Description

The present invention is for assembling a substantially inverted C-shaped curtain runner having a notch formed by cutting a ring-shaped part into a cross-section inverted C-shaped curtain rail having a long groove extending in the longitudinal direction. Is related to the structure of

Conventionally, what cut | disconnected the side part of the annular part of the runner of a decoration curtain rail is disclosed (for example, refer patent document 1). In this runner, the width of the notch is formed smaller than the outer diameter of the curtain rail. Further, the arm portion of the bracket is located at a position between the cutout portions of the runner, and the rail support portion is formed small so as not to prevent the runner from running. In the curtain rail and the runner thus configured, the movement of the runner is not hindered by the bracket, so that more brackets can be used than the conventional decorative curtain rail. As a result, the strength of the rails and brackets can be the same as that of general rails and brackets.

8)JP-A-10-52360 (Claims 1, 2, and 4, paragraphs [0006], [0009] to [0011], FIGS. 1, 4, and 8)

However, in the rail and the runner shown in the above-mentioned conventional patent document 1, caps are attached to both ends of the rail to prevent the runner from falling off, so when adding a runner or replacing the runner The cap had to be removed, and there was a problem that workability of adding or replacing the runner was poor. Moreover, in the rail shown by the said prior art document 1, the rail must be fixed to a bracket with a screw in the state which mounted the rail on the rail support part of a bracket, and the installation operation to the bracket of a rail is comparatively There were also annoying problems.

The object of the present invention is to easily attach / detach the curtain runner to / from the rail without removing the caps attached to both ends of the rail, and to fit the curtain rail to the end bracket of the mounting bracket very easily. An object is to provide an assembly structure of a curtain runner to a curtain rail that can be worn. Another object of the present invention is to provide an assembly structure of a curtain runner to a curtain rail, which can move the runner loosely fitted on the rail over the entire length of the rail regardless of the position where the rail is fixed by the mounting bracket. .

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, a first aspect of the present invention is a curtain rail 11 formed in a substantially cylindrical shape and a curtain that is loosely fitted to the rail 11 and is movably suspended along the rail 11. An assembly structure of a curtain runner having a ring-shaped curtain runner 12 for mounting to a curtain rail, in which the rail 11 has a long groove 11a extending in the longitudinal direction, and the runner 12 has a part of the ring shape cut out. A notch 12c is formed, and the rail 11 is fixed to the wall 14, ceiling or window frame via the mounting bracket 16, and a long groove is formed at one end of the pair of ends forming the notch 12c. A first projection 12a that can be inserted into 11a and extends in the direction of narrowing the notch 12c, and has a radius of curvature that cannot be inserted into the long groove 11a at the other end of the pair of ends forming the notch 12c. Size of A second protrusion 12b is provided, and the distance between the tip of the first protrusion 12a and the tip of the second protrusion 12b is formed smaller than the outer diameter of the rail 11 and larger than the thickness of the mounting bracket 16, and the first protrusion 12a is formed. The assembly structure of the curtain runner to the curtain rail is characterized in that the runner 12 can be detached from the rail 11 or can be loosely fitted to the rail 11 when inserted into the long groove 11a.

The second aspect of the present invention is an invention based on the first aspect. Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the curtain runner 12 is loosely fitted to the curtain rail 11 and the curtain is suspended from the runner 12. When it is lowered, the long groove 11a of the rail 11 is configured to be displaced without engaging with the first protrusion 12a of the runner 12, and when the runner 12 is moved along the rail 11, the runner 12 is attached to the mounting bracket 16. The cutout portion 12c of the runner 12 is configured to pass through the mounting bracket 16 without contact.

A third aspect of the present invention is an invention based on the first or second aspect, and further, as shown in FIG. 1, a front end locking tool for fitting the long groove 11a of the rail 11 to the mounting bracket 16 21 is provided.

In the assembly structure according to the first aspect of the present invention, when the first protrusion of the curtain runner is inserted into the long groove of the curtain rail and the runner is rotated around the first protrusion, the runner is detached from the rail, or the runner Can be loosely fitted to the rail. As a result, the runner can be easily attached to and detached from the rail without removing the caps attached to both ends of the rail.

