Description

The present invention relates to a package body in which an information transmission slip serving as an information transmission medium is packaged so as to be visible from the outside on one surface of a packaged article laminate formed by stacking a plurality of substantially rectangular parallelepiped packaged articles, In more detail, the information transfer form promotes consumers' willingness to purchase and has an interactive advertising effect. It can be widely distributed in the market, etc. The present invention relates to a package that can be produced continuously and at high speed with almost no loss of lead time.

Conventionally, a package in which a packaged article is packaged with a translucent resin film or the like for the purpose of protecting the packaged article from dirt such as rainwater or dust, or improving the convenience of storage or transportation. Is widely used. Information about advertisements, prize applications, and the like may be added to these packages for the purpose of promoting consumers' willingness to purchase at the time of product display.

When the above-mentioned packaged article is a carton containing sanitary paper such as tissue paper, the sanitary paper or carton containing sanitary paper is used in each process of producing sanitary paper carton for the purpose of reducing the lead time during the production of the package. In addition, a system for processing a package of sanitary paper-containing cartons and the like by moving them at high speed and continuously on a conveyance path is in operation. As shown in FIG. 9, a sanitary paper-containing carton is conventionally marketed in the state of a package 100 in which a plurality of sanitary paper-containing cartons are stacked as an article to be packaged 20 and are integrally packaged by a translucent resin film 40. Yes. A handle 43 may be provided near the top surface 41 of the package 100. Then, an information transmission form 30 (a prize application postcard or the like) in a state of being accommodated or covered in a protective sheet 101 that can be visually recognized inside is attached to the side surface of the package 100 with an adhesive or the like.

Further, as the above-mentioned packaging article, for example, as shown in Patent Document 1 as a package with a card attached, a weakly adhesive adhesive is applied on one side to the side of a package in which the outer surface of the box is wrapped with a film. A package with a card attached by attaching the card with a weak adhesive tape is disclosed.

In recent years, both the consumer and the improvement of the social infrastructure of the communication environment found in the two-way network through the telecommunication lines such as the Internet, and mobile phones equipped with a function for reading information such as barcodes and QR codes. The spread of information communication terminals that can communicate with each other is remarkable. In addition, consumers are more willing to purchase due to the diversification of information transmission means such as the above-mentioned optical methods such as barcodes and QR codes, magnetic methods such as magnetic cards, electrical methods such as IC cards and non-contact IC cards. The use of interactive advertising media that can promptly understand the promotion and consumption trends has become active, and the field of use is also expanding. In addition, such information transmission means are produced at high speed and in large quantities, and many of them are widely distributed or penetrated in the market and exhibit their effects.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-59258

In a package with a card attached as shown in Patent Document 1, it is necessary to use a weak adhesive tape in addition to the packaging film due to problems such as weak adhesive tape being easily peeled off during transportation and display of goods. Compared to the package in the case of not doing so, there is a problem that materials are required and the number of work processes is increased.

Similarly, in the conventional package 100 as shown in FIG. 9, a plurality of cartons containing sanitary paper such as tissue paper are stacked as the article to be packaged 20 and packaged integrally with the translucent resin film 40. Further, when an information transfer slip 30 such as a prize application postcard accommodated or covered on the protective sheet 101 is attached to the side surface of the package 100, the protective sheet 101 and the protective sheet 101 are separated from the translucent resin film 40. A sufficient amount of material such as an adhesive is required, which increases the burden on the environment. Moreover, the man-hour for providing a protective sheet increases, and becomes a factor which increases the lead time at the time of package production.

In addition, when the packaged article is a carton containing sanitary paper such as tissue paper, and if an information transmission display such as a prize application postcard is printed on the surface of the carton containing sanitary paper, the sanitary paper is used up. It cannot be used as a postcard. In particular, it is inappropriate for limited-time application postcards.

