Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a method for knitting a knitted fabric having a network structure by connecting stitches extending from a starting point without requiring a base knitted fabric for fixing the starting point of a crossover yarn, and the knitted fabric.

The knitted fabric shown in Document 1 has a base knitted fabric that fixes the starting point of the crossover yarn, and the knitted fabric and a plurality of diagonally extending knitting yarns overlap. On the base knitted fabric, a plurality of diagonally extending knitting yarns can intersect to represent a network structure as a pattern, but it is difficult to use as a network structure without a base knitted fabric. In addition, since the intersecting portions of the knitting yarns overlap each other and are not fixed, the intersecting portions also move when the knitted fabric moves.
In the present invention, without requiring a base knitted fabric for fixing the starting point of the stitch that becomes the transition yarn, the stitches that become the transition yarn are fixed by providing the starting point, and a network structure is formed by joining a plurality of stitches extending from the starting point. It is an object to provide a knitting method and a knitted fabric having knitted fabric.

The knitting method of the present invention uses a flat knitting machine having a pair of front and back needle beds and capable of transferring and racking the stitches between the front and back needle beds, and forming a network structure formed by connecting stitches extending from the starting point. A knitting method of a knitted fabric having,
Forming a starting stitch in units of two stitches;
In the reciprocating knitting yarn that passes through the starting point a plurality of times, a step of tucking and passing through one stitch that is the starting point in the outward path, and providing a hook on each empty needle before and after the traveling direction of the stitch that performs the tacking; and
Knitting the other stitch that is the starting point on the return path, and providing a hook or stitch at least in front of the direction of travel of the stitch;
Knitting the one stitch that has become a tuck in the second outbound path, and providing a stitch on the empty needle at least in front of the direction of travel of the stitch;
Removing a part of the stitch or hook formed in the reciprocating knitting from the knitting needle;
The method includes a step of transferring to a knitting needle as a next starting point in the opposite direction so as to intersect one and the other stitches.

The knitted fabric of the present invention has a pair of front and back needle beds, uses a flat knitting machine capable of transferring and racking the stitches between the front and rear needle beds, and has a network structure by stitches extending from the starting point. A knitted fabric,
The starting stitch is formed in units of two stitches, and the stitches spanned from the stitches become the next starting point in units of two stitches, and the transition yarn as one of the vertical, horizontal, and diagonal stitches spanning between the starting points A network is formed.

According to the knitting method of the knitted fabric having the network structure by the stitch connection extending from the starting point of the present invention, the network is formed by the continuous knitting yarn connection supplied from one yarn feeder without preparing the base knitted fabric. A structure can be formed, and stitches extending from the starting point intersect so that a hole is not opened between stitches at adjacent starting points, and when the knitted fabric is stretched, the stitches are firmly fixed.

Furthermore, according to the knitted fabric having a network structure by stitches extending from the starting point of the present invention, the stitches that are the starting points are formed in units of two stitches, and the stitches spanned between the starting points are vertically, horizontally, Transition yarns extending in an oblique direction can be formed, and a variety of network texture variations can be obtained.

It is a figure which shows roughly the knitted fabric which has a network as an Example of this invention. It is a figure which shows roughly the knitting direction at the time of knitting with the flat knitting machine of the Example of this invention. It is a knitting image figure which shows roughly the procedure of forming the knitted fabric which has a network as an Example of this invention. It is a figure which shows roughly the knitted fabric which has a network as a modification of this invention.

Next, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In this embodiment, in a two-bed flat knitting machine in which at least one of the front and back needle beds facing each other can be racked left and right and the stitches can be transferred between the front and back needle beds, a network structure as shown in FIG. An example of knitting a knitted fabric having knives will be described.

