Description

The present invention relates to a fuel supply device, and more particularly, to a fuel supply device configured to accommodate devices such as a fuel supply device and a fee payment device in a casing.

For example, a fuel supply device that supplies fuel such as gasoline or light oil to a fuel tank mounted on a vehicle has a fuel supply device such as a pump, a flow meter, a solenoid valve, and piping housed in a housing combined with a metal panel. Yes. Further, in the case of the self-service method, a fee payment machine (payment machine) for paying a fee according to the amount of fuel supplied is attached to the door on the front surface of the housing (for example, see Patent Document 1).

In addition, the fee payment machine has a charge input port on the front face of the housing for a customer who performs a fuel supply operation to insert bills or coins, and a money storage box for storing money such as bills or coins is a housing. It is attached to the charge storage unit provided inside the body. The charge storage unit is provided with an internal locking mechanism for locking the money storage box. Furthermore, in addition to the charge slot, for example, a setting touch panel, a prepaid card or a credit card card reader, and the like are provided on the door on the front surface of the housing.

The door on the front surface of the housing is locked by an external locking mechanism, and is attached so that it can be opened and closed when a key is inserted into the locking mechanism and unlocked. Therefore, the staff holding the key of each locking mechanism performs the unlocking operation and opens the door, thereby recovering the money storage box from the fee payment machine arranged inside the door, or other equipment ( Such as checking the touch panel and card reader). Then, when operations such as collection of money storage boxes or inspection of each device are completed, the door is closed and the door locking mechanism is brought into a locked state.

However, in the fuel supply device, since the door is pivotably attached to the front surface of the housing, the door is locked with the peripheral edge of the door slightly floating from the housing. For this reason, there is a gap of about 1 to 2 mm between the door and the front surface of the housing. For example, if this principle is used by inserting a pointed tip of a tool such as a bar into the gap, The peripheral edge can be deformed. Thus, when the peripheral part of the door located in the vicinity of the locking mechanism is greatly deformed, the locking by the locking mechanism may be released.

In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a fuel supply device that solves the above-described problems.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has the following means.
(1) The present invention includes a housing for storing a fuel supply device, a fee payment device that is stored in the housing and injects a charge according to the amount of fuel supply, and the fee payment device is stored In a fuel supply device having a door that opens and closes a storage portion and a locking mechanism that locks the door in a closed state
A closing member for closing a gap between the edge of the door and the wall surface of the housing is provided.
(2) In the present invention, the locking mechanism is
A key insertion part into which a key is inserted from the outside of the housing;
A locked member that moves from a lock release position inside the housing to a lock position when the key is inserted into the key insertion portion and rotated,
When the locked member moves to the locking position, the first member that abuts the tip of the locked member and engages with the locked member to restrict movement in the door opening direction. A joint member;
A second engaging member that engages with a portion near the rotation shaft of the locked member to hold the locked member when the locked member moves to the locking position;
It is provided with.
(3) In the present invention, the door is rotatably supported by a hinge fixed on one side to the housing, and the other side is locked in a closed position by the locking mechanism.
The closing member is attached at a position facing each side of the door and a gap between the hinge and the housing.

According to the present invention, since the closing member that closes the gap between the edge of the door and the wall surface of the housing at least near the locking mechanism is provided, the tool is inserted into the gap between the edge of the door and the wall surface of the housing. Since the tip end of the tool cannot contact the closing member and cannot be inserted any more, it is possible to prevent the edge of the door from being easily deformed.

Further, the second closing member 104 has a closing portion 104b covering the gap S1 between the front surface of the housing 20 and the upper edge 40a (50a) of the door 40 (50) from the inside. A drainage groove (toy) that functions as a tool insertion preventing member that restricts the insertion depth and drains rainwater that has entered the gap S1 to the outside of the door 40 (50) even when the leading end of the door is inserted. Also serves as.

FIG. 7 is a view showing a state where the tool insertion preventing mechanism 100 is pry open. As shown in FIG. 7, for example, when the tool insertion prevention mechanism 100 is pry open using the burl 106, the gap S <b> 1 is closed by the closing portion 102 b of the first closing member 102. It cannot be inserted directly into the gap S1. Even if the tip of the burl 106 is inserted into the gap S2 between the closing portion 102b of the first closing member 102 and the upper edge portion 40a (50a) of the door 40 (50), the gap S2 is narrow. The tip cannot be inserted deeply. Therefore, it takes time to deform the closing portion 102b of the first closing member 102 using the burl 106 as shown in FIG. In addition, after turning up the closing portion 102b of the first closing member 102, in order to insert the tip of the burl 106 into the gap S1, the deformed closing portion 102b may interfere with the door 40 (50). The upper edge portion 40a (50a) cannot be deformed.

