Description

The present invention relates to a spacer used in an attachment structure when an attachment member such as an outer wall surface material is attached via a heat insulating material.

For example, in an external thermal insulation ventilation method building, when attaching an outer wall material such as ceramics or a body edge to a base such as a panel frame via a foamed resin heat insulating material or an inorganic fiber heat insulating material, If the body edge is attached to the base with screws as it is, it is difficult to form a firm mounting state due to the flexibility of the heat insulating material. It is done to prevent the sinking.

Spacers have also been proposed that have the function of fixing and supporting heat insulating materials made of foamed resin heat insulating materials and inorganic fiber-based heat insulating materials. However, many spacers are mainly focused on supporting and fixing heat insulating materials and are sufficient for compression. The effect is not obtained. Further, the spacer is in a form of supporting at one point, and is not only weak in compressive strength, but also when compressed from an oblique direction, the spacer falls down, and the function of the spacer cannot be performed sufficiently.

In view of the above-described problems, the present invention compresses the thickness of a heat insulating material through a heat insulating material such as a foamed resin heat insulating material or an inorganic fiber heat insulating material for an attachment member such as an outer wall surface material or a trunk edge. It is an object of the present invention to provide a spacer that can be securely and easily attached to a base without any problems.

The above-mentioned problem is that a heat insulating material of foamed resin type or fiber type is interposed between the mounting member and the base for mounting, and the mounting member is fixed to the base via the heat insulating material with a fastener. A spacer for holding a space between the mounting member and the substrate against the fastening of the fastener, which is used in the mounting structure of the mounting member via
It consists of a piece-like base plate part having a hole through which the fastener passes, and a leg part that protrudes from the base plate part and is inserted into a heat insulating material to maintain a distance between the mounting member and the base,
The problem is solved by a spacer having at least three legs, and the legs are arranged concentrically at equal intervals around the hole provided in the base plate.

The spacer includes a base plate portion having a hole through which the fastener passes, and a leg portion that protrudes from the base plate portion and is inserted into a heat insulating material to maintain a distance between the mounting member and the base, and the leg portion includes at least three legs. Since it has, a leg part bites into a heat insulating material with sufficient stability, and the compression of a heat insulating material by fixation of an attachment member can be prevented, without a spacer falling down.

In addition, at least three legs or more are arranged concentrically around the hole provided in the base plate part at equal intervals, so that the spacer does not fall down regardless of the force applied from any angle. It is possible to prevent compression of the heat insulating material by fixing the attachment member with good feeling.

Furthermore, since the spacer is in the form of a piece consisting of a base plate portion and a leg portion, the spacer can be handled easily and efficiently, and can be attached to the heat insulating material.

In the above spacer, the leg portion may be provided with a hook portion that prevents the heat insulating material from being detached while allowing the heat insulating material to be inserted.

In this case, the spacer with the legs inserted into the heat insulating material does not fall out of the heat insulating material, so that the spacer can be preset to the heat insulating material. It is possible to efficiently join the mounting member and the mounting base via the.

Further, in the spacer, the leg portion may be formed in a plate shape, and the tip portion of the plate may have a tapered shape in which the plate thickness is reduced toward the tip side.

In this case, when the heat insulating material is cut and inserted into the leg portion, or the leg portion is pierced into the heat insulating material, they can be easily performed.

In the spacer, the plate-like leg portion may be arranged so that the width direction of the plate is directed in a radiation direction centered on a hole provided in the base plate portion.

Since the plate-like leg portions are arranged in the radiation direction centering on the hole through which the screw tool provided in the base plate portion passes in the width direction of the plate, at least three legs or more are attached to the base plate portion. The base plate part is reinforced radially around the hole that penetrates the screw tool, coupled with the concentric circles that are arranged at equal intervals around the provided hole. It is possible to prevent the spacer from being deformed by tightening the screw tool when the spacer is fixed to the base via the heat insulating material after being inserted into the spacer.

Further, in the spacer, the hook portion of the leg portion may have a hook shape protruding from the leg portion toward the radiation direction centering on the hole provided in the base plate portion.

A position where the distance between the tip portions of the plurality of leg portions is the farthest away because the hook portion which is the hook portion protrudes in the radial direction around the hole provided in the base plate portion of the plate-like leg portion And since the hook part which is a hook part bites into a heat insulating material, it can bite in firmly, without being influenced by other hook parts in each leg part.

Since the present invention is as described above, the attachment member such as the outer wall surface material and the trunk edge can be firmly and easily attached to the base via the heat insulating material made of foamed resin heat insulating material or inorganic fiber heat insulating material. Possible spacers can be provided.

Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

The spacer 1 of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 is provided with a base plate portion 2 of a plate having a circular cross section and a leg portion 3 on one surface of the base plate portion 2. The leg portions 3 are arranged at equal intervals in a concentric circle centered on a hole 4 provided in the center of the base plate portion 2, and the width direction of the leg portion 3 is parallel to the radiation direction centering on the hole 4. Are arranged as follows. In the present embodiment, the four leg portions 3 adjacent to each other are arranged at equal intervals concentrically with the hole 4 as the center by varying the angle by 90 degrees.