In addition, for the purpose of promoting consumers' willingness to purchase and as an interactive advertising medium that can quickly grasp consumption trends, information transfer forms such as postcards for sweepstakes application etc. are used in store checkout counters, display shelves, etc. In some cases, it is installed separately from the product. However, consumers do not always take home with interest, and because the cooperation of the store is necessary, there are many cases where it does not remain installed, and various problems have arisen that it is difficult to achieve its purpose .

In addition, even if the purpose of use as the above-mentioned interactive advertising medium is used, if a piece of paper such as a prize application postcard is enclosed as an information transmission means to be affixed inside the package, it is easily visible in a state where it is displayed as a product. It needs to be attached to the position. However, there may be a case where a prize application postcard falls or a position shift occurs inside the package during transportation or display.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and is provided with promotion of purchase intention and interactive advertisement effect to consumers by an information transmission slip that is an information transmission medium visible from the outside, An object of the present invention is to provide a package that can be widely distributed in the market and that can be produced continuously and at high speed while suppressing an increase in packaging resources and man-hours and hardly damaging the lead time during production. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described, but the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments, and changes, modifications, and improvements can be added without departing from the scope of the invention.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of the package of the present invention. Further, the article to be packaged 20 having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape has a top surface 21 and a bottom surface 22 as shown in FIG. Although the case of using a sanitary paper containing carton provided with the exit area 25 will be described, the “packaged article” referred to in the present invention is not limited to this sanitary paper containing carton.

A substantially rectangular parallelepiped having a top surface 11 and a bottom surface 12 as shown in FIG. 3 in which a plurality of, for example, 2 to 6 (three in FIG. 3) articles to be packaged 20 are stacked in series in the height direction. The shape is laminated to form a packaged article laminate 10 having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape.

As shown in FIG. 3, the packaged article laminate 10 includes an information display unit 31 on a surface 33 as shown in FIG. 1 such as a prize application postcard in the first attachment unit 13 provided on one surface thereof. As shown in FIG. 3, the information transfer form 30 is attached by weak adhesive means to the second attachment portion 32 provided on the information transfer form 30, and the packaged article laminate 10 to which the information transfer form is attached is provided. Is done. FIG. 3 shows an example in which the second attachment portion 32 is directly provided on the back surface 34 of the information transmission form 30, but the “second attachment portion” of the present invention is not limited to such a case. Absent. For example, when the information transfer slip is attached to the first attachment portion of the packaged article laminate using stickers, labels, seals, etc., the adhesive surface of the sticker or the like that protrudes from the outer edge of the information transfer slip is “second attachment. Part. As shown in FIG. 1, the package 1 can be provided with a handle 43 in the vicinity of the top surface 41 for the purpose of convenience during transportation. The weak adhesion means can be applied or attached to both or only one of the first attachment part 13 and the second attachment part 32.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the first adhesive part 13 provided on the surface of the packaged article laminate 10 and the second adhesive part 32 provided on the information transmission slip 30 can be peeled off by weak adhesive means. It is attached. For this reason, the information transmission form 30 can be easily peeled off, and the information transmission form 30 and the packaged article 20 can be prevented from being damaged.

It is preferable that the position of the 1st attachment part 13 which attaches the information transmission form 30 is at least one surface of the top | upper surface and side surface of the to-be-packaged goods 20. FIG.

