Description

The present invention relates to a hollow concrete slab having a hollow portion, and more particularly to a hollow concrete slab capable of preventing water from entering the hollow portion.

In recent years, hollow concrete slabs having hollow portions have been widely used for the purpose of weight reduction and long span (for example, see Patent Document 1), hollow core slabs (trade name) manufactured by Showa Concrete Industry Co., Ltd. Spancrete (registered trademark) manufactured by Spancrete Corporation is sold.

Such a hollow concrete slab is manufactured at a factory, transported to a building site, and assembled by a predetermined process. During that time, rainwater may enter the hollow portion. It is not preferable.

The countermeasures against such water intrusion were as follows.
・ A method to make a lot of drain holes in the hollow part at the time of manufacture so that water can flow out ・ A water exploration device dedicated to concrete structures (for example, “Handy Search (trade name by Japan Radio Co., Ltd.) ) ”) To search for residual water, and if residual water can be confirmed, open a drain hole to remove the residual water.

However, the former method (that is, a method of drilling a lot of drain holes) requires a lot of drain holes, and the work is difficult, and the latter method (that is, water exploration is performed). Method) has a problem that water exploration work is difficult. In addition, no matter which method is used, it is a countermeasure after water intrusion into the hollow part, there is no guarantee that all residual water in the hollow part can be removed, and all residual There was a problem that it was not easy to confirm whether or not water was removed.

There is an effect.

FIG. 1 (a) is a front view showing an example of the structure of a hollow concrete slab according to the present invention, FIG. 1 (b) is an AA cross-sectional view thereof, and FIG. 1 (c) is the present invention. It is sectional drawing which shows the other example of the structure of the hollow concrete slab which concerns on. 2 (a) is a partially enlarged view of FIG. 1 (a), and FIG. 2 (b) is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.

The hollow concrete slab according to the present invention is illustrated by reference numeral 1 in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b).
A hollow part 2 having at least one opening 2a;
A waterstop 3 disposed in the hollow portion 2 so as to close the opening 2a;
The water stop body 3 can prevent or suppress the intrusion of water from the opening 2a into the hollow portion. In the case where a plurality of openings 2a are formed in one hollow portion 2, the waterstops 3 are preferably arranged for all the openings 2a. For example, as shown in FIG. 1 (b), when the openings 2 a are formed at both ends of the hollow portion 2, the waterstops 3 may be disposed respectively. In addition, the opening 2a in which the waterstop 3 is arranged in FIG. 1 (b) is formed on the end surface of the slab, but of course it is not limited to this, and the waterstop is formed in the opening formed on the other end surface. 3 may be arranged. For example, as shown in FIG. 1 (c), when a vertical hole (for example, a vertical hole for piping or the like) indicated by reference numeral 12 is drilled at a position where the hollow portion 2 is drilled, the vertical hole 12 and the hollow portion are formed. 2 may be formed in the hollow portion 2 as indicated by reference numeral 2c, but the waterstop 3 as described above may be disposed in the opening 2c. That is, it is good to arrange a water stop in all the openings into which water may invade so as to prevent water from entering the hollow portion 2. Furthermore, the shape of the waterstop body may be a shape that can prevent water from entering from the opening,
・ The shape of the opening,
-It is good to adjust appropriately according to the cross-sectional shape etc. of a hollow part. For example, when the cross-sectional shape of the hollow portion is a circle, the shape of the waterstop body may be a circle. When the cross-sectional shape of the hollow portion is a square shape, the shape of the waterstop body may be a square shape.

By the way, the above-mentioned waterstop 3 is, as shown in detail in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b),
A water stop member 30 having a water stop function;
A water stop agent 31 disposed so as to close the gap between the water stop member 30 and the hollow wall surface 2b;
After the water stop member 30 is inserted and arranged in the hollow portion 2, the gap between the water stop member 30 and the hollow portion wall surface 2 b is closed by the water stop agent 31. ing. As this water stop member 30, the water stop sheet | seat which has a water stop function can be mentioned, and a butyl sheet can be mentioned specifically ,. In addition, when using a water stop sheet as the water stop member, it is necessary to support the water stop sheet 30 in a state in which the hollow portion 2 is substantially closed.
A self-supporting member (hereinafter referred to as “sheet support part”) that is thick (that is, the dimension in the longitudinal direction of the hollow part 2 and the dimension indicated by reference numeral C is thick) in a state of substantially closing the hollow part 2. ”)
-Supporting the sheet 30 by sticking the water-stop sheet 30 to the sheet support portion 32;
It is good to do so. For such a sheet support portion 32, a shrinkable member having a size slightly larger than that of the hollow portion 2 is used, and the sheet support portion 32 is biased by the hollow portion wall surface 2b so that the sheet support portion 32 is moved from the opening side. When pressed (see arrow P1), a certain amount of drag (see arrow P2) is generated so that the sheet support portion 32 does not easily move to the back when the water-stopping agent 31 is applied. It is good to make it. Examples of such a material include sponge, cork, and polystyrene foam. The water stop sheet 30 described above may be thin as long as it has a water stop function, and may be, for example, about 1 mm thick. One sheet support portion 32 may have a thickness of about several tens of mm, preferably 50 mm. By the way, as the above-mentioned water-stopping agent 31, a urethane seal can be mentioned. In addition, installation of such a waterstop 3 is
-Inserting the waterproof sheet 30 on the sheet support portion 32 into the hollow portion 2 in a slightly contracted state, and setting it at a predetermined position.
A urethane seal is injected into the gap between the water stop sheet 30 and the hollow wall surface 2b,
It is good to do it.

図2(a)
Fig. 2 (a)
When a waterstop 3 with a structure as detailed in (b) is used,
The water stop member 30 can prevent water from entering through the opening 2a,
The water stop agent 31 can prevent water from entering from the gap between the water stop member 30 and the hollow wall surface 2b,
The sheet support portion 32 supports the water stop member 30 and facilitates positioning when the water stop body 3 is inserted into the hollow portion 2 (that is, the water stop body 3 does not easily move to the back). )
There is an effect.

By the way, Fig. 2 (a)
The water stop body 3 shown in detail in (b) is composed of the water stop member 30 and the sheet support portion 32, but is not limited to this.
-Water stop function-As long as it has both functions of self-supporting in "the state which closes the said hollow hole 2," you may comprise by one member. An example of such a material is polyethylene foam. When this polyethylene foam is used, its periphery (that is, the gap between the polyethylene foam and the hollow portion wall surface 2b) is preferably sealed with a water-stopping agent.