The leg portion 3 is continuous with the base plate portion 2 and is inserted into a heat insulating material to maintain a space between the mounting material and the base, and a tip portion on the opposite side to the side connecting the base plate portion 2 of the main body portion 3a. The spacer 1 includes a hook portion 3b that extends from the side to the side and prevents the spacer 1 from coming off from the heat insulating material. The hook portion 3b is provided on the side protruding from the main body portion 3b of the leg portion 3 toward the radiation direction side of the base plate 2b.

The tip 3c extending over the main body 3a and the hook 3b of the plate-like leg 3 has a taper shape in which the plate thickness is reduced toward the tip.

Since the hole 4 provided in the base plate portion 2 fixes the spacer with screws, the screw head is prevented from penetrating while allowing the screw shaft portion to penetrate, so that the screw head does not remain in the base plate 2. A storage portion 4a for embedding the head is provided. In addition, the ridge part 5 which connects between the accommodating part 4a and the leg part 3 is a rib which reinforces the plane rigidity of the baseplate part 2. FIG.

This piece-shaped spacer is made of resin and is formed by integral molding.

In the attachment structure of the attachment member via the heat insulating material shown in FIG. 2, the spacer 1 is attached as follows.

In the mounting structure of the mounting member through the heat insulating material, 11 is a heat insulating material, 12 is a moisture permeable waterproof sheet, 13 is a load-bearing plywood, 14 is a base material, and 15 is a trunk material which is a mounting member.

After the heat insulating material 11 is arranged on the load-bearing plywood 13 through the moisture permeation preventing sheet 12, the spacer 1 is fixed at a position where the trunk edge material 15 is attached. The spacer is fixed by inserting it into the heat insulating material from the front side of the heat insulating material 11, and fixing the spacer to the load-bearing plywood 13 and the base material 14 with the screws 16 inserted through the holes 4 of the spacer 1. Since the spacer is in the form of a piece, it can be attached while being inserted into the heat insulating material with good handling. The height of the leg 3 of the spacer 1 is set according to the thickness of the heat insulating material 11.

After the spacer 1 is fixed, the trunk edge material 15 is arranged on the upper side where the spacer is arranged, and is fixed to the strength plywood 13 and the base material 14 via the heat insulating material 11 from above the trunk edge material.

The spacer 1 includes a piece-like base plate portion 2 having a hole through which a screw tool passes, and a leg portion 3 that protrudes from the base plate portion 2 and is inserted into the heat insulating material 11 to maintain a distance between the mounting member and the base. Since four legs are provided at equal intervals around the hole 4 provided in the center of the base plate part 2 at regular intervals, the leg part 3 bites into the heat insulating material 11 with good stability and the spacer 1 falls sideways. In addition, compression of the heat insulating material 11 due to fixing of the attachment member can be prevented.

In addition, since the four leg portions 3 are arranged at equal intervals on a concentric circle around the hole provided in the base plate portion 2, the spacer 1 does not fall down regardless of the angle from which the force is applied. It is possible to prevent the heat insulating material 11 from being compressed by fixing the mounting member with a stable feeling.

Furthermore, since the spacer 1 is in the form of a piece comprising the base plate portion 2 and the leg portion 3, the spacer 1 can be handled easily and efficiently and can be attached to the heat insulating material 11.

Further, since the leg portion 3 of the spacer 1 is provided with the hook portion 3b that prevents the heat insulating material 11 from being inserted while allowing the heat insulating material 11 to be inserted, the leg portion 3 is inserted into the heat insulating material 11. The spacer 1 is not dropped from the heat insulating material 11, and the spacer 1 can be preset to the heat insulating material 11. By pre-setting, the mounting member and the mounting base through the heat insulating material 11 can be obtained. Can be efficiently performed. In particular, the hook 3b of the leg 3 has a hook-like shape protruding from the leg 3 toward the radial direction centering on the hole 4 provided in the base plate part 2, so that the tip of the plurality of leg parts is Since the hook part which is the hook part 3b bites into the heat insulating material 11 at the position where each interval is farthest away, each leg part 3 can bite in tightly without being influenced by other hook parts. it can.

Further, the leg portion 3 of the spacer 1 has a plate shape, and the tip portion of the plate has a tapered shape in which the plate thickness is reduced toward the tip side. 3 or when the leg 3 is pierced into the heat insulating material 11, they can be easily performed.

In addition, since the plate-like leg portion 3 of the spacer 1 is arranged with the width direction of the plate directed in the radiation direction around the hole 4 through which the screw tool provided in the base plate portion 2 passes, Coupled with the fact that the legs 3 are arranged concentrically around the hole 4 provided in the base plate part 2 at the same center, the base plate part 2 reinforces radially around the hole 4 through which the screw is passed. Therefore, when the screw tool is inserted into the hole 4 of the base plate portion 2 and the spacer 1 is fixed to the base via the heat insulating material, the spacer 1 can be prevented from being deformed by tightening the screw tool.

Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to this, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. For example, in the above embodiment, the case where it is a resin-made integral molded product is shown, but it is not necessary to be made of resin, it may be a hardware made of a steel plate, and the spacer needs to be a monolithic product. Instead, it may be composed of a plurality of parts. Further, there is no particular limitation on the shape, and it is only necessary to maintain a gap between the mounting member and the base against the tightening of the screw tool.