When providing the 1st attachment part 13 in the side surface of the to-be-packaged article 20, it is provided in the side surface of one to-be-packaged article 20 among the several adjacent to-be-packaged articles 20 which comprise the to-be-packaged article laminated body 10. FIG. More preferably. As a result, the information transfer slip 30 is fixed to the packaged article 20 with sufficient strength until it is fixed so as to cover the entire surface with the translucent resin film 40. Since the first attachment part 13 is provided only in one packaged article 20, it contributes to simplifying and speeding up the process of attaching with an adhesive, and the apparatus of this process can be reduced in size and produced. There is almost no increase in lead time. At this time, after the step of attaching the information transfer slip 30 to the packaged article laminate 10, the plurality of articles to be packaged 20 are spaced due to vibrations, inclinations, and errors in the conveyance speed on the conveyance path that is conveyed at high speed. Even if they are separated from each other or their directions vary, they are not adhered to the packaged article 20 to which the information transfer form 30 is not attached, so that the weak adhesive means at the attachment portion may be peeled off or the information transfer form 30 may be peeled off. Will not be damaged.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the first attachment portion 13 constitutes the top surface 11 of the packaged article laminate 10 among the plurality of adjacent packaged articles 20 constituting the packaged article laminate 10. It is particularly preferable that it is provided only on one packaged article 20. Thereby, since the information transmission slip 30 is affixed to the packaged article 20 that constitutes the top surface 11, the information display unit 31 can be easily viewed and easily visible to the consumer when the product is displayed.

In one embodiment of the package of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, the first attachment portion 13 is preferably provided in a belt-like region having a longitudinal direction parallel to the top surface 11 of the packaged article laminate 10. . Since the first attachment portion 13 is a band-shaped region, the information transfer sheet 30 is fixed with sufficient strength until it is fixed by the weak adhesive means so as to cover at least the entire surface with the translucent resin film. However, when the information transmission form 30 is used, it can be easily peeled without damaging both adhesive surfaces. In addition, the first attachment portion 13 may be continuously applied to the entire surface of the belt-shaped region by the weak adhesive means 50, and a plurality of at least two or more including one point on each end of the belt-shaped region. It may be applied at intervals in places.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the first attachment portion 13 and the second attachment portion 32 attached by weak adhesive means are provided on the information transmission form 30 when the top surface 11 side of the packaged article laminate 10 is faced up. It is preferable to be provided in a band-shaped region along the upper side. Since the information transmission form 30 is protected by the translucent resin film 40 in the next step, the amount of the weak adhesive is very small. Further, a special member such as the protective sheet 101 required for the conventional package 100 shown in FIG. 9 is not required, and the production cost is reduced by reducing the material and the recyclability is increased. Further, since the weak adhesive is used, it is possible to prevent the adhesive surface from being damaged. In addition, since the position where the weak adhesive is applied is limited to one end of the information transmission form 30, the information transmission form 30 can be easily peeled off, and the cost of attaching the information transmission form 30 is low. Since it is fixed on the upper side of the information transmission form 30 at the time of displaying the product, it is difficult to cause a positional shift. Further, the second attachment portion 32 may be continuously applied to the entire surface of the belt-like region by the weak adhesive means 50, and a plurality of at least two or more points including one point at each end of the belt-like region. It may be applied at intervals in places.

Depending on the sales form of the packaged article laminate, the top surface of the packaged article laminate may be easily caught by the buyer. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 10B, it is also preferable that the position of the first attaching portion 13A for attaching the information transmission slip 30A is the top surface 21A of the packaged article 20A. The “top surface” in this case means the top surface 11A of the packaged article laminate 10A, that is, the top surface 21A of the packaged article 20A laminated on the top of the packaged article laminate 10A.

As shown in FIGS. 10A and 10B, when the article 20A to be packaged is a sanitary paper-filled carton and the top surface 21A is formed with an annular outlet forming cut line 26, the first The attaching part 13A is preferably provided in an outlet region 25A surrounded by an outlet forming cut line 26 in the top surface of the article to be packaged 20A.

In this way, by providing the first attachment portion 13A in the exit area 25A, the information transmission slip 30A does not hinder the breakage of the entrance forming cut line 26 when the sanitary paper-containing carton is opened. On the other hand, if the first attachment portion 13A is provided not only in the outlet area 25A but also in the area outside the outlet area 25A, the information transmission slip 30A hinders the breakage of the outlet forming cut line 26. There is a fear.

