Description

The present invention relates to a flush toilet bowl.

Patent Document 1 discloses a conventional flush toilet. This flush toilet includes a toilet body having a toilet bowl and a toilet cleaning device having a cleaning tank in which cleaning water is stored. The toilet bowl cleaning device is placed on the upper surface of the first base plate attached to the upper surface of the toilet body body behind the toilet bowl. The toilet bowl cleaning device is covered with a cover. The cover pivotally supports a toilet seat and a toilet lid at the lower part of the front surface. A lifting device is directly attached to the upper surface of the front portion of the first base plate. The lifting device is connected to a second base plate attached to the lower end opening of the front half of the cover, and holds the second base plate so that it can be lifted and lowered.

However, in the conventional flush toilet, since the second base plate attached to the lower end opening of the front half of the cover is held up and down by the lifting device, the upper end of the cover fluctuates at the time of lifting and at the raised position. End up. In particular, when the toilet bowl cleaning device has a cleaning tank, the cover is elongated in the vertical direction. Therefore, the cover may be swung in the ascending and descending positions only by holding the second base plate attached to the lower end opening.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional situation, and it is an object to be solved to provide a flush toilet that can smoothly raise and lower the toilet seat and the cover and stabilize the toilet seat and the cover at the raised position. .

The flush toilet of the present invention has a toilet body having a toilet bowl, a toilet cleaning device for supplying cleaning water to the toilet bowl, and a toilet cleaning device, and placed on the upper surface of the toilet body behind the toilet bowl. The attached first base plate, the cover disposed above the rear part of the toilet body, covering the toilet cleaning device, the toilet seat pivotally supported at the lower front of the cover, and housed in the cover, the toilet seat and the cover are first A flush toilet equipped with a lifting device that can be lifted and lowered relative to the base plate,
The lifting device has a lifting device body and a lifting member that protrudes upward from the lifting device body and can reciprocate in the vertical direction,
An upper end surface of the elevating member is brought into contact with an inner surface of an upper end portion of the cover, and the toilet seat and the cover are raised by upward movement of the elevating member.

In this flush toilet, the upper end surface of the elevating member of the elevating device comes into contact with the inner surface of the upper end portion of the cover, and the cover is raised and held in the raised position. For this reason, the wobbling of the cover can be prevented when the toilet seat and the cover are lifted and lowered.

Therefore, the flush toilet of the present invention can smoothly raise and lower the toilet seat and the cover, and can be stabilized at the raised position.

The upper end surface of the elevating member may be connected to the inner surface of the upper end portion of the cover. In this case, by lifting the cover, the lifting member of the lifting device can be moved upward, and the toilet seat and the cover can be held at the raised position.

A second base plate is attached to a front portion of the lower end opening of the cover, is lifted and lowered together with the toilet seat and the cover by the lifting device, and is disposed on the front side of the first base plate when lowered, and the first base plate includes a second base plate. A guide member for guiding the raising and lowering can be attached. In this case, the toilet seat and the cover can be raised and lowered stably.

The elevating member may have a recess provided at a predetermined location on the side surface, and the elevating device main body may have a locking member that advances and retracts toward the side surface of the elevating member and can be engaged with the recess. In this case, the toilet member and the cover can be held in a predetermined position by locking the locking member in the recess. In particular, if the recess is provided so that the locking member is locked at the raised position and the lowered position of the toilet seat and the cover, the toilet seat and the cover can be held at the respective positions.

The elevating device may be disposed above the first base plate at a predetermined interval. In this case, since the lifting device is attached above and away from the upper surface of the toilet body, it can be easily attached without interfering with other components attached to the upper surface of the toilet body. In addition, since the lifting device is disposed at a position where it is difficult for the cleaning liquid to be applied when cleaning the urine and the toilet body, it is difficult to corrode and the toilet seat and the cover can be lifted and lowered smoothly.

A support base may be provided that is erected on the first base plate and has the lifting device main body attached to an upper surface thereof. In this case, the lifting device can be easily and stably attached to the upper part away from the upper surface of the toilet body.

An embodiment embodying the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1, the flush toilet of the embodiment includes a toilet body 10, a toilet cleaning device 20, a first base plate 30, a cover 40, a toilet seat 41, a toilet lid 42, a lifting device 50, a support base 60, and a second base plate. 70.

