Abstract

【課題】 強風や狭い駐車場で車の横開きドアは、横へぶつけやすく乗り降りするのに不便であった。また、子供がドアを開け、ぶつける心配があった。
ドアを開けたときドアが固定される、角度調整機能付きヒンジを提供する
【解決手段】 ピラー側ヒンジに何種類かの角度止め又は穴などを自由に角度を設定できるように角度調整機能を取り付けたピラー側角度調整ヒンジ
ドア側ヒンジに角度調整ストッパー等を取り付けたドア側角度調整ヒンジ
ピラー側角度調整ヒンジにドア側角度調整ヒンジがかみ合い固定する
ドアを開けるときに横の車との幅を合わせた角度を設定しドアを開ければ、ピラー側角度調整ヒンジにドア側角度調整ヒンジがかみ合いドアが固定されドアをぶつける心配がなくなる

Description

この発明は車のドアを開く角度を自由に設定し、ドアを横へぶつけるのを防ぐ、角度調整機能付きヒンジに関するものである。
従来の車の横開きドアは乗り降り又は荷物を乗せやすいように開くことが中心だった。
従来の車の横開きドアは強風や狭い駐車場でドアを横へぶつけやすく、車の乗り降りするのに不便であった。また、子供がドアを開けぶつける心配があった。
本発明は以上のような欠点をなくすためになされたものである。
 課題が解決するための手段
上記目的を達成するためピラー側ヒンジに何種類かの角度止め又は穴等を自由に動き設定できるように取り付けた、ピラー側角度調整ヒンジ
ドア側ヒンジに角度調整するストッパー等を取り付けたドア側角度調整ヒンジ
ピラー側角度調整ヒンジにドア側角度調整ヒンジがかみ合い固定する
ドアを開けるとき横の車との幅に合わせた角度を設定しドアを開ければ、ピラー側角度調整ヒンジにドア側角度調整ヒンジがかみ合いドアが固定される
本発明は以上の構造によりなる角度調整機能付きヒンジである
発明の効果
ピラー側角度調整ヒンジにドア側角度調整ヒンジがかみ合いドアが固定する
ドアの開く角度が設定できるので強風や狭い駐車場でドアの角度を設定して開ければドアが固定して横へぶつけない
ピラー側ヒンジとドア側ヒンジがかみ合いドアを固定させるには、ピラー側ヒンジに角度調整できるように何種類かの角度止め又は穴等自由に動き設定できるように取り付けたピラー側角度調整ヒンジ
ドア側ヒンジに角度調整ストッパー等を取り付けたドア側角度調整ヒンジ
ピラー側角度調整ヒンジにドア側角度調整ヒンジがかみ合う事でドアが固定され、横へぶつけるのを防ぐ。又、角度調整ストッパーなどはドアなどに直接付けても良い
これを使用する時は車から降りる前に横の車との幅に合わせて角度設定してからドアを開ければドアが固定され横へぶつけない
図以外にも、ピラー側ヒンジ、ドア側ヒンジ、角度調整、角度調整ストッパー等の形、又は取り付け方は他にも考えられる。

  1. 角度調整機能付きヒンジにおいて、ピラー側ヒンジに角度調整機能ができるように、何種類かの角度止め又は、穴など取り付け自由に角度を設定する事を特徴とする、ピラー側角度調整機能付きヒンジ
  2. 角度調整機能付きヒンジにおいて、ドア側ヒンジに角度調整ストッパー等を取り付けたドア側角度調整ヒンジが、ピラー側角度調整機能付きヒンジの角度設定した所へ、かみ合い固定されることを特徴とする、ドア側角度調整機能付きヒンジ
  3. ピラー側角度調整機能付きヒンジに、ドア側角度調整機能付きヒンジがかみ合い、ドアが固定されることを特徴とする、角度調整機能付きドア