In addition, since a rectangular parallelepiped shape is often used as a sanitary paper storage carton, the shape of the outlet forming cut line 26 is preferably a horizontally long ring along the longitudinal direction of the carton. Further, “annular” means a shape in which lines are connected continuously or intermittently so as to partition the outlet region 25A, and does not need to be annular. For example, shapes such as a substantially oval shape, a substantially oval shape, a substantially semi-elliptical shape, a semi-circular shape, a substantially rectangular shape, a rhombus shape, and other polygonal shapes can be given. For example, a packaged article 20A (carton with sanitary paper) shown in FIG. 10A is an example in which a substantially rectangular outlet forming cut line 26 is formed so as to coincide with the outer peripheral shape of the outlet.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 10A and 10B, the sanitary paper-filled carton has a pair of pushes that connect two points of the outlet forming cut line 26 to both side edge regions of the outlet region 25A of the top surface 21A. A cut line 28 may be formed. By forming the push-in cutting line 28, a push-in area 29 surrounded by the take-out forming cut line 26 and the push-in cutting line 28 is formed in both side edge regions of the take-out area 25A. When the entering carton is opened, the push-in area 29 can be pushed into the carton to break the take-out area 25A, and the take-out area 25A can be easily peeled off. The packaged article 20A shown in FIGS. 10A and 10B is an example in which substantially U-shaped pushing cut lines 28 are formed in both side edge regions of the outlet region 25A of the top surface 21A.

As described above, when the pair of push-in cut lines 28 are formed in both side edge regions of the take-out area 25, the first attachment portion 13A has at least one push-in cut line in the take-out area 25A. It is preferable that the information transmission slip 30A is provided in a region closer to the center than 28a and is non-superimposedly attached to one push-in cut line 28a of the pair of push-in cut lines 28a and 28b. .

As described above, the first attachment portion 13A is provided in a region closer to the center than at least one push-in cutting line 28a, and the information transfer slip 30A is attached non-superimposedly on the one push-in cutting line 28a. By doing so, at least one push-in cutting line 28a does not come into contact with the adhesive means and is not hidden by the information transmission slip 30A. Therefore, even if the information transfer slip 30A is attached in a superimposed manner with another push-in cutting line 28b, it can be easily opened using the push-in cutting line 28a, and an outlet is easily formed. can do.

The packaged article laminate 14A shown in FIG. 10B has a horizontally long rectangular shape extending along the longitudinal direction of the carton in the region between the pair of pushing cut lines 28a and 28b in the outlet region 25A. This is an example in which one attachment portion 13A is formed, and the information transmission slip 30A is attached in a non-superimposed manner with one pushing-in cutting line 28a (that is, so as not to hide the pushing-in cutting line 28a).

As described above, when the first attachment portion 13A is provided in the outlet region 25A on the top surface 21A of the packaged article 20A, the adhesive means does not necessarily need to be a weak adhesive means. That is, since the take-out area 25A is a portion that is cut off and discarded when opened, unlike the side of the sanitary paper-containing carton, the take-out area 25A is damaged when the information transfer slip 30A is peeled off, and the adhesive deteriorates with time. Even if the color changes, it is acceptable. Therefore, a normal adhesive means that is not weakly adhesive (referred to as “strong adhesive means” for convenience of explanation) may be used as the adhesive means, and may be firmly fixed.

Even when the strong adhesion means is used as the adhesion means as described above, as in the example shown in FIG. 10B using the weak adhesion means, the first attachment portion is located at the center of at least one pushing cut line in the outlet region. It is preferable that the information transmission slip is provided in the region on the side and is non-superimposedly attached to the one push-in cutting line. By comprising in this way, even if an information transmission tag and a to-be-packaged article are adhere | attached firmly, formation of an outlet is hardly prevented.

10B shows an example in which the second attachment portion 32A is formed on the back surface of the information transmission form 30A. However, even if the second attachment portion is formed using a sticker, a label, a seal, or the like in the same form. Good. For example, in the form shown in FIG. 10C, a label 27 is attached to the information transfer form 30A so as to protrude from the outer edge of the information transfer form 30A in the same form as FIG. 10B, and the label protrudes from the outer edge of the information transfer form 30A. 27 is an example in which the adhesive face 27 is used as the second attachment portion 32B, and the information transmission slip 30A is attached to the first attachment portion 13B of the packaged article laminate 14B.

