者の一方又は双方に対し、前記CO2レベル、又は前記患者インタフェースを介した前記連続的な呼吸時間の長さの一方又は双方を示すステップをさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 使用者の呼吸器系を訓練する方法であって、
患者インタフェースと連結されたチャンバーを提供するステップであって、前記チャンバーと前記患者インタフェースとが内部容積を画定する、ステップと、
前記患者インタフェースを介して連続的に呼吸するステップと、
前記内部容積、前記チャンバー及び前記患者インタフェースの1つ又は複数の温度を計測するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 使用者及びケア提供者の一方又は双方に対し、前記温度、又は前記患者インタフェースを介した前記連続的な呼吸時間の長さの一方又は双方を示すステップをさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 呼吸筋耐久力訓練器具であって、
患者の呼気ガス又は吸気ガスを移送するための患者インタフェースと、
前記患者インタフェースと連通する一定容積のチャンバーであって、患者の呼気ガスの一部を保持するサイズの一定容積のチャンバーと、
前記一定容積のチャンバーと接続されている可変容積のチャンバーであって、患者の呼気ガス又は吸気ガスに応じて第1の位置から第2の位置に動くよう構成される可変容積のチャンバーと、
を備える、呼吸筋耐久力訓練器具。 - 前記可変容積のチャンバーに配置された可変オリフィスをさらに備える、請求項22に記載の呼吸筋耐久力訓練器具。
- 前記可変オリフィスが、患者の呼息中に患者の呼気ガスの一部を逃がすように調節可能である、請求項23に記載の呼吸筋耐久力訓練器具。
- 前記一部が40パーセントを含んでなる、請求項24に記載の呼吸筋耐久力訓練器具。