In the assembly structure according to the second aspect of the present invention, when the curtain runner is loosely fitted to the curtain rail and the curtain is suspended from the runner, the long groove of the rail shifts without engaging the first protrusion of the runner. Sometimes the runner can be prevented from unintentionally leaving the rail. Also, when the runner is moved along the rail, the runner's notch passes through the mounting bracket without contacting the mounting bracket. The fitted runner can be moved over the entire length of the rail.

In the assembly structure according to the third aspect of the present invention, the mounting bracket is attached to a wall or the like, and the rail mounting bracket is attached to the end bracket of the mounting bracket by a very simple operation. It can be fixed to a wall or the like.

It is sectional drawing which shows the structure which attached the curtain runner of this invention embodiment to the curtain rail. It is a figure which shows the procedure which attaches a curtain runner to a curtain rail. It is a figure which shows that a curtain runner does not detach | leave from a curtain rail in the state which does not insert a 1st protrusion in a long groove. It is a figure which shows that a curtain runner does not detach | leave from a curtain rail in the state which made the 2nd protrusion correspond to the long groove. It is sectional drawing which shows the procedure which attaches a bracket main body to the base part of the attachment bracket attached to the wall. It is sectional drawing which shows the procedure of attaching a curtain rail to the front-end | tip locking tool of a mounting bracket. It is sectional drawing which shows the state which the upper nail | claw of the bracket main body engaged with the upper receiving part, and the lower nail | claw engaged with the lower receiving part. It is sectional drawing which shows the state which the middle nail | claw of the lever engaged with the middle hole of the base part.

Next, an embodiment for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, the curtain rail 11 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape, and the rail 11 has a long groove 11a extending in the longitudinal direction. Thereby, the cross-sectional shape of the rail 11 becomes a substantially inverted C-shape. A ring-shaped curtain runner 12 for suspending a curtain (not shown) movably along the rail 11 is loosely fitted to the rail 11. The runner 12 has a notch 12c formed by notching a ring-shaped part. As a result, the runner 12 has a substantially inverted C shape. Inside the rail 11, two reinforcing ribs 11 b and 11 c having a substantially T-shaped cross section are provided so as to extend integrally with the rail 11 in the longitudinal direction of the rail 11. The rail 11 is preferably formed by extrusion molding or pultrusion molding of a light alloy such as an aluminum alloy. One end of the pair of end portions forming the notch portion 12c of the runner 12 is provided with a first protrusion 12a that can be inserted into the long groove 11a of the rail 11 and extends in the direction of narrowing the notch portion 12c. It is done. A second protrusion 12b having a large curvature radius that cannot be inserted into the long groove 11a of the rail 11 is provided at the other end of the pair of end portions forming the notch portion 12c of the runner 12. In this specification, providing the second protrusion 12b in the long groove 11a of the rail 11 so as not to be inserted includes the case where the second protrusion 12b is slightly inserted facing the long groove 11a of the rail 11 (FIG. 4). . When the second protrusion 12b is slightly inserted into the long groove 11a of the rail 11, the second protrusion 12b slightly protrudes outward in the radial direction on the opposite side of the cross section of the rail 11 from the portion where the long groove 11a is formed. Is preferred. Thereby, even if the 2nd protrusion 12b engages with the long groove 11a of the rail 11, it can prevent that the runner 12 detaches | leaves from the rail 11 unintentionally.

