該顕微鏡観察用培養装置を載置するステージと、
前記チャンバの前記透明部を介して前記培養容器内の前記生体試料に照明光を照射する照明光源と、
前記照明光が照射された前記生体試料からの戻り光を集光する対物レンズと、
前記ステージと前記対物レンズとを相対的に光軸方向に移動させて該対物レンズの焦点位置を調整する照準機構と、
前記対物レンズにより集光された前記戻り光を観察する観察部とを備える顕微鏡観察培養システム。