As shown in FIG. 7, the packaged article laminate 14 with the information transmission slip is integrally packaged with a translucent resin film 40 to form the package 1. At this time, since it is possible to divert the packaging apparatus that has been used conventionally, no new capital investment is required, and the lead time during production is hardly increased. The translucent resin film 40 is fixed by winding all of the plurality of packaged articles 20 constituting the packaged article laminate 10, and not only protects the information transfer sheet 30 from contamination but also has translucency. Therefore, the internal information transfer slip 30 is covered in a state that is visible from the outside, and the consumer can read the contents described in the information display unit 31 when the product is displayed.

In this way, since the visibility is ensured, the information transmission form 30 that can stimulate the customer's willingness to purchase is not only a prize application postcard or a questionnaire card, but also a magnetic card, an IC card, A variety of information transmission means such as contact cards can be handled. Also, barcode information, QR code information and scratch printing as machine-readable information are provided on at least a part of the information display part, and at least a part of them is a discount ticket, voucher ticket, coupon ticket, preferential ticket, member It is also possible to promote consumers' willingness to purchase by using a certificate, entrance certificate, questionnaire, advertisement flyer, postcard, or sweepstakes application form.

FIG. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing a state in which the first attachment portion 13 of the packaged article laminate 10 and the second attachment portion 32 of the information transmission slip 30 are attached by the weak adhesive means 50. The weak adhesion means 50 refers to an adhesion means that does not have a re-adhesion force when applied and then does not destroy both surface materials coated with an adhesive. The weak adhesive means 50 fixes the information transmission slip 30 alone only until the article stack 10 to be packaged is wrapped with the translucent resin film 40 and the information transmission slip 30 is covered and fixed. It is sufficient if it has an adhesive force to be used, and a material that does not destroy the adherend even if peeled is used. However, even if the adhesive force of the weak adhesive means 50 is relatively strong, if the cohesive force inside the weak adhesive means 50 is sufficiently weak, the weak adhesive means 50 itself is destroyed at the time of peeling and the adherend is Since it will not be destroyed, it may be used in such a way that it is inconspicuous even if traces of the weak adhesive means 50 remain on the packaged article or the information transmission slip 30. In addition, the weak adhesive means 50 is preferably a colorless and transparent one that does not stand out even if it remains on the adhesive surface at the time of peeling, or a semi-transparent one.

Specific examples of the weak adhesive means 50 include an acrylic resin adhesive and the like in addition to a vinyl acetate resin adhesive having a solid concentration of 35 to 45%. More specifically, a trade name “MORESCOMELT LT-170” (manufactured by Matsumura Oil Research Co., Ltd.), which is a hot-melt adhesive for weak adhesive re-peeling, can be used.

In one embodiment of the packaging body of the present invention, the first attachment portion 13 and the second attachment portion 32 shown in FIG. 4 have a smooth surface, and can be peeled without damaging both surfaces. Further, at this time, by making the adhesive force between the smooth surface of the first attachment portion 13 and the weak adhesive means 50 larger than the adhesive force between the smooth surface of the second attachment portion 32 and the weak adhesive means 50, as shown in FIG. In this case, the weak adhesive means 50 is peeled off first from the information transmission form 30 when it is pulled and peeled while grasping one end of the information transmission form 30 that does not have the second attachment portion 32, so that it is prevented from adhering to the information transmission form 30 and remaining. be able to. At this time, since the trouble of removing the weak adhesive means 50 can be saved, the information transfer slip 30 can be used immediately after being peeled off, which is highly convenient. Moreover, the magnitude of the adhesive force between the first attachment portion 13 and the second attachment portion 32 can be reversed depending on the application.

