つ所要の架空電線40に絶縁カバ−31bをアプロ−チせしめ、カバ−部材32内の絶縁
シ−ル材36を架空電線40の所要個所に外嵌状に当てがうと共に、フック39をリング
30に引掛けつつ絶縁操作棒38でもって作動棒29を下方に作動せしめ、これに連動し
て可動把持片17を下方に回動して閉作動せしめる。そして、図12に示すように、係合
片34を対応する係合孔35に係合せしめて水密状に係着掛止せしめることにより取付け
るものである。

回転作動せしめて固定把持片1内に出没せしめ、固定把持片1内の把持径を自由に調整せ
しめることが出来るものであるから、径の異なる大小の絶縁カバ−31a・31bを確実
に把持せしめることが出来るのみならず、絶縁カバ−31a・31bの外周面を可動把持
片17内面の凹凸面部27に当接係止せしめることが出来るものであるから、絶縁カバ−
31a・31bを確実に把持せしめることが出来、また、インデックスプランジャ22に
より可動把持片17の開き角度を絶縁カバ−31a・31bの径に応じて自由に調整せし
めることが出来るものであって、ひいては、径の異なる大小の絶縁カバ−31a・31b
を確実に把持せしめつつ取付け作業を行うことが出来るものである。さらに、滑り止めシ
−ト13により絶縁カバ−31a・31bの滑りを有効に防止せしめることが出来るもの
であって、ひいては、絶縁カバ−31a・31bを確実に把持せしめつつ取付け作業を行
うことが出来るものである。