The toilet body 10 has a toilet bowl 11. The toilet bowl cleaning device 20 is connected to a water pipe (not shown) and has a cleaning tank 21 for storing cleaning water. An outlet (not shown) is provided through the bottom surface of the cleaning tank 21, and a float valve (not shown) is provided at the outlet. The washing water stored in the washing tank 21 is supplied to the toilet bowl 11 by opening the float valve.

The cleaning tank 21 is placed on the first base plate 30. In the first base plate 30, a bolt (not shown) extending downward from the lower surface is inserted into a mounting hole (not shown) penetrating the toilet body 10, and the nut is tightened from the lower end of the bolt inserted through the mounting hole to thereby remove the first base plate 30 from the toilet bowl 11. It is attached to the upper surface of the rear toilet body 10.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the first base plate 30 is provided with a partition wall 31 erected around the first base plate 30. A central placement portion 32 on which the cleaning tank 21 is placed is provided at the central portion of the first base plate 30. The central mounting portion 32 is provided with an opening 32A through which an outlet of the cleaning tank is connected. A front placement portion 33 on which the support base 60 is placed is provided at the front portion of the first base plate 30.

The support base 60 has a pair of leg portions 61 standing up and down on the left and right. In addition, the support base 60 includes an upper connecting portion 62 that connects the upper ends of both the leg portions 61 and a lower connecting portion 63 that connects the lower ends. The upper connecting part 62 is continuously formed with base parts 62L and 62R extending in the left-right direction. The lower connecting portion 63 is fixed to the front mounting portion 33 of the first base plate 30 by screws with screws B from above. In this way, the support base 60 is erected on the first base plate 30.

On the inner side surfaces of the both leg portions 61 of the support base 60, convex guide portions 64 are formed extending in the vertical direction. The guide portion 64 extends from the upper surface of the lower connection portion 63 to a position spaced a predetermined distance from the lower surface of the upper connection portion 62. Since the guide portions 64 are not projected on the both leg portions 61 above the upper end portion of the guide portion 64, the guided portion 71 provided on the second base plate 70 is inserted between the both leg portions 61, and the guided portion Guide portions 64 can be inserted into guide grooves 72 provided on both side surfaces of 71 and extending in the vertical direction. Since the second base plate 70 provided with the guided portion 71 can be raised and lowered while the guide portion 71 of the support base 60 is inserted into the guide groove 72, the support base 60 guides the raising and lowering of the second base plate 70. It also serves as a guide member.

A pair of locking claws 65 are provided on the upper surface of the upper coupling portion 62 of the support base 60 so as to be separated from each other along the rear end edge. Further, a pair of screw fixing portions 66 are provided on the upper surface of the upper connecting portion 62 so as to be separated from each other on the front end edge side.

A lifting device 50 is disposed on the upper surface of the upper connecting portion 62 of the support base 60. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the lifting device 50 includes a lifting device body 51 and a lifting member 52 that protrudes upward from the lifting device body 51 and can reciprocate in the vertical direction. A motor M and a gear are incorporated in the lifting device main body 51. By driving the motor M of the lifting device body 51, the lifting member 52 can be reciprocated in the vertical direction.

On the upper left and right ends of the lifting device main body 51, there is formed a storage portion 54 for storing a locking member 54A that advances and retreats toward the left and right side surfaces of the lifting member 52. A spring member 54 </ b> B that is disposed behind the locking member 54 </ b> A and biases the locking member 54 </ b> A toward the left and right side surfaces of the elevating member 52 is also stored in the storage portion 54. The inner surface of the locking member 54A is continuous with the first vertical surface S1 that hangs continuously from the upper end corner, and the lower end of the vertical surface S1, forms an obtuse angle with the vertical surface S1, and is bent inward. The first inclined surface S2 that is inclined downward, the second inclined surface is continuous with the lower end portion of the first inclined surface S2, the second vertical surface S3 is suspended, and the lower end portion of the second vertical surface S3 is the second vertical surface. It is formed of a second inclined surface S4 that forms an acute angle with respect to the downward extending line of S3, bends outward, and inclines downward.