As a specific example of the smooth surface, it is preferable to use coated paper or the like as a material constituting the first attachment portion 13 and the second attachment portion 32. The coated paper may be any paper commonly used by those skilled in the art. It is also possible to use a polyethylene laminate, a water-based resin coat, a film type or other release paper. Furthermore, when the information transmission form 30 is resinous such as an IC card or a magnetic card, it is possible to easily obtain a desired smooth surface.

In one embodiment of the package of the present invention, in addition to the first attachment portion 13 and the second attachment portion 32 having smooth surfaces that enhance the peelability of the weak adhesive means 50, in FIG. 4 shown in FIG. As shown in the enlarged view of region A, the surface roughness of the smooth surface of the first attachment portion 13 is different from the surface roughness of the smooth surface of the second attachment portion 32. This is preferable because it is generated.

As shown in FIG. 6, when the wettability of the weak adhesive means 50 is sufficiently high, the weak adhesive means 50 enters the fine irregularities on the smooth surface, and an anchoring effect appears to increase the adhesive force. . Further, when the wettability of the weak adhesive means 50 is low, a gap is generated between the fine irregularities on the smooth surface and the weak adhesive means, so that the anchoring effect does not appear, and the adhesive surface is reduced, so that the adhesive force is relatively low. Can be small. Thus, by selecting the kind of weak adhesion means 50 and the surface roughness of the first attachment part 13 and the second attachment part 32, the first adhesion part 13 and the second attachment part are removed when the weak adhesion means 50 is peeled off. It is possible to control which side of 32 remains.

In one embodiment of the package of the present invention, the first attachment portion 13 and the second attachment portion 32 are preferably different in flexibility. For example, when the wetting property of the weak adhesive means is sufficiently high and a throwing effect can be expected, and the flexibility of the second attachment portion 32 is higher than that of the first attachment portion 13 (easy to bend and high flexibility), FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, when the information transfer slip 30 is pulled and peeled while grasping one end of the information transfer slip 30 that does not have the second attachment portion 32, the weak adhesive means 50 is peeled off first from the information transfer slip 30 and is attached to the information transfer slip 30. It can be prevented from remaining. At this time, since the trouble of removing the weak adhesive means 50 can be saved, the information transfer slip 30 can be used immediately after being peeled off, which is highly convenient.

Further, when the information transfer form 30 is a resin card such as an IC card and the second attachment portion 32 is lower in flexibility than the first attachment portion 13 (it is difficult to bend and less flexible), the weak adhesive means 50 is used. Tends to remain on the second attachment portion 32 side. For this reason, when the wettability of the weak adhesive means 50 is sufficiently high and a throwing effect can be expected, the surface roughness of the smooth surface of the first attachment portion 13 is made larger than the surface roughness of the smooth surface of the second attachment portion 32, It is possible to prevent the adhesion force 51 between the first attachment portion 13 and the weak adhesion means 50 by making it stronger than the adhesion force 52 between the second attachment portion 32 and the weak adhesion means 50. On the contrary, when the wettability of the weak adhesive means 50 is low, the surface roughness of the smooth surface of the first attachment portion 13 is made smaller than the surface roughness of the smooth surface of the second attachment portion 32, so that the first attachment is similarly performed. It is possible to prevent the adhesive force 51 between the portion 13 and the weak adhesive means 50 by making it stronger than the adhesive force 52 between the second attachment portion 32 and the weak adhesive means 50.

As shown in FIG. 1, the top surface 41 and the bottom surface 42 of the package 1 of the present invention are sealed with caramel packaging. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 7, among the translucent resin films 40 extending to the top and bottom surfaces of the packaged article laminate 14 with the information transmission slip, the short side surface 24 shown by the packaged article 20 in FIG. 2. The portions extending from the side are folded toward the top surface and the bottom surface of the packaged article laminated body 14 with the information transmission slip, respectively. Similarly, the length of the translucent resin film 40 shown by the packaged article 20 in FIG. The part extended from the side surface 23 side is folded on it. As shown in FIG. 1, the portions folded toward the two opposing long side surfaces 23 are bonded to each other.

