Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle seat mounted on a vehicle such as an automobile.
A vehicle seat generally includes a seat cushion, a seat back standing at the rear portion of the seat cushion, and a headrest attached to an upper portion of the seat back. Conventionally, the headrest is, for example, a pair of stays extending downward and attached to the seat back, an annular frame body provided on the upper part of the stay, and a mass body supported by the frame body via a spring at the center of the frame body. (See Patent Document 1). Accordingly, when the seat resonates with the vibration of the vehicle body and vibrates in the left-right direction when the vehicle travels, the mass body can vibrate in the left-right direction with respect to the frame main body to attenuate the vibration of the seat. Thereby, the riding comfort of the seat can be improved.
However, there is a desire to reduce the weight of the seat. Then, this invention makes it a subject to provide the vehicle seat which can attenuate the vibration of a seat with a lightweight mass body.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is a vehicle seat having a configuration as described in each claim. According to the first aspect of the invention, the headrest is attached to the frame main body, the stay extending from the frame main body and attached to the bracket of the seat back, and the frame rest on the upper portion of the frame main body located near the upper portion of the headrest. It has a mass body. When the seat back vibrates, the headrest can swing with respect to the seat back due to the gap between the stay and the bracket together with the mass body.
Therefore, when the seat back vibrates, the headrest can swing with respect to the seat back together with the mass body. Thereby, the vibration of the seat back can be attenuated. Further, when the seat back vibrates, the seat back vibrates around an attachment portion (anchor etc.) between the vehicle main body and the seat. On the other hand, the mass body is located near the top of the headrest. Therefore, the mass body is farther from the attachment portion than in the case where it is provided at the center of the headrest, and a large torque is likely to be generated in the seat back. Therefore, even if the mass body is light, a predetermined vibration damping effect can be obtained. Thus, the weight of the seat can be reduced. The mass body is attached to the frame body of the headrest so as not to move. Therefore, the mass body can be easily attached to the frame body as compared with the conventional structure in which the mass body is attached to the frame body so as to be able to vibrate.
According to the invention described in
Therefore, since the mass body is welded to the frame body, the mass body can be attached with fewer parts than when the mass body is attached to the frame body with bolts or the like. The hanging portion of the mass body extends sideways and downward while being curved. Therefore, the force when the headrest receives a force from the side can be dispersed vertically by the hanging part. Thus, the mass body is hardly recognized as a foreign object from the outside of the headrest.
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIG. 1, the vehicle seat 1 is a seat mounted on a vehicle such as an automobile, and includes a seat cushion 4, a
As shown in FIG. 1, the seat back 2, the headrest 3, and the seat cushion 4 have
A pair of
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the headrest 3 has a
The stay 3a2 extends downward from the first vertical frame portion 3a4 as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, and is inserted into the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the
The vehicle vibrates due to unevenness on the road surface when traveling, and the vehicle body vibrates. The vibration of the vehicle main body is transmitted to the seat 1, and the seat back 2 vibrates around an attachment portion (anchor) with the vehicle main body. On the other hand, the headrest 3 can apply a force in a direction not to vibrate to the seat back 2 by using the
As described above, the headrest 3 has the frame body 3a1, the stay 3a2, and the
Therefore, when the seat back 2 vibrates, the headrest 3 can swing with respect to the seat back 2 together with the
The frame body 3a1 has vertical frame portions 3a4 and 3a5 and a frame upper portion 3a3 as shown in FIG. The
Therefore, since the