Furthermore, since the second closing member 104 is provided inside the upper edge 40a (50a) of the door 40 (50), even if the tip of the burl 106 can be inserted into the gap S1. The tip of the burl 106 cannot be inserted deeper than the closing portion 104b of the second closing member 104. Therefore, even if the tip of the bar 106 is inserted into the gap S1, the upper edge 40a (50a) of the door 40 (50) must be twisted many times to deform the upper edge 40a (50a). It will take a long time.

FIG. 8 is an enlarged vertical sectional view showing the tool insertion preventing mechanism 110. As shown in FIG. 8, the tool insertion prevention mechanism 110 includes a closing member 112 that closes a gap S <b> 3 between the lower edge 40 b (50 b) of the door 40 (50) and the front surface of the housing 20 from the outside.

The closing member 112 is formed by bending a metal plate in an L shape like the first closing member 102 and extends along the lower edge portion 40b (50b) of the door 40 (50). A fixing portion 112a fixed to the front surface of the housing 20 by the fastening member 103, and a closing portion 112b extending horizontally so as to cover the lower edge portion 40b (50b) of the door 40 (50). Have

Moreover, since the closing part 112b covers the clearance S3 between the front surface of the housing 20 and the lower edge 40b (50b) of the door 40 (50) from the outside, the closing member 112 has a tip of a tool such as a bar in the clearance S3. Functions as a tool insertion prevention member that prevents insertion of dust, and also serves as a dust prevention member that prevents dust from entering the housing 20 through the gap S3.

(S3>S4)。   Note that the gap S4 between the closing portion 112b of the closing member 112 and the lower edge portion 40b (50b) of the door 40 (50) is smaller than the gap S3 (S3> S4).

According to the tool insertion preventing mechanism 110, for example, when the door 40 (50) is pry open using the burl 106, the gap S3 is blocked by the closing portion 112b of the closing member 112. Cannot be inserted directly into S3. Even if the tip of the burl 106 can be inserted into the gap S4 between the closing portion 112b of the closing member 112 and the lower edge portion 40b (50b) of the door 40 (50), the tip of the burl 106 is narrow because the gap S4 is narrow. Can not be inserted deeply. Therefore, it takes time to deform the closing portion 112b of the closing member 112 using the bar 106. In addition, after turning up the closing portion 112b of the closing member 112, in order to insert the tip of the burl 106 into the gap S3, the lower edge of the door 40 (50) is considered to disturb the deformed closing portion 112b. The portion 40b (50b) cannot be deformed.

FIG. 9 is a longitudinal sectional view of the hinge portion taken along the line CC in FIG. As shown in FIG. 9, the side edge of the door 40 (50) is rotatably supported via a hinge 60, and the hinge 60 is fastened to the front surface of the housing 20. A bracket 120 is supported.

A rotating member 130 having a connecting portion 136 rotatably connected to the hinge 60 is fixed to a side edge of the door 40 (50) by a fastening member 132. The rotating member 130 has an inclined surface 134 that is inclined at an angle of 45 degrees, and the distal end portion 134a of the inclined surface 134 abuts on a distal end portion 146a of a closing member 146 described later, whereby the door 40 (50). Rotation position in the opening direction is restricted.

A tool insertion preventing mechanism 140 is provided at the hinge portion. The tool insertion prevention mechanism 140 includes a first closing member 142 bent toward the housing 20 from the outer edge 40c (50c) of the door 40 (50), and a second provided on the inner side of the door 40 (50). And a third closing member 146 that covers the outside of the hinge 60.

The first closing member 142 is formed so as to close the gap S5 between the outer edge 40c (50c) of the door 40 (50) and the housing 20 from the outside. A gap S6 between the edge of the first closing member 142 and the casing 20 and the bracket 120 is a gap that is considerably narrower than the gap S5 (S6 <S5). Therefore, the first closing member 142 includes a tool insertion preventing member that prevents the tool from being inserted into the gap S5 between the outer edge portion 40c (50c) of the door 40 (50) and the housing 20, dust, etc. It also serves as a dustproof member that prevents the gap S5 from entering the inside of the door 40 (50).

The second closing member 144 is bent in an L shape, and is fixed to the fixed portion 144a sandwiched between the bracket 120 and the front surface of the housing 20, and from the right end of the fixed portion 144a to the door 40 (50) side. And a bent closed portion 144b. The second closing member 144 includes a tool insertion preventing member that prevents the tool from being inserted deeply when the first closing member 142 is squeezed and deformed by a tool such as a bar. It also serves as a waterproof wall member that prevents rainwater entering from S6 from reaching the inside of the housing 20.

Note that the bracket 120 is continuously provided between the hinge 60 and the housing 20. Therefore, the outer edge 40c (50c) of the door 40 (50) is not exposed to the outside.

The third closing member 146 is formed integrally with the hinge 60 and is bent so as to cover the side of the hinge 60.

