Claims (10)
- タービンエンジン(10)の燃料ノズル(12)内に取り付けられるように構成される液体カートリッジ(70)であって、
噴霧用空気用先端具(110)と、
前記噴霧用空気用先端具(110)内で同軸に配置される水用先端具(116)と、
前記水用先端具(116)内で同軸に配置される燃料用先端具(120)と、
前記噴霧用空気用先端具(110)と前記水用先端具(116)との間に同軸に配置され、前記噴霧用空気用先端具(110)にしっかりと固定されるシュラウド(112)と、
前記液体カートリッジ(70)を通る流れの下流側の軸方向において径方向に延在する上流側端部分(128)を有する、前記燃料用先端具(120)内で同軸に配置される燃料インサート(124)と、
を有する、液体カートリッジ(70)
を有するシステム。 - 前記噴霧用空気用先端具(110)、前記水用先端具(116)、前記燃料用先端具(120)、前記シュラウド(112)および前記燃料インサート(124)がコバルト基合金を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記シュラウド(112)が前記噴霧用空気用先端具(110)に直接にろう付けされる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記燃料インサート(124)が、傾斜部分(128)により中空円筒形の下流側部分(130)に連結されている実質的に平坦な上流側の端部分(126)を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記液体カートリッジ(70)が、水入口、空気入口および燃料入口を有する一部品の取付フランジ(76)を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記液体カートリッジ(70)が、前記液体カートリッジ(70)の同軸管(86、90、94)を径方向に分離する1つまたは複数のスタンドオフ(100、102)を有しており、前記スタンドオフ(100、102)が前記液体カートリッジ(70)の中心軸を中心に対称である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記スタンドオフ(100、102)の各々が、前記同軸管(86、90、94)の間にサイズが等しく対称に離隔された複数の流れチャネルを画定する、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記液体カートリッジ(70)を備える前記燃料ノズル(12)を有する燃焼器(16)を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記燃焼器(16)を有するタービンエンジン(10)を有する、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- タービンエンジン(10)の燃料ノズル(12)内に取り付けられるように構成される液体カートリッジ(70)であって、
噴霧用空気用先端具(110)と、
前記噴霧用空気用先端具(110)内で同軸に配置される水用先端具(116)と、
前記水用先端具(116)内で同軸に配置される燃料用先端具(120)と、
前記噴霧用空気用先端具(110)と前記水用先端具(116)との間に同軸に配置され、前記噴霧用空気用先端具(110)にしっかりと固定されるシュラウド(112)と、
前記液体カートリッジ(70)を通る流れの下流側の軸方向において径方向に延在する上流側端部分(128)を有する、前記燃料用先端具(120)内で同軸に配置される燃料インサート(124)と、
前記液体カートリッジ(70)の同軸管(86、90、94)を径方向に分離し、前記同軸管(86、90、94)の間に等しいサイズの複数のチャネルを画定しており、前記液体カートリッジ(70)の中心軸を中心に対称であるスタンドオフ(100、102)と、
を有する、液体カートリッジ(70)
