Claims (15)
- 平面のコード(3)を有するコード担体(2)と、
前記コード担体(2)と軸(6)の周りの互いに相対する移動が可能な光感応性の検出器(4)と、
画像が、前記検出器(4)に相対する前記コード担体(2)の回転角度についての情報を備えるように、前記検出器(4)の上に前記コードの少なくとも部分の、数値化ができる前記画像を生成する装置(9)と、
前記画像から前記回転角度を測定する数値化ユニットと、を備えた、前記軸(6)の周りの前記回転角度を測定する光エレクトロニクス角度センサ(1)において、
前記装置(9)の機能を少なくとも部分的に機能させるように、前記コード(3)が、発光され、そして、前記コード(3)が、そのパターンを自在に形成するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする角度センサ(1)。 - 前記コード(3)が、複数の有機発光ダイオードを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の角度センサ(1)。
- 前記コード(3)が、エレクトロルミネッセンスのフィルムで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2記載の角度センサ(1a,1b)。
- 前記コード(3)を構成するための制御ユニット(7)を備えることを特徴とする
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の角度センサ(1)。 - 前記コード(3)が、発光領域と非発光領域を備えるパターンを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の角度センサ(1)。
- 前記コード(3)が、異なる波長の光線を放出する複数の領域によるパターンを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の角度センサ(1)。
- 前記コード(3)の前記パターンの変更が、時間制御、イベント制御、および/あるいは要求に従う方法、特に、前記検出器(4)に相対する前記コード担体(2)の移動の間の回転速度に依存する方法で実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の角度センサ(1)。
- 前記コード(3)のパターンの変更が、放出された光線の波長および/あるいはコード(3)の分解能について実行されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の角度センサ(1)。
- 前記コード(3)が、再構成可能なように、形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の角度センサ(1)。
- 前記角度センサ(1)が複数の交互に設定可能なモードを有し、前記コードがそれぞれのモードに対し、異なった構成となることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の角度センサ(1)。
- 前記角度センサ(1)の初期化モードが、複数モードの1つとして設けられ、前記1つのモードにおいて、前記コード(3)が、角度ゼロ位置を測定するために適切なパターンを有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の角度センサ(1)。
- 既知の測定誤差、特に、検出器(4)に相対する、コード担体(2)の回転運動中のランアウトによる誤差を補償するため、前記コード(3)再構成が、実行されることを特徴とする請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載の角度センサ(1)。
- 前記装置(9)が、前記検出器(4)の上に偏向された画像の投射をするための偏向手段(8)をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の角度センサ(1)。
- 前記偏向手段(8)が、前記検出器(4)の上に画像の焦点を合わせるように、形成されたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の角度センサ(1)。
- 前記検出器(4)が、走査フィルム(4a)、特に、有機フォトダイオードあるいはフォトセルを備えるよう、形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の角度センサ(1)。