According to the tool insertion prevention mechanism 140, for example, when the hinge part of the door 40 (50) is pry open using the burl 106, the gap S5 is blocked by the first closing member 142, so that the tip of the burl 106 is It cannot be directly inserted into the gap S <b> 6 between the edge of the first closing member 142 and the housing 20. Even if the tip of the burl 106 can be inserted into the gap S6 between the edge of the first closing member 142 and the housing 20, the second closing member 144 is provided on the inner side, so the burl 106 Can not be inserted deeply. Therefore, it takes time to deform the first closing member 142 using the bar 106. Further, after the closing member 142 is turned up, in order to insert the tip of the burl 106 into the gap S5, the outer edge 40c of the door 40 (50) may be disturbed by the deformed first closing member 142. (50c) cannot be deformed.

Also, even if the hinge 60 is to be broken, the third closing member 146 covers the side of the hinge 60, so that the tip of the burl 106 cannot be inserted between the hinge 60 and the bracket 120. Can not be broken.

Further, when the tip of the burl 106 is inserted into the gap S7 between the hinge 60 and the third closing member 146 to break the hinge 60, the presence of the third closing member 146 breaks the hinge 60 directly. First, the third closing member 146 is deformed outward. Therefore, since the hinge 60 is broken after the third closing member 146 can be deformed outward, it takes time until the hinge 60 is broken.

FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view showing the locking mechanism taken along line DD in FIG. FIG. 11 is a longitudinal sectional view taken along line EE in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the locking mechanism 70 is provided with a tool insertion preventing mechanism 150. The locking mechanism 70 is attached to the key shaft 73 protruding from the back surface of the door 50, a key plate (locked member) 74 coupled to the end of the key shaft 73 and extending to the left side, and the back surface of the door 40. And a second engagement member 76 that is attached to the back surface of the door 50 and engages with a portion near the key shaft 73 of the key plate 74. The first engagement member 75 is composed of an L-shaped plate 77 and a second closing member 154 made of a U-shaped plate, and the leading end of the key plate 74 is L-shaped with the second closing member 154. It is configured to be engaged with the tip of the key plate 74 by being inserted between the plate 77 and the other plate 77.

The key shaft 73 is provided coaxially with the key insertion portion 72, and when the key is inserted into the key insertion portion 72 and rotated, the key plate 74 rotates about the key shaft 73, and the key Locking in which the front end of the plate 74 is engaged between the second closing member 154 constituting the first engaging member 75 and the L-shaped plate 77 and in the engaging hole 76 a of the second engaging member 76. Rotate to position.

The tool insertion prevention mechanism 150 includes a first closing member 152 provided integrally on the back surface of the door 40 and a second closing member 154 of the first engaging member 75. Further, the closing members 152 and 154 function as a tool insertion preventing member for preventing the insertion of a tool such as a bar, and also serve as a waterproof / dustproof member into which rainwater or dust enters from the gap S8.

The first closing member 152 is provided so as to face the back surfaces of the central side edge portions 40d and 50d of the one door 40 and the other door 50. For this reason, even if an attempt is made to insert the tip of the burl 106 into the gap S <b> 8 at the abutting portion between the door 40 and the door 50, the tip of the burl 106 abuts against the first closing member 152 to prevent the insertion.

Even if the gap S8 between the door 40 and the door 50 is squeezed at the tip of the bar 106 and the center side edge portions 40d and 50d are deformed, the second blocking member 154 is further provided on the inner side. Is prevented from coming into contact with the second closing member 154 and deeply inserted therein. Accordingly, even if the burl 106 can be inserted from the gap S8, it takes a considerable time to deform the locking mechanism 70.

The key plate 74 of the locking mechanism 70 is prevented from moving in the opening / closing direction (front-rear direction) by the first engagement member 75 at the tip portion, and the intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction is engaged with the second engagement member 76. It is engaged and held in the joint hole 76a. Therefore, when the front end of the bar 106 is inserted into the gap S8 to deform the central side edge portions 40d and 50d of the doors 40 and 50 to open the one door 40 and the other door 50, the key plate 74 The acting force does not directly act on the key shaft 73, but the key plate 74 is supported by the engagement hole 76a of the second engagement member 76, so that the engagement plate 76 serves as a fulcrum on the key plate 74. Works. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the key shaft 73 from being deformed only by deforming only the key plate 74. In addition, since the force for deforming the key plate 74 also acts on the first engagement member 75, the deformation of the key plate 74 is also restricted by the first engagement member 75. In order to deform the key plate 74, a larger force is required, and the strength is increased accordingly.

As described above, the locking mechanism 70 can counter the destruction work from the outside by the tool insertion preventing mechanism 150, the first engaging member 75, and the second engaging member 76, and thus the key shaft 73 in a short time. Can be prevented from being deformed.