The knitted fabric 10 having the network structure shown in FIG. 1 has a knitting yarn crossing in an oblique direction with respect to the course direction from the stitches that are the starting points in units of two stitches, and the tip of the knitting yarn is connected as the next starting point, A network is formed by a set of parallelogram basic patterns. Reference numerals 1, 2, and 3 shown in the figure indicate starting lines in the course direction in which stitches serving as starting points are arranged. In this embodiment, a single knitted fabric is formed, and a network is knitted between the lower knitted fabric portion 4a and the upper knitted fabric portion 4b. The knitting direction of the knitted fabric is indicated by an arrow on the right side. The apex portion of each parallelogram is the starting point in units of two stitches, and the knitting yarn spanned from the starting point line 1 is supplied from one yarn feeder, and in the state of a large stitch, The knitting needle at the position of the starting point line 2 is locked. In this case, it can be said that the starting point of the starting point line 1 is shifted in the course direction and moved to the next starting point of the starting point line 2.

Further, the knitting yarn passed from the new starting point moved to the next starting point of the starting point line 2 is similarly supplied from one yarn feeder and is locked to the knitting needle at the position of the starting point line 3 serving as the next starting point. . Also in this case, the starting point of the starting line 2 is shifted and moved to the next starting point of the starting line 3, but the shifted direction is reversed to return to the starting point of the starting line 1, and the starting line 1 and the starting line 3 is completed as a basic pattern. In order to correlate the relationship between the knitting needle shown in FIG. 3, which will be described later, and the transition yarn, ab on the drawing indicates the knitting needles a and b shown in FIG. 3, fg indicates the knitting needles f and g, kl indicates the knitting needles k and l, and pq indicates the knitting needle p. , Q, uv indicates the knitting needles u, v, and zaa indicates the knitting needles z, aa.

FIG. 2 schematically shows the movement of the yarn feeder from one side to the other (from the other side) in one knitting course. In FIG. 2A, the starting point of the starting line 1 shown in FIG. The movement of the yarn feeder when moving to the next starting point of the starting point line 2 is shown. L, R + numerals shown in the figure indicate the positions of the knitting needles to which the stitches as starting points are locked, and L1, L2, and L3 indicate the starting points of the knitting needles p and q shown in the starting line 1 in FIG. , L13 indicate the starting points of the knitting needles f, g, and L21, L22, L23 indicate the starting points on the left side of fg, although not shown. Similarly in FIG. 2B, R + numbers indicate the knitting needles of the next starting point shifted on the starting point line 2. Here, 1.5 round trips are repeated for each starting point, and the line indicating the parallelogram in FIG. 1 is represented by one, but in the knitted fabric, the transition extending from the starting point is performed. There are three threads. In the next knitting course, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), 1.5 reciprocations are repeated from the other side to the other side, and the process returns to the starting side.

FIG. 3 is a knitting image diagram schematically showing a procedure for forming the knitted fabric 10 having a network structure, and also shows an outline of the transition yarn. The starting lines of reference numerals 1, 2 and 3 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 are also shown in S7. Here, the positions of some knitting needles on the front needle bed are indicated by using az, aa, and the black dots indicate the knitting needles. The V-shaped part that is connected to the crossover thread and surrounds the black dot indicates the hook or tack, the loop diagram that surrounds the black dot is the stitch that is locked, and the loop diagram that continues from the loop diagram that surrounds the black dot is the newly formed stitch The arrows indicate the movement of the stitches. Transfer is performed by racking and empty needles on the rear needle bed (not shown). Here, for the sake of explanation, the number of knitting needles is displayed smaller than the actual number. Moreover, in each process of S1 to S7 shown in time series, the part from the starting line 1 to the starting line 2 connected to the lower knitted fabric part 4a on the lower side of the drawing in FIG. 1 is shown.

S1 shows a state in which the stitches are locked to the knitting needles f, g, p, q, z, and aa on the front needle bed. After the formation of the lower knitted fabric portion 4a, the stitches that become the starting point of the network structure are left, and the other stitches are processed with a bind off and removed from the knitting needles.