As shown in FIG. 3, the elevating member 52 has an upper concave portion 52A that is provided on the left and right side surfaces and has a lower end corner portion K that contacts and locks the second inclined surface S4 of the locking member 54A in the lowered position. ing. For this reason, when the second inclined surface S4 of the locking member 54A is locked to the lower end corner portion K of the upper concave portion 52A, the elevating member 52 can be held at the lowered position. That is, the toilet seat 41, the toilet lid 42, and the cover 40 can be held at the lowered position.

Further, when the elevating member 52 is lifted from the lowered position, the second inclined surface S4 is gently inclined inwardly upward, so that the locking member 54A gradually moves into the storage portion 54. For this reason, a large force is not required to raise the elevating member 52 and release the locking of the locking member 54A to the upper concave portion 52A.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the elevating member 52 is provided on the left and right side surfaces, and has a lower concave portion 52 </ b> B having an upper inclined surface U with which the first inclined surface S <b> 2 of the locking member 54 contacts and locks in the raised position. have. For this reason, when the first inclined surface S2 of the locking member 54 is locked to the upper inclined surface U of the lower recess 52B, the elevating member 52 can be held in the raised position. That is, the toilet seat 41, the toilet lid 42, and the cover 40 can be held in the raised position.

Further, since the first inclined surface S2 is rapidly inclined inwardly downward, when the force for lowering the elevating member 52 is momentarily applied, the first inclined surface S2 of the locking member 54 It is possible to prevent the elevating member 52 from being suddenly lowered due to the force. Further, since the locking member 54 is locked from both sides so as to face the lower concave portions 52B provided on the left and right side surfaces of the lifting member 52, the lifting member 52 can be stably held.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, locking protrusions 53 that are locked to locking claws 65 provided on the upper surface of the upper connection portion 62 of the support base 60 are provided at the lower ends of the left and right side surfaces of the lifting device main body 51. Is formed. The lifting device main body 51 is moved from the front of the support base 60, the locking projection 53 is locked to the locking claw 65, and the screw B is inserted into the through holes formed at the left and right lower ends of the front surface of the lifting device main body 51. Insert and screw into the screw fixing portion 66. In this way, the lifting device main body 51 is attached to the upper surface of the upper connecting portion 62 of the support base 60. As described above, the lifting device 50 is mounted on the upper side away from the upper surface of the toilet body 10. For this reason, the elevating device 50 can be easily and stably attached above the upper surface of the toilet body 10 without interfering with other components. Further, the elevating device 50 can be arranged at a position where it is difficult to apply the cleaning liquid when cleaning the urine or the toilet body 10.

As shown in FIG. 1, control boards C <b> 1 and C <b> 2 are respectively mounted and fixed on the upper surfaces of the base parts 62 </ b> L and 62 </ b> R extending in the left-right direction of the upper coupling part 62 of the support base 60. In this way, the control boards C1 and C2 can be arranged using the vacant space. The control boards C1 and C2 control the driving of the motor M of the elevating device 50, the opening and closing driving of the float valve of the toilet bowl cleaning device 20, and the driving of the local cleaning device described later.

The upper end surface 52U of the elevating member 52 is in contact with the inner surface of the upper end portion 43 of the cover 40 as shown in FIGS. That is, it is in contact with the inner surface of the bottom of the recess 43 </ b> C formed in the upper end 43 of the cover 40. A through hole is formed in the bottom of the recess 43C, and a screw B inserted from above is screwed into the upper end surface 52U of the elevating member 52. Thus, the upper end surface 52U of the elevating member 52 is connected to the inner surface of the upper end portion of the cover 40. For this reason, the cover 40 can also be reciprocated in the up-down direction along with the up-down reciprocation of the elevating member 52. At this time, the elevating member 52 supports the upper end portion 43 of the cover 40. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the toilet seat 41 and the toilet lid 42 that are pivotally supported on the lower portion of the front surface of the cover 40 and the cover 40 when the cover 40 is lifted and lowered.

Therefore, the flush toilet of the embodiment can smoothly raise and lower the toilet seat 41, the toilet lid 42, and the cover 40, and can be stabilized at the raised position.