Caramel wrapping refers to a sealing form in which an extra length portion of a film is taken so as to protrude outward from the end face of a main body, and the extra length portion is folded in order and sealed, like a cigarette packaging bag. When the article to be packaged 20 is a box-like body such as a carton containing sanitary paper such as tissue paper, the characteristics are most utilized. That is, when the packaged article 20 is a flexible article, the packaged article 20 may be damaged by the pressure applied to the packaged article 20 during welding. If the packaged article 20 is a box-shaped body (substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape) having a strength higher than a predetermined level, there is no fear of breakage during packaging, and the packaged article 20 conforms to its shape by the translucent resin film 40. Can be covered perfectly.

About the material of the translucent resin film 40 which comprises the package 1 of this invention, what is necessary is just to have the translucency which the information transmission tag 30 can read. As a specific value representing the translucency of the translucent resin film 40, it is particularly preferable that the haze value measured in accordance with JISK7105 as a transparency index is in the range of 3 to 5%. The material of the translucent resin film 40 is not particularly limited as long as the information transfer sheet 30 has such translucency that can be read in this way, and is usually a resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene used for a packaging bag. Can be used. Among these, polyethylene is preferable in terms of stretchability and strength. The thickness of the film varies depending on the type and weight of the packaged article 20, but when the tissue carton is the packaged article 20, the film thickness is preferably 20 to 40 μm.

The package 1 of the present invention may be provided with a cut portion and a separating tape for opening the package 1 and taking out a tissue carton as an example of the packaged article 20. By providing such a cut portion and a separating tape, it is possible to take out the tissue cartons and the information transmission form 30 as the contents relatively easily and without requiring force. For example, two vertical perforations are provided on one side of the long side of the package 1 (the side with the long side 23 having a large area facing the short side 24 of the packaged article 20), and a knob is provided on the upper end of the cut part. Can be formed. At this time, this cut is provided at a position where the information transmission slip 30 can be easily taken out, so that the information transmission slip 30 can be taken out before using the product and used as a postcard application for the postponement when the information transmission slip 30 has a time limit such as a sweepstakes postcard. Is possible.

The package 1 of the present invention can be produced according to a conventionally known method for producing a package. For example, the manufacturing method of the package 1 shown in FIG. 1 will be described below by taking a carton containing sanitary paper such as tissue paper as an example of an article to be packaged. FIG. 8 is an explanatory view of the method for manufacturing the package of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 8, a plurality of articles to be packaged 20 that are continuously conveyed at a high speed on the conveyance path of the aligning device 61 having the conveyance path are overlapped by a support unit 62, three in the figure. Are arranged to constitute a packaged article laminate 10 having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape (alignment step). Next, in the sticking device 63, one surface of the packaged article laminate 10 (first attachment portion 13 in FIG. 3) and the attachment portion of the information transmission slip 30 having the information display portion 31 (second attachment portion in FIG. 3). 32) is pasted using a weak adhesive means that can be peeled off (pasting step). Next, as shown in FIG. 7, in the packaging device 64, the packaged article laminated body 14 with the information transmission slip is wound around with the translucent resin film 40 so as to cover at least the entire surface of the information transmission slip 30, thereby translucent. The overlapping edges of the resin film 40 are bonded to form a body bonding portion, and the top surface 41 and the bottom surface 42 of the package body 1 are covered and fixed in a bag shape by caramel packaging to obtain the package body 1 (film) Packaging process).

Moreover, the handle 43 at the time of conveyance can also be formed in the top | upper surface 41 of the package 1 of this invention as shown in FIG. In addition, for the adhesion of the translucent resin film 40 at the time of manufacturing the package 1 of the present invention, for example, a conventionally known method such as heat sealing, ultrasonic welding, or adhesion using an adhesive can be used. Since it can be simply and reliably bonded, it is preferable to weld by heat sealing. As the welding conditions in the heat seal, the top surface 41 and the bottom surface 42 are sealed and the handle 43 is formed on the top surface 41 at 180 to 210 ° C. for 1 second, and the body adhesion portion is formed by 180 to 220. It is preferable to heat at about 3 seconds for about 3 seconds.