In S2, with the movement of the yarn feeder, a stitch is formed from the newly formed stitch on the knitting needle aa with the knitting needle v, a tack is formed on the stitch locked to the knitting needle q, and a stitch is formed on the knitting needle m. L1 (outward path) shown in FIG. As will be described later in S4, although there are two hooks formed on the empty needle, their roles are different, and the hook of the knitting needle v remains without being removed as a point for passing the knitting yarn and is locked to the knitting needle m. The hook is then removed from the knitting needle for the purpose of extending the yarn length by folding back. S3 is L2 (return path) shown in FIG. 2A, which is folded back by the knitting needle m, a new stitch is formed by the knitting needle p that locks the starting stitch, and a hook is formed by the knitting needle t. This hook which becomes the turning point is then removed from the knitting needle for the purpose of extending the yarn length.

In S4, the yarn feeder is folded back with the knitting needle t, a new stitch is formed with the knitting needle q, and a hook is formed with the knitting needle l. The second outward path is L3 (outward path) shown in FIG. As a knitting of L11 (outward path) following L3, a tack stitch is formed on the knitting needle g, and a hook is formed on the knitting needle c.
The hook of the knitting needle l remains without being removed as a point for passing the knitting yarn. As a result, the first knitting needle q as the knitted fabric is passed through the knitting needle f at the next second starting point (vertex) from the stitch of the knitting needle q as the first starting point in the form of Λ. In S4, a knitting yarn is not applied to the knitting needle f, but a new stitch is formed on the knitting needle f and is passed through the knitting needle l by S6 described later.

S5 shows a state in which L12 (return path) and L13 (forward path) shown in FIG.
The knitting needle c is folded back, a new stitch is formed with the knitting needle f that locks the starting stitch, and the hook is formed with the knitting needle j. Subsequently, it is turned back and a new stitch is formed with the knitting needle g that locks the starting stitch, and the hook is formed with the knitting needle b. S6 removes from the knitting needle the stitches locked to the knitting needle c, the knitting needle j, the knitting needle m, and the knitting needle t, and the stitches locked to the knitting needle k and the stitches locked to the knitting needle p. Are transferred to the knitting needle u, the stitches locked to the knitting needle g are transferred to the knitting needle b, and the stitches locked to the knitting needle q are transferred to the knitting needle l. The stitches that are the adjacent starting points are directed in opposite directions, and a network structure can be formed without causing the stitches that are the starting points to be pulled to the left and right by the crossing of the knitting yarns to open holes. In the embodiment, the stitches that are locked to the knitting needle f and the knitting needle p are transferred first, but the stitches that are locked to the knitting needle g and the knitting needle q may be transferred first. Although the crossover of the transition yarns is reversed, the appearance is almost the same.

S7 shows the state of the transfer yarn (stitch) after the transfer, but each of the transfer yarns having apexes of the knitting needle c and the knitting needle j shown in S5 and the hooks locked to the knitting needle m and the knitting needle t. Are absorbed along with the movement of the stitches locked to the knitting needles f and g, and the knitting needles p and q,
A stitch that is locked to the knitting needle b from the stitch of the knitting needle g, a transition yarn that is locked to the knitting needle k from the stitch of the knitting needle f, and a stitch of the knitting needle q that is locked to the knitting needle l from the stitch. The stitch is changed to a stitch that is locked to the knitting needle u from the stitch of the knitting needle p and the stitch of the knitting needle p as a starting point, and is connected as a stitch that becomes the next starting point.

S8 is a schematic view showing a state in which the knitted fabric is expanded after knitting from S1 to S7, and the position of the stitch that becomes the new starting point indicated by the starting point line 2 is shifted from the starting point line 1, so that the diagonal transition is performed. A state in which a yarn (stitch) is formed is shown. The stitch of the stitch unit indicated by the starting point line 2 has the position as a new starting point, and repeats the same process of S1 to S7 with the positional relationship shifted for the fifth stitch of the shifted stitch, and the diagonal transition yarn (stitch) is used. Once formed, the stitch in units of two stitches reaching the starting line 1 after knitting returns to the same position as the starting line 1 and is completed with the minimum parallelogram surrounded by the starting line 1 and the starting line 3 shown in FIG. To do.

