Description

When knitting at least two transition yarn portions that appear on the surface of the base knitted fabric portion and are reciprocated between two points separated in the non-horizontal direction in the base knitted fabric portion, the transition yarn portions The present invention relates to a knitting method of knitted fabrics that intersect each other.

As a method of knitting a pattern portion in which a plurality of knitting yarns are stretched for a long time in the middle of a knitted fabric using a flat knitting machine, there is a knitting method of a knitted fabric described in Patent Document 1. In this method, when a predetermined section in the course knitting of the knitted fabric is missed, the knitting yarn fed to the missed section becomes a transition yarn portion and is extended in the horizontal direction. By repeating this knitting when knitting each course, the knitting yarn is stretched in the course direction (horizontal direction) in the middle of the knitted fabric, and a plurality of the knitting yarns are juxtaposed in the wale direction (vertical direction). A so-called miss pattern can be formed.

Thus, there has already been proposed a knitted fabric having a miss pattern in which a knitting yarn is stretched in the course direction in the middle of the knitted fabric and a plurality of the knitting yarns are arranged in parallel in the wale direction. However, in recent years, customer needs have diversified, and the development of new organizational patterns is desired.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and one of its purposes is to appear on the surface of the base knitted fabric portion and to reciprocate between two points separated in the non-horizontal direction in the base knitted fabric portion. An object of the present invention is to provide a knitting method of a knitted fabric in which at least two transition yarn portions to be stretched are crossed with each other.

The present invention has at least a pair of needle beds extending in the left-right direction and facing in the front-rear direction, and at least one of the front and back needle beds can be racked left and right, and stitch transfer between the front and back needle beds is possible. The present invention relates to a method for knitting a knitted fabric using a possible flat knitting machine. In the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention, the first transition yarn portion extending in the direction intersecting the course direction of the base knitted fabric portion is formed by knitting including the following Step 1 to Step 8, and then the first knitting yarn portion is formed. A second transition yarn portion extending in a direction intersecting with the transition yarn portion and also intersecting with the course direction of the base knitted fabric portion is formed.
(Step 1)... During the knitting of the base knitted fabric portion, the first starting point stitch that becomes the starting point of the first transition yarn portion is formed in the stitch of the base knitted fabric portion.
(Step 2) ... A first hook serving as a turning point of the first transition yarn portion is formed at a position away from the first starting stitch in the left-right direction of the needle bed.
(Step 3) ... A first end point stitch as an end point of the first crossover yarn portion is formed at the first start point stitch or its vicinity (within 3 stitches) in the base knitted fabric portion.
(Step 4) ... After the first transition yarn portion is knitted, the second starting point stitch that becomes the starting point of the second transition yarn portion is formed in the stitch of the base knitted fabric portion.
(Step 5) ... A second hook serving as a turning point of the second transition yarn portion is formed at a position away from the second starting stitch in the left-right direction so as to cross the first transition yarn portion.
(Step 6) ... A second end point stitch that is an end point of the second transition yarn portion is formed on the second start point stitch or a stitch in the base knitted fabric portion in the vicinity thereof (within 3 stitches).
(Step 7) ... After the knitting of the first transition yarn portion and the second transition yarn portion is completed, the base knitted fabric portion of the predetermined course is knitted.
(Step 8) ... After Step 7, the first and second hooks are knitted and fixed to the base knitted fabric portion.
However, the first start point stitch, the second start point stitch, the first end point stitch, and the second end point stitch may be formed directly on the stitches of the base knitted fabric portion, or once the stitches are formed on the empty needles. May be formed by transferring to the stitches of the base knitted fabric portion.

As one form of the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention, after step 4 and before step 5, the yarn feeder is positioned on the opposite side of the first starting stitch with the first hook interposed therebetween, and the first hook is opposed. After the step 5, after the step 5 and before the step 6, the yarn feeder is positioned on the opposite side of the first starting point stitch with the first hook. Thereafter, the first hook that has been deposited may be transferred back to the empty needle that is not locked in the stitch of the needle bed having the first starting stitch.

According to the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention, the first crossover yarn portion and the second crossover yarn portion that are stretched so as to reciprocate between two points separated in the direction crossing the course direction so that they cross each other. A new design knitted fabric can be knitted. If the number of crossover yarn portions to be formed is increased, various texture patterns (for example, a lattice pattern or the like) can be designed. In addition, the 2nd transition yarn part knitted later is distribute | arranged to the back side (surface side of a base knitted fabric part) of the 1st transition yarn part knitted previously.

