Abstract
【解決手段】電気装置1は、電磁波を遮断する筐体30と、電磁波を遮断する箱体20と、対象物40を制御する制御ユニット10とを備える。制御ユニット10は箱体20内に配置されている。箱体20には、箱体20の内外を連通する中空の筒部材21が立設されている。電気装置1はさらに、制御ユニット10と対象物40とを接続する絶縁材料製の信号線51と、筐体30外に配置された電源91と制御ユニット10とを接続する配線60とを備える。信号線51は、筒部材21の内部を貫通して配置されている。配線60は、筐体30に取り付けられたフィルタ71と箱体20に取り付けられたフィルタ72とを経由して配置されている。

Claims (3)
- 電磁波を遮断する筐体と、
前記筐体内に配置されており、電磁波を遮断する箱体と、
前記箱体内に配置されており、前記筐体内に配置されている対象物を制御する制御ユニットとを備え、
前記箱体には、前記箱体の内外を連通する中空の筒部材が立設されており、さらに、
前記制御ユニットと前記対象物とを接続する絶縁材料製の信号線と、
前記筐体外に配置された電源と前記制御ユニットとを接続する配線とを備え、
前記信号線は、前記筒部材の内部を貫通して配置されており、
前記配線は、前記筐体に取り付けられた第一フィルタと前記箱体に取り付けられた第二フィルタとを経由して配置されている、電気装置。 - 前記制御ユニットと前記対象物とを接続し、前記対象物を作動させるための作動流体が流通する絶縁材料製の管部を備え、
前記管部は、前記筒部材の内部を貫通して配置されている、請求項1に記載の電気装置。 - 前記筐体外に配置されている電気機器と前記制御ユニットとを接続する、絶縁材料製の他の信号線を備え、
前記筐体には、前記筐体の内外を連通する中空の他の筒部材が立設されており、
前記他の信号線は、前記筒部材および前記他の筒部材の内部を貫通して配置されている、請求項1または2に記載の電気装置。