The runner 12 is inserted into a runner body 12d formed of a light alloy such as an aluminum alloy in a substantially inverted C shape and having a C-shaped groove 12e extending along the inner peripheral surface, and the C-shaped groove 12e of the runner body 12d. A plastic substantially inverted C-shaped runner sliding body 12f that is attached and contacts the outer peripheral surface of the rail 11, and a base end is inserted through and attached to the runner body 12d and the runner sliding body 12f. And a hanger 12g provided with a mating ring 12h (FIG. 1). The first protrusion 12a and the second protrusion 12b are integrally formed of plastic with the runner sliding body 12f. The hanger 12g is inserted into the runner body 12d and the runner sliding body 12f in the vicinity of the second protrusion 12b. Further, the distance between the tip of the first protrusion 12a and the tip of the second protrusion 12b is formed smaller than the outer diameter of the rail 11 and larger than the thickness of the tip locking member 21 of the mounting bracket 16 described later. Furthermore, the runner 12 can be detached from the rail 11 or can be loosely fitted to the rail 11 when the first protrusion 12a of the runner 12 is inserted into the long groove 11a of the rail 11. As shown in FIG. 3, when the outer diameter of the rail 11 is D, the distance B between the tip of the first projection 12a and the tip of the second projection 12b of the runner 12 is 0.7D to 0.9D, preferably Is set in the range of 0.75D to 0.85D. Here, the interval B is limited to the range of 0.7D to 0.9D because if the first protrusion 12a of the runner 12 is inserted into the long groove 11a of the rail 11 when the distance is less than 0.7D, the runner 12 is moved to the rail 11. This is because it is difficult to disengage from the rail 11 or loosely fit on the rail 11, and if it exceeds 0.9 D, the runner 12 may be unintentionally detached from the rail 11.

On the other hand, the rail 11 is attached to the wall 14 via the attachment bracket 16 (FIG. 1). The mounting bracket 16 includes a prismatic bracket body 17, a plate-like base portion 18 attached to the wall 14 with screws 22, and a base end mechanism that removably engages the base end of the bracket body 17 with the base portion 18. A stopper 19 and a tip locking tool 21 provided at the tip of the bracket body 17 and removably fitted into the long groove 11a of the rail 11 are provided. The bracket body 17 and the base portion 18 are preferably formed by a light alloy die casting method such as an aluminum alloy.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 7, and 8, the base end locking tool 19 includes a pair of upper claws 19 a that protrude from the left and right of the upper base end of the bracket body 17, and a lower base end of the bracket main body 17. Push-up means 19g for urging the lever 19f in the push-up direction, a pair of middle claws 19h projecting at the center in the vertical direction of the lever 19f, and the center in the vertical direction of the base portion 18 A pair of middle claws 19h are formed and a pair of middle hole 19i respectively engaging. The push-up means 19g is interposed between the push-up body 19j fitted in the base portion 18 so as to be slidable in the vertical direction, and is interposed between the base portion 18 and the push-up body 19j in the push-up direction of the push-up body 19j. It consists of a compression coil spring 19k that urges.

As shown in FIG. 1, the front end locking device 21 includes a substantially crank-shaped frame portion 21a attached to the front end of the bracket body 17 with screws 21b, and a locking device slidably accommodated in the frame portion 21a. The locking member sliding body 21c, the lower locking portion 21e, and the operation projection 21g are integrally formed of plastic. The pressing means 21f is a compression coil spring that is interposed between the frame portion 21a and the locking tool sliding body 21c and biases the locking tool sliding body 21c obliquely downward.

A procedure for attaching the curtain rail 11 thus configured to the wall 14 via the attachment bracket 16 will be described. A push-up body 19g is assembled to the base portion 18 in advance. A lever 19f is attached to the base end of the bracket main body 17 with a screw 19e, and a front end locking member 21 is attached to the front end of the bracket main body 17 with a screw 21b. First, the base portion 18 is attached to the wall 14 with screws 22 (FIG. 5A). Next, the bracket body 17 is attached to the base portion 18 via the proximal end locking tool 19 (FIGS. 5B and 5C, FIGS. 7 and 8). Specifically, the upper claw 19a is engaged with the upper receiving portion 19c as shown by a two-dot chain line arrow in FIG. 5B, and at the same time, the lower claw 19b is shown by a one-dot chain line arrow in FIG. 5B. Engage with the lower receiving portion 19d (FIG. 7). As a result, the lever 19f depresses the push-up body 19j against the elastic force of the compression coil spring 19k, and the middle claw 19h engages with the middle hole 19i (FIG. 8). The bracket body 17 can be attached to the base portion 18 by such a simple operation. When removing the bracket body 17 from the base portion 18, the upper end of the lever 19 f is pulled away from the wall 13. As a result, the middle claw 19h is detached from the middle hole 19i, and the lifting means 19g pushes up the lever 19f, so that the upper claw 19a is separated from the upper receiving portion 19c and at the same time the lower claw 19b is separated from the lower receiving portion 19d.