Further, by transferring the first hook between the front and rear needle beds between Steps 4 and 5 and between Steps 5 and 6, the second jumping yarn part to be knitted later is changed to the first jumping yarn part. It can arrange | position to the front side (side away from the surface of the base knitted fabric part) rather than. By combining this knitting method and the upper knitting method, it is possible to knitting a net pattern in which a plurality of crossover yarn portions intersect like a woven fabric.

Hereinafter, it has a pair of front and rear needle beds (front needle bed FB and rear needle bed BB) extending in the left-right direction and facing each other in the front-rear direction, the rear needle bed can be racked left and right, and the front and rear needles An example will be described in which a tubular knitted fabric having a transition yarn portion is knitted using a two-bed flat knitting machine capable of transferring stitches between floors. The transition yarn portion is formed of a knitting yarn that is stretched so as to reciprocate between two points separated in the non-horizontal direction in the base knitted fabric portion B and appears on the surface of the base knitted fabric portion B.

FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing a part of a tubular knitted fabric provided with a crossover yarn portion. In this tubular knitted fabric, a net-like pattern is formed on the surface of the base knitted fabric portion B where the crossover yarn portions 1 to 4 intersect like a woven fabric. Hereinafter, the knitting procedure of the transition yarn portions 1 and 2 and the transition yarn portions 1 and 3 will be mainly described.

<Knitting procedure 1>
FIG. 2 is a knitting process diagram showing a procedure for knitting the cross yarn portions 1 and 2 on the base knitted fabric portion B. In FIG. 2, the left column indicates the number of the knitting process, and the right column indicates the knitting state in the knitting process. In the right column, ● indicates a stitch newly formed in the knitting process, ○ indicates a stitch locked to the knitting needle, and V indicates a hook. For convenience of explanation, FIG. 2 shows a smaller number of knitting needles than actual.

First, S1 shows the state which knitted the cylindrical base knitted fabric part B to the lower end part of the crossover yarn parts 1 and 2 in FIG. In S2, the needles f of the BB facing the stitches locked to the needles f, h, j, l of the FB so that the crossover yarn parts 1, 2 are located on the surface side of the base knitted fabric part B, Transfer to h, j, l.

Next, in S3, the knitting yarn is fed from the yarn feeder for knitting the base knitted fabric portion B, the stitch (first starting stitch 11) is formed on the needle n of the FB, and then the yarn feeder is placed on the left side of the page. The stitches are moved to form the stitches (first stitches 12) on the needles e of the FB, and the yarn feeder is moved to the right on the paper surface to form the stitches (first end stitches 13) on the needles n of the FB. By this S3, the transition yarn portion (first transition yarn portion) 1 is formed. Note that the transition yarn portion 1 may be formed of a knitting yarn different from the base yarn.

In S4, the stitches deposited in BB in S2 are returned to the original needles f, h, j, and l of FB so that the crossover yarn portion 1 is arranged on the surface of the tubular knitted fabric. In S4, although not shown, after the stitches are returned to the FB, new stitches are knitted with the knitting needles l, j, h, and f of the FB, and the yarn feeder is positioned on the left side of the knitting needle e. Let me.

In S5, transfer is made to the BB empty needles h, j, l facing the stitches locked to the FB needles h, j, l. In S6, after forming the stitch (second starting stitch 21) on the needle f of the FB, the yarn feeder is moved to the right of the page to form the hook (second stitch 22) on the needle m of the FB, and the yarn feeder. Is moved to the left in the drawing to form a stitch (second end stitch 23) on the needle f of the FB. By these steps, the transition yarn portion (second transition yarn portion) 2 is formed.

In S7, the stitches stored in the needles h, j, and l of the BB are transferred back to the original needles h, j, and l of the FB. By this step, the transition yarn portions 1 and 2 are arranged on the surface of the tubular knitted fabric. Here, the transition yarn portion 2 formed later is disposed on the rear side (the surface side of the base knitted fabric portion B) of the transition yarn portion 1 formed earlier, as shown in FIG.