The process of attaching the information transfer slip will be described more specifically. For example, it can be implemented by an apparatus 70 as shown in FIG. A device 70 shown in FIG. 11 is a device for attaching an information transmission slip by a sticker, a sticker, a label or the like.

In this device 70, the label 76 supplied from the labeler 74 is suction-fixed to the arm tip of the rotary sticking unit 78 from the non-adhesive surface side. At the same time, the information transmission slip 72 in a laminated state is gradually pushed out, and a part of the information transmission slip 72 is pressed against the adhesive surface of the label 76 sucked and fixed to the arm tip of the rotary sticking unit 78. A part of the adhesive surface is attached to a part of the information transmission form 72.

Next, the rotary sticking unit 78 is driven to rotate its arm, so that the information transmission slip 72 to which the label 76 is attached is opposed to the top surface of the packaged article laminate 82 in which a plurality of packaged articles 80 are laminated. Feed position. Further, the top surface of the packaged article laminate 82 is pressed against the portion of the adhesive surface of the label 76 that protrudes from the information transfer slip 72 by the conveying operation of the packaged article laminate 82. As a result, the information transmission slip 72 is attached to the top surface of the packaged article laminate 82 via the label 76. At this time, the packaged article laminate 84 to which the information transmission slip 72 is next attached is held by the stopper 86. After the information transfer slip 72 is attached to the preceding packaged article laminate 82, the suction state of the label 76 at the arm tip of the rotary sticking unit 78 is released. As a result, the packaged article laminate 88 to which the information transmission slip 72 is attached is provided to the packaging process.

Moreover, you may implement by an apparatus as shown in FIG. An apparatus 110 shown in FIG. 12 is an apparatus for attaching an information transfer slip on which a weak adhesive is previously applied.

In this apparatus 110, the long information transmission form 112 is gradually supplied from an information transmission form roll 114 formed by winding a long information transmission form 112, which has been previously coated with a weak adhesive, on the surface. . The supplied long information transmission form 112 is cut out as an information transmission form 118 of a predetermined size by the cutter 116. The information transmission slip 118 is held by a stopper 120, is supplied to the rotary sticking unit 122 at a predetermined timing, and is sucked and fixed to the arm tip portion of the rotary sticking unit 122 from the adhesive non-coated surface side.

Next, the rotary sticking unit 122 is driven to rotate the arm, whereby the information transmission slip 118 having the adhesive coated on the surface thereof is placed on the top surface of the packaged article stack 126 in which a plurality of articles to be packaged 124 are laminated. Supply to the opposite position. Further, the top surface of the packaged article stack 126 is pressed against the adhesive-coated surface of the information transfer slip 118 by the conveying operation of the packaged article stack 126 to place the information transfer slip 118 on the packaged article stack 126. Attach to the top. At this time, the packaged article laminate 128 to which the information transmission slip 118 is attached next is held by the stopper 130. After the information transfer slip 118 is attached to the preceding packaged article laminate 126, the suction state of the information transfer slip 118 at the arm tip of the rotary sticking unit 122 is released. As a result, the packaged article laminate 132 to which the information transmission slip 118 is attached is provided to the packaging process.

According to the packaging body of the present invention, an information transmission sheet serving as an information transmission medium is packaged on one surface of a packaged article laminate formed by laminating a plurality of substantially rectangular parallelepiped packaged articles from the outside. This information communication form can provide consumers with a willingness to purchase and has an interactive advertising effect, can be widely distributed in the market, etc. The industrial applicability is remarkable because the increase in the man-hour is suppressed and the production is continuously and rapidly performed with almost no loss of production lead time.