Since the upper end surface 52U of the elevating member 52 is connected to the inner surface of the upper end portion of the cover 40, the elevating member 52 can be moved upward by lifting the cover 40, and the toilet seat 41, the toilet lid 42, and The cover 40 can be held in the raised position.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, the cover 40 is formed in a cylindrical shape. Housed in the cover 40 are a toilet cleaning device 20, a lifting device 50, a support base 60, control boards C1 and C2, a local cleaning device to be described later, and the like. On the upper surface of the upper end portion 43 of the cover 40, a hand basin 44 provided with a spout 44A is placed.

A second base plate 70 is attached to the front portion of the lower end opening of the cover 40. Therefore, the second base plate 70 reciprocates in the vertical direction together with the cover 40 as the elevating member 52 reciprocates in the vertical direction. On the second base plate 70, two nozzles N of the local cleaning device are assembled at the left and right central portions so as to extend in the front-rear direction. Other parts of the local cleaning device (not shown) other than the nozzle N are also assembled on the upper surface of the second base plate 70.

As shown in FIG. 6, a rear end wall 73 is erected on the upper rear portion of the rear end surface 70 </ b> B of the second base plate 70 at the rear left and right center rear portions of the second base plate 70. In this way, the rear end wall 73 can be erected on the upper part rearward of the rear end surface 70B of the second base plate 70 because the elevating device 50 is attached to the upper surface of the upper connecting portion 62 of the support base 60 and both leg portions 61 are installed. This is because the guided portion 71 can be inserted in between. Accordingly, the nozzle N of the local cleaning device can be disposed close to the front surface of the rear end wall 73, and the size of the second base plate 70 in the front-rear direction can be reduced. Therefore, when the second base plate 70 is placed on the upper surface of the toilet body 10, the overlap between the front end portion of the second base plate 70 and the rear portion of the toilet bowl 11 can be reduced.

A rear surface of the rear end wall 73 of the second base plate 70 is formed with a T-shaped protrusion 74 that is divided into left and right portions and extends in the vertical direction. A fixing piece 76 extending rearward and having a through hole is formed at the upper left and right center upper ends of the rear end wall 73.

The guided portion 71 fixed to the rear surface of the rear end wall 73 is formed with a T-shaped insertion groove 75 into which the protrusion 74 formed on the rear end wall 73 is inserted. A concave portion 77 having a shape corresponding to the fixed piece 76 formed on the rear end wall 73 is formed on the upper surface of the guided portion 71. The recess 77 is provided with a screw hole.

The guided portion 71 is raised from below along the rear surface of the rear end wall 73 of the second base plate 70, and the protrusion 74 of the rear end wall 73 is inserted into the insertion groove 75. Then, the fixed piece 76 is fitted into the concave portion 77, and the screw B is inserted into the through hole of the fixed piece 76 from above and screwed into the screw hole provided on the upper surface of the guided portion 71. In this way, the guided portion 71 is fixed to the rear surface of the fixed wall 73.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, the second base plate 70 configured as described above is arranged between the leg portions 61 of the support base 60 as shown in FIGS. 2 and 5 before being attached to the front portion of the lower end opening of the cover 40. The guide portion 64 is inserted into the guide groove 72 of the guided portion 71. Then, the second base plate 70 is lowered to the upper surface of the toilet body 10. In this state, the cover 40 is lowered from above, and the second base plate 70 is attached to the front portion of the lower end opening of the cover 40.

In the flush toilet constructed as described above, as shown in FIG. 7, when the lifting device 50 is driven and the lifting member 52 is lifted, the cover 40, the hand basin 44, the toilet seat 41, the toilet lid 42, and the local cleaning device The second base plate 70 assembled with is raised to the raised position. Further, when the lifting device 50 is driven and the lifting member 52 is lowered, the cover 40 and the like are lowered to a lowered position where the second base plate 70 is placed on the upper surface of the toilet body 10. When the second base plate 70 is lifted and lowered in this way, the second base plate 70 is lifted and lowered by being guided by the guide portion 64 of the support base 50. For this reason, the cover 40, the hand-washing basin 44, the toilet seat 41, and the toilet lid 42 can also be raised / lowered stably.