After S7, the knitting of the base knitted fabric portion B is locked with the stitches of the needles e and m of the FB after the base knitted fabric portion B is knitted into a cylindrical shape by performing a circular knitting for a predetermined number of courses. Transfer the needle using the BB blank needle. For example, the hook of the needle e is transferred to the needle d of the FB, and the hook of the needle m is transferred to the needle n of the FB. In other words, when the stitches are transferred, double stitches are provided, and the knitting of the base knitted fabric portion B is started again, the turning points are knitted into the base knitted fabric portion B, and the transition yarn portions 1 and 2 shown in FIG. Complete.

<Knitting procedure 2>
Next, the knitting procedure of the transition yarn portions 1 and 3 in FIG. 1 will be described with reference to FIG. As described above, when knitting is performed according to the knitting process of FIG. 2, the transition yarn portion 2 formed later is the rear side of the transition yarn portion 1 formed first (the surface side of the base knitted fabric portion B). Although the transition yarn portion 3 shown in FIG. 1 is formed after the transition yarn portion 1, the front side of the transition yarn portion 1 (the side away from the surface of the base knitted fabric portion B). It is arranged in.

FIG. 3 is a knitting image diagram showing the knitting state of the transition yarn portion over time with respect to the knitting procedure of the transition yarn portions 1 and 3. In this figure, the needle bed is omitted. The knitting order is indicated by T + numbers surrounded by circles. In FIG. 3, ● represents a stitch, V represents a hook, ▼ represents a yarn feeder, and a thick line represents a knitting yarn fed from the yarn feeder in the knitting process. In FIG. 3, the knitting yarn is displayed so as to show the locus of movement of the yarn feeder, and does not reflect the actual length of the knitting yarn.

(T2)。   First, at T1 in FIG. 3, knitting similar to S2 to S5 in FIG. 2 is performed to form the transition yarn portion (first transition yarn portion) 1. Then, after forming a stitch (second starting point stitch 31) as a starting point of the transition yarn portion (second transition yarn portion) 3, the yarn feeder is positioned on the left side of the paper surface from the hook 12 of the FB (T2).

Next, the hook 12 is transferred from FB to BB (T3). Then, the yarn feeder is moved to the right to form the hook (second hook 32) on the FB blank needle (T4), and then the yarn feeder is moved to the left rather than the hook 12 deposited in BB at T3 (T5). ). By leaving the hook 12 of the transition yarn portion 1 at BB at T3, the knitting yarn fed from the yarn feeder at T4 and T5 passes through the front side of the transition yarn portion 1.

(T7)。   Finally, the hook stitch 12 stored in the BB at T3 is returned to the FB (T6), the yarn feeder is moved to the right, and a new stitch 33 (second end stitch) continuous with the stitch 31 formed at T2 is obtained. Then, the end point of the crossover yarn part 3 is fixed (T7).

After completion of T7, similar to the knitting procedure 1, after performing the predetermined circular knitting, the knitting yarns were passed over the surface of the base knitted fabric portion B by knitting the hooks 12 and 32 into the base knitted fabric portion B. Transition yarn portions 1 and 3 can be formed.

By combining the above knitting procedures 1 and 2, a knitted fabric having a net-like pattern structure in which a plurality of transition yarn portions intersect like a woven fabric can be knitted. In order to cross the transition yarn portions in a net shape, one of the knitting methods shown in FIG. 2 or FIG. 3 may be performed for any two transition yarn portions. For example, as for the relationship between the crossover yarn portions 2 and 4 in FIG. 1, the crossover yarn portion 4 is knitted later, so that the knitting method shown in FIG.

Note that the base knitted fabric portion B is not limited to a cylindrical knitted fabric, but may be a knitted fabric having an opening or a flat knitted fabric in a C-shaped knitting so as not to knitting the portion where the crossover yarn portion crosses. . In this embodiment, both the start stitch and the end stitch are formed directly on the stitch of the base knitted fabric portion B. However, the start stitch and the end stitch are first formed as hooks on the empty needle and then transferred to the base by transfer. The stitches of the knitted fabric portion B may be overlapped.

The base knitted fabric portion B is shown in FIG. 2 in a state where the needles are removed (every other needle). However, even in a state where all the needles are not used, the transfer jack (see Japanese Patent No. 3408735). ) And holding (see Japanese Patent No. 2946325) can be used for knitting.

It is the schematic which shows a part of cylindrical knitted fabric obtained by the method which concerns on an Example. It is a knitting process figure which shows the knitting procedure for forming the crossing yarn part which mutually cross | intersects. It is a knitting image figure which shows the knitting procedure for forming the crossing yarn part which mutually cross | intersects.