FIG. 4 shows another modification example of the network structure in which the transition yarns in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction are further formed. The network structure formed by gathering triangular patterns shown in FIG. 4A forms crossover yarns in the horizontal direction in the course of forming the parallelogram basic pattern shown in FIG. In FIG. 3, the starting line 1 after the step S1 and the starting line 2 after the step S7 are connected to the starting stitches in the lateral direction, so that the yarn feeder is moved and the knitting needles aa, q, and g are moved. Cross stitches can be formed in the transverse direction by tucking or knit knitting the stitches that are locked to each other and fixing the weft yarns to the stitches at the starting points. In order to make the starting stitch part inconspicuous, it is preferable to perform tack knitting in which the stitches do not increase.

In the pattern shown in FIG. 4B, after forming the triangular pattern shown in FIG. 4A in a row, the longitudinal transition yarn is formed while the next triangular pattern is formed. If the knitting needles f and g and the knitting needles p and q are used as the next starting stitch without starting the transfer after the steps S1 to S4 shown in FIG. Can be formed.

As described above, various patterns can be formed by combining crossover yarns extending in the oblique direction, crossover yarns extending in the horizontal direction, and crossover yarns extending in the vertical direction. Note that the length of the transition yarn can be adjusted. When the length is increased, the distance between the stitches as the starting point is increased, and when forming the hook for the role of extending the yarn length, it is formed at a position away from the starting point. At the same time, by forming many hooks to be removed later on the empty needle in the meantime, the length of the transition yarn can be extended. In order to shorten the length, the reverse is the opposite, and it is only necessary to narrow the gap between the starting stitches and reduce the stitches for adjusting the yarn length of the transition yarn.

In the embodiment, the knitted fabric 10 having a single network structure is formed. However, the knitted fabric 10 may be formed in a cylindrical shape. Following the tubular knitted fabric, while forming a subsequent tubular network, the starting stitch is overlapped to reduce the tube diameter, and finally one of the openings in knitting or using a string etc. If the bag is closed, a net bag for storing the ball can be formed. The basic knitting is the same, and the knitting yarns at both ends are connected to the front and back needle beds. Therefore, the stitches that are the starting points are arranged at the first and second stitches (four stitches in total) formed into a cylindrical shape, Make sure that the stitches on the front and back are connected. A reciprocating knitting is performed with the stitch as a starting point, and in the same manner as shown in the embodiment, a hook for the role of extending the yarn length is formed to prepare the transition yarn. Considering the connection of the knitting yarn, in order to make it the same as the center of the knitted fabric, the stitches on the front needle bed need only go to the back needle bed and the stitches on the back needle bed should go to the front needle bed only when transferring. . The shape is the same as that obtained by transferring the second stitches adjacent to each other at the center of the knitted fabric in opposite directions. Further, the flat knitting machine to be used may be a four-bed machine, and can be knitted in a tubular shape for full needle knitting.

In this embodiment, the starting point is set to two, but it may be increased in units of two. The knitting yarns in the diagonal direction can be formed symmetrically. In this embodiment, since the knitted fabric is knitted while knitting with one yarn feeder and passing through the starting point by 1.5 reciprocations, a network is formed with three transition yarns. And may be knitted in 2.5 round trips or 3.5 round trips. However, the starting stitch is added in units of two stitches, and the connecting yarn (stitch) is connected from the added stitch. A hook for the purpose of extending the yarn length may be formed during the added reciprocating knitting and then removed from the knitting needle. At that time, the number of transition yarns increases in units of two, and becomes five and seven transition yarns, respectively.

In the present invention, various combinations other than the patterns shown in the embodiments are possible. In addition to forming a texture pattern on a part of knitwear such as a sweater, various knitting yarns can be formed from wool yarns. By changing to special yarn, it can be used as a medical net or industrial material.