Next, after loosely fitting a plurality of runners 12 from one end side of the rail 11, caps (not shown) for retaining the runner 12 are attached to both ends of the rail 11. In this state, after the upper edge of the long groove 11a of the rail 11 is engaged with the upper locking portion 21d of the front end locking device 21, the lower edge of the long groove 11a of the rail 11 is connected to the lower locking portion 21e of the front end locking device 21. Engage with. At this time, if the upper surface of the lower locking portion 21e is tapered, the lower edge of the long groove 11a of the rail 11 is used as a locking tool by rotating the rail 11 in the direction of the solid line arrow in FIG. After the sliding body 21c is pushed up diagonally upward against the elastic force of the push-down means 21f, the lower edge of the long groove 11a of the rail 11 engages with the lower locking portion 21e of the tip locking tool 21. At this time, the lower locking portion 21e is biased in a downwardly inclined direction by the pressing means 21f, so that the rail 11 is not unintentionally detached from the mounting bracket 16. Further, since the long groove 11a of the rail 11 is located obliquely below the wall 14 side, it is hardly visible from the indoor side, and the appearance of the rail 11 is not impaired. With such a very simple operation, the rail 11 can be fixed to the wall 14 via the mounting bracket 16.

Furthermore, when the curtain hook 13 is engaged with the hanging tool 12g of the runner 12 and the curtain is suspended, the long groove 11a of the rail 11 is displaced without engaging with the first protrusion 12a of the runner 12, so that the curtain can be opened and closed. The runner 12 can be prevented from unintentionally leaving the rail 11 (FIG. 1). Further, when the runner 12 is moved along the rail 11, the runner 12 does not come into contact with the front end locking tool 21, and the cutout portion 12 c of the runner 12 passes through the front end locking tool 21 of the mounting bracket 16. Regardless of the fixing position of the rail 11 by the mounting bracket 16, the runner 12 loosely fitted to the rail 11 can be moved over the entire length of the rail 11.

Next, a procedure for adding the runner 12 to the rail 11 will be described. First, the first protrusion 12a of the runner 12 to be added is inserted into the long groove 11a of the rail 11 (FIG. 2A). Next, after the runner 12 is rotated in the direction of a two-dot chain line arrow in FIG. 2A, the runner 12 is moved in the direction of a broken line arrow in FIG. The runner 12 can be loosely fitted to the rail 11 by such a simple operation. As a result, the runner 12 can be loosely fitted to the rail 11 without removing the caps attached to both ends of the rail 11.

Next, a procedure for replacing the runner 12 loosely fitted to the rail 11 will be described. First, the old runner 12 requiring replacement is removed from the rail 11. Specifically, after the first protrusion 12a of the old runner 12 is inserted into the long groove 11a of the rail 11 (FIG. 2B), the runner 12 is rotated in the direction opposite to the two-dot chain line arrow in FIG. Then, the old runner 12 can be removed from the rail 11. Next, the new runner 12 is loosely fitted to the rail 11 in the same procedure as the procedure for adding the runner 12. As a result, the runner 12 can be attached to and detached from the rail 11 without removing the caps attached to both ends of the rail 11.

In this embodiment, the rail is fixed to the wall via the mounting bracket. However, the rail may be fixed to the ceiling or the window frame via the mounting bracket. In this embodiment, the rail is attached to the mounting bracket so that the long groove is located obliquely below the wall side. However, the rail is attached to the mounting bracket so that the long groove faces the wall, or the long groove is on the wall side. The rail may be attached to the mounting bracket so as to be located obliquely above the. In this case, it is necessary to change the attachment position of the lifting tool to the runner so that the notch portion of the runner passes through the tip locking tool of the mounting bracket.
