Description

このため、本発明は、以下に記す構成のハンディクリーナとした。
先ず第１の発明は、手に持って使用するハンディクリーナであって、カートリッジ式のリチウムイオンバッテリを電源として備えることを特徴とする。
上記第１の発明によれば、バッテリパックの装着形態について従来の内部組み込み式ではなくカートリッジ式であるので蓋の開閉操作を必要としないことから、当該バッテリパックのクリーナ本体に対する取り付け、取り外し操作を簡単に行うことができる。
また、バッテリパックをカートリッジ式とすることにより、当該バッテリパックを他形式のハンディクリーナ若しくは電動工具と共通化（汎用電源化）しやすくなる。
第２の発明は、第１の発明において、前記バッテリパックは、クリーナ本体に対して係脱する爪部と、該爪部を離脱側に操作するための取り外しボタンを備えることを特徴とする。
上記第２の発明によれば、クリーナ本体に対して確実に取り付けることができ、かつ取り外しボタンの簡単な操作で取り外すことができ、この点で当該バッテリパックの取り扱い性を一層高めることができる。
第３の発明は、第１又は第２の発明において、クリーナ本体の後部に使用者が把持するハンドル部を備え、該ハンドル部の下部に沿って前記バッテリパックを取り付けることを特徴とする。
上記第３の発明によれば、比較的重量の大きなバッテリパックをハンドル部の下側に沿って取り付けることにより、使用者が受ける当該バッテリパックの重量感を低減することができ、この点で当該ハンディクリーナの使い勝手を高めることができる。
第４の発明は、第３の発明において、前記ハンドル部の下部に案内レール部を備え、該案内レール部に対して前記バッテリパックを前方にスライドさせて取り付け可能、後方へスライドさせて取り外し可能なことを特徴とする。
上記第４の発明によれば、バッテリパックを簡単なスライド操作によりクリーナ本体に取り付け、取り外しすることができ、この点で当該ハンディクリーナの使い勝手を高めることができる。
第５の発明は、第４の発明において、前記バッテリパックを取り付けた状態において該バッテリパックの前部と前記クリーナ本体との間に使用者が指先を差し入れ可能なことを特徴とする。
上記第５の発明によれば、特別な滑り止め手段を用いることなくバッテリパックの取り外しを簡単に行うことができるようになる。
